Went on Wednesday due to the fresh 🍣. Delicious!Started going to this Food Lion since the one in Clarksville would either:1- was always out of what I wanted and/or2- the Instacart person(s) would accidentally leave out items ordered.Have not had this problem with the Centerville Food Lion. It's great!

Guys! They have French Toast Crunch cereal!!!I was sorely disappointed to find they only had the orange kind of Airborne (berry is the best). But other than that, I had a positive experience and I would return to shop there.Plus, they have these (see pictures).

People don't know this, but food is often cheaper here than Walmart. There's also stuff here that you can't get at Walmart, and some of it is a must have in my household. And it goes without saying, but the atmosphere is infinitely better than Walmart. All shopping trips are unpleasant for me, but Walmart is like a never ending sensory assault, whereas Food Lion only slightly puts me on edge.

The meat dept manager is a bully. His name is John. He talks to the workers very rudely. He acts like the customers are a bother to him. I will not be shopping there anymore.

This store relies way too much on self checkout. There are rarely more than 2 full service registers open, and they usually have long lines. For a new store, it's often out of stock on things I want. It's also the highest price store in my area, much higher than Walmart on most items.

There are many things I love about this Food Lion. They are much better than Walmart. However, customer service has been lacking lately. On my last two visits the cashiers have been very rude. I hope this situation will be remedied soon. The prices are a bit higher than Walmart but other aspects of the shopping experience make Food Lion a better choice, in my opinion. They are not as crowded and typically their employees are more helpful. I was disappointed with the strawberries I bought on sale there a couple weeks ago at 2 packs for $3. Obviously the price was excellent but when I opened them the next day several were mushy and a few were already molded, which couldn't be seen through the container. I would like to praise how clearly this Food Lion has WIC eligible items marked. This is of great help to mothers who receive those benefits. Overall a great store but I hope customer service will improve a bit.UPDATE: 12-5-22Customer service has been much better on my last 2 visits.

We have been to this Food Lion location about 3 times a month. In the beginning it was awesome! Deli always had the $6 special out (with the meat and cheese). The line was never more than 2 or 3 people in it, which is normal. Now I only go for less than 12 items because it takes an hour if you have over 12. The problem I continually run into at this store is you wait in line for 15 minutes and when you finally get up there they tell you the line is closed (with the light still on) Then they send me to the other Express line that has people with 100 items in their cart. Cashiers should be able to send those people to a Full Service line, but NO, you just let people take advantage constantly. This is the 3rd time and I feel stupid for giving it another chance, not shopping there again.

This is a nice Food Lion that's well stocked. Average prices for Food Lion and the staff is great especially Cathy and Larry in the meat section. Larry will help you in any manner he can and cut whatever you want and he's good at it. Cathy is super friendly and very helpful. Tommy, on the register, is awesome too!

Excellent Food Lion, very clean and I've never had any problem finding things. The one time I couldn't one of the employees helped me and we found it. The prices are what you'd expect from any grocery store in the area. Great selection. Continues to be one of the best in the area.

As I've stated before I have been coming to the store since I was about 10 and at that time it was called Winn-Dixie but since it's been Food Lion it has nothing changed but the name to Food Lion that's it it's a great store it's in a great little strip everything around it is accessible and everything in the store is always on sale so I highly recommend shopping at the Food Lion on South Boston Highway

As Food Lions go, this is one of the better ones I've shopped at. Product selection is good, produce selection and quality ranges from good to fair - I've gotten plenty of fresh produce, but on other occasions I've seen an entire display of avocados be totally mushy. Customer service at this location is great, most of the workers are happy to answer questions and help find it order needed items. The store is kept reasonably clean.

The people that work in this store are awesome, and the store is clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the selection and availability of some food items are not a strong point. I don't hold that against the store though, given COVID issues.

It seems this Food Lion is not stocking as much a variety as some of the others. Things are all moved around. This store is ALWAYS out of at least one of the items on my list but usually more than one. No variety of items. Shelves are dense, some bare. One of the worst fruits and vegetables departments I've ever shopped in. Brown, wilted lettuce in the bags most of the time. Banana's are either hard and green or completely smushy and brown. Red Delicious apples the size of peaches. This store just doesn't offer variety.
