Pharmacy staff were the nicest & very helpful. Experience was great. Store was clean. Found what we needed, applied coupons I didn’t know I had. If something is wrong say something right then so they have the opportunity to fix it as they are good at correcting things or explaining.

I was in line at the drive through for the South Hill, Va location today. There was a car in front of me that was serviced. I got up to the window at 1:22pm and they shut down for lunch. Lunch is supposed to be from 1:30-2:00pm. I was so furious because I had to come back later in the day to pick up my mom’s and cousin’s medications. This CVS pharmacy has gone completely bad. Every time I go there it’s a horrible experience. If I had another option, I would go elsewhere!!

The employees are fantastic.... it's the breakdown between the internet and the South Hill store that's the problem.. they have the COVID booster shot (verified at the store this morning)... but I can't schedule an appt in the store or online!

CVS is the best pharmacy in south hill besides Walmart where we got our Covid vaccination. Ver happy with the service.

I'm at CVS pharmacy due to the fact they have been overcharging my husband for 3 months for his prescriptions $100s of dollars called customer care and talked to district manger HIS ACCUSE WAS LACK OF TRAINING. WELL THAT'S A PISS POOR EXCUSE AND WRONG !!!!
