The store was very dirty and merchandise was all over the floor items just thrown into shelves which were disorganized and cluttered. The two employees were loudly complaining about having to work behind the counter. One employee started playing music loudly from behind the register to the point you could not hear her while you were checking out.

This is one of the cleanest, well organized Dollar Generals I have ever been in. You can tell the manager Melody Homiak works very hard. Highly recommend this store.

I was recently at dollar general and the cashier was white she thought I was going to take the basket home stop Judging people because you seen me walk In with a bag It was really embarrassing I hope the manager sees this

I honestly enjoy having Dollar General so close. However, the purpose is defeated when there is only one register open. I always end up waiting in line when I am trying be quick.Pros: Good prices. The digital coupons are nice. Good variety of things that they sell.

The staff is so friendly but they are so overworked that I feel bad for them. Every time I go in there they are standing with piles of things that need to be put up. The aisles are super cluttered. I think they need more floor associates so they can get caught up with the merchandise that needs to be put out.

Dollar General has the basic everyday stuff you need. Prices are starting to trend up recently but have some other reasonably priced items. They have a lot of clearance deals that are held throughout the year. Would recommend!

So tonight I pulled over because I had to make a emergency stop because according to the law you pull over when something goes wrong and you need to fix it instead of being a distracted driver on top of that I had my newborn with me and I was trying to get everything straight that way I could safely go home with my family... I didn't know we couldn't be out there in not even from south hill. A man came and stuck his head out the door he didn't ask if we were ok or anything i was trying to explain to him what was going on and he told me that I had to get off the property and just shut the door. I was trying to quickly get everything together and he came back and threatened me with the police. I mean really he didn't even ask if we were ok or needed help something could have been life or death or anything in this world! I will never shop there again he was so rude and hateful and really had no heart at all. I'm reporting this to who ever I need to

I went in the store today and was told by a young lady to use the self check-out . And she proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t get cash back which I need it and then she explained to me that I will be charged a fee for getting cash back which is none of her business and then she proceeded to help other customers approximately 3 to 4 customers she checked out in the checkout line. The aura was Disgusting from her until she tried to be a Karen and that’s when I walked out. Now, I know I’m just one shopper , but never again will I ever give my money to a place like that. Cameras tell it all.

Great Prices but they are in desperate need of employees !The wait time sometimes is discouraging ! It's not the run in run out place to shop. In addition it's challenging to find what you want because shipments haven't been put on shelves. Additional employees are in the must column !! C'mon now ,you're loosingcustomers !

I went into this store today and one of the workers came up to assistant me and I noticed that her mask had fell off her nose so I kindly says can you pull your mask on your nose and here comes the ignorance. She says excuse me ma’am I have a mask on. I said am just trying to protect you because I don’t know if I have Covid or not. And just because I am vaccinated doesn’t mean I still can’t catch the virus especially if I have been around someone with the COVID so Ignorance is a choice and out of all the people that I told to pull their mask up around me because I don’t want to give anybody anything God bless you during these trying times

This store almost never has the items I am looking for. Hard to maneuver in and out of isles due to tons of merchandise needing stocking. Some of the cashiers are friendly while most of them are quite rude. Very long checkout wait if there are more than two people in line. I must say this is the worst Dollar general I have visited.

I used the app to shop and then picked up my order. The down side was that they were out of half of what I needed. However shopping via the app was very convenient.
