This location is pretty sweet in and out no troubles. There's only 1 pilot truck stop gets very full quickly. It's best you get Here early as possible to secure a parking spot.Check in with the guard no more then 30 minutes prior to your appt time. The guard then sends you drive thru the gate and to park along the right side walk to the driver check in at the WHSE hand her the papers. And she gives you a door. When they are done go get your papers. Easy simple at this location. No troubles yet so far.

This factory has super slow workers waiting for more than 5 hours to unload the truck and whatever they want, they have not started unloading it. He doesn't care if you stay there all day.

Pull up to guard shack and bring your paper work. After that pull along side guard rail, and check in at door 135. Once that’s done and a door has been assigned, go back up up and drop trailer park in front of it. They’ll call call when empty. Don’t forget to bring in your seal when checking in. There’s also a pilot down the street if you show up early or want to stay the night. Plenty of room.

Appointment time 8am, checked in at guard shack at 7:45am. The black lady at the receiving office treated me very well, assigned me a dock right away. It only took them 30 mins to unload me. I got the paperwork at 9 am. Get in and out within one hour! I am satisfied with this DC. BTW, there are some outdoor restrooms in the lot! It seems that they improve a lot!

Don't understand all the negatives .. i got there, guards were nice, had to wait by the door for 40 minutes because i was early. At 8:50 I went inside because appt was at 9. Got assigned a door, went to sleep because of the reviews saying way long time ... at 10:50 i got the call saying empty.No problems in or out .. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Arrived at 8:30 for a 9 o' clock appt. After four hours, I go inside to check, only to find, they haven't even started to unload me. Said they only had one clamper. This isn't the most unorganized and unprofessional facility I've been to, but it ranks high.I'm literally the only live load left and five and a half hours later, they're maybe halfway done. Places like this need an entire overhaul. It's not the docks, it's the people running the operation in the office. When you're more interested in chumming up one another, and asserting authority and think it's a game to see how long you can keep a driver waiting while thinking it's funny, it devolves into incompetence. And that sums this place up perfectly....Incompetence. Dysfunctional at best.My suggestion is to make this load the last load of the week, be an hour early for check in to avoid long lines, and mention detention pay to the broker or whatever company you may drive for. And don't secure a backhaul dealing with these people. You'll lose that almost for certain. Not recommended except as the last load for the week for the simple fact that the loads are usually light and pay well enough.

Idk why there so many negatives. But I may have been Lucky. 0700 appointment, showed up at 0645 docked at 0700 leaving 0732. No complaints. Great place nice people.

Never again!. This is just wrong on so many levels. On time with just 5 pallets, 3 hours and still counting to get lump and papers…ridiculous!. Took less than an hour to check in and get unloaded. Woman at window (night) has zero people skills, think with that kinda of attitude she know how to speak up. Need to take a dump, there’s a lovely jacked up blue plastic outhouse to relieve oneself, no lounge so stop by the Pilot not far away if you need anything thing, cause you just might be spending a lot of wait time here…..Security was great 5 stars for them.

Unloaded in 2hr with paperwork. Capstone is lumper. Easy check in and out, done with phone and text notification. Receiving start at 5am, you can check in 1 hours early.

Worst place ever for a truck driver.10am app got here 8:45am they assigned a door is 3pm and am still here worst of all it Friday. Now am going to either drive 1200 Mile home empty of stay all weekend doing nothing. This is my first and last time here and I don’t advice any owner operator to ever haul for them it’s a crazy place.

This is the worst place to deliver to. Got here 15 minutes before delivery time and six hours later I’m still here. Called inside they still working on me is what they said. Looked at back of trailer and the dock plate was still down with no movement inside. Strict appointment they said.

Arrived 8.30am for a 10am appointment. Checked in, got on a door and was unloaded with bills in hand by 9.50am. All staff were friendly.

4hrs or more to get unloaded don't be surprised if it's 6hrs or more places like this need to be regulated drivers shouldn't have to wait this long to be unloaded my load took 45 minutes to load yet I'm here 4 hrs to unload the same load makes no sense add insult to injury they have one porta potty shows how much they think of you as a driver you are not even worth a bathroom after they hold you for hours and in my case I'm losing my weekend load home which dollar general doesn't care about one last thing as a nation lumper services must end its a way for big companies to not hire there own workers and pay good wages with benefits the lumper loop whole needs to be shut down once n for all DG zero stars

Guard shack ladies are so nice and helpful, check-in office lady also amazing. Took about 2hrs to unload full trailer load, very happy experience. Keep up the great hospitality especially so early in the morning.

I had a 11am appointment and showed up at 10:25am, and I was out by 12:45pm. I didn’t get any bad attitude at all. I do suggest to show up about 40 to 45 minutes earlier than ur appointment time just in case.

Had 5 am appointment and everyone was very professional and nice. Got a door immediately and unloaded quick. The office staff was very polite, ( black female very courteous), I didn't have any problems at all.

When you’re coming here make sure you have enough time on your clock because you may be here for a while. Had a 10 am appointment got out 3:35 over five hours plus a lumper fee .. exit is on back side of lot

Easy checking in ,the guard is really nice,,You park straight ahead by door 135,check in with the lady there, she's also nice,get your door .Then maybe 1 hour or 2 ,get a phone call paperwork is ready, and your out,done.There is a Pilot truck stop 1 mile from DG,,Great service

The weekend shift was perfect. The office lady was very helpful and friendly . My appointment was 8:00am I got there 7:50am they gave me dock right away and I didn't even noticed until they called me. I'm out by 8:30am. This is the best DC I ever visited.

They only give you a 15 minute window to check in,but when you turn into their truck entrance ,they have a line of trucks trying to check in aswelll. By the time you get to the guard they tell you that the lady inside will definitely not accept your load because your 15 minutes window winded up being almost an hour so you're considered a late arrival. They turned me away,I called my job and they told me the next available appointment is 2 weeks away. If I had 1 wish it would be that one day they will come up with a better plan to get us unloaded easier,and they could find a better way to show appreciation to drivers who get their product to them safely to keep them from having to close another store because of lack of product. I won't miss this dc if they ever closed down..

I'm with mega trans group. I had a 7am apt. Got here at 5:45am got checked in. I'm in a door it's 6:22am. The guards were nice and polite. Very professional. And there's a pilot truck stop up the street for parking.

This place will make sure you waste at least 2-3 Hours for no reason. Receiving lady seems to hate her life that she is rude to other drivers. Giving a 1 star because of the security guards and the yard jockeys. Stay away from this place.

Well, guess there policy has changed cause you can check in the gate a hr early but not check in the receiver office until your appt time. 6 trucks docked 7 waiting by the rail until appt time

Worst place ever. Appointment time was for October 13 at 6pm. Was told to not arrive more than 30 minutes before appointment time. Waited in line for 45 minutes then after I get to the Gate I am told that it is after 6pm and that I will need to reschedule my appointment. I contact JB Hunt and they tell me that the closest appointment time is October 31 at 5pm. No cross docks will accept the load and Sterilize refuses to have it returned to them. Will not deliver here EVER again and I hope the best for the ones that do. Also, good luck on talking with the guard shack lady, she has a very bad attitude.

Strict appointment time. Friendly staff, however I've been here since my 1900 appointment time and it's currently 0136 and I am still waiting for an unload. I walked inside to ask why it was taking so long and they claim they they do not have enough space in their warehouse. Really? So you're using my trailer for storage? It's going on 7 hours for a live unload. *NEVER AGAIN*
