CVS IS AWFUL.Used to have great customer service. They don't have prescriptions ready when they say they will or they need them up. I'm definitely switching pharmacies ASAP!!!

This is The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used it’s always they didn’t receive anything or they don’t have it ready they will tell you 30 minutes and when you come it’s another excuse this will be my last time using cvs period 💯 y’all need to do better 🤷🏾‍♀️

I moved to Virginia 21 months ago with 7 prescriptions that were all due on the same day. They were that way for 15 years. When I got here the first thing I did was transfered my prescriptions from Kansas to Virginia CVS pharmacy. All prescriptions were filled immediately on the same date. I have not been able to get them all filled at the same time since then. This is the worst pharmacy in the country, in my opinion. I am through with you.

Worst experience ever with a pharmacy. Left me scrambling to find my sons post op meds on a Friday at 4pm. This isn't the first time we have had issues I should have known better than to trust them with an important prescription. Horrible employees that just simply don't want to work.

Go in and it’s 20 people waiting in line for prescriptions with one person working the counter. Drive through just as full. Normally takes days to get a prescription filled. If you call plan on waiting 45 minutes for someone to pick up or either you just don’t answer. Normally 2 pharmacists when I go in and 5 techs so not sure why no one answers the phone ever. I know it’s a shortage of workers and everything but waiting days for a script that’s in stock is ridiculous. Most people have switched pharmacies because of this so not sure why it’s still like this. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst CVS ever. Tried to get my medicine and they didn’t fill it for a week, called to find out the issue and was on hold for over an hour. Right when they closed they hung up on me. Didn’t have the audacity to even pick up and say they were busy and to call back later. A CVS worker here commented to switch pharmacies rather than to make an attempt to fix the issue. They will send a text saying something is ready, then you go there and they tell you to wait longer, after waiting hours/days. Medicine all over the place. Boxes in the floors filled with peoples medicine so they don’t know where anything is. Ridiculous! Pharmacist outta be ashamed. Don’t wanna hear “they’re short staffed” tried to apply and help out and they declined my application!

Very slow, long wait times at the drive through, never more than one person working the pharmacy inside, which causes a long line.I just moved from Farmville and used the CVS there, top notch. Having a great comparison shows me how this CVS isn't measuring up.I have use CVS for years, but I think I will try Walgreen's.

Not sure how I drop off a medication on Monday and get told it will be ready “tomorrow morning at 10am”. On Tuesday I came at 1 pm and again at 6pm, medication still has not been filled. Here it is Wednesday morning I’m calling corporate. Only gave one star since negative stars are not available

Take your prescriptions else where! I switched to a local pharmacy in town and LOVE it but unfortunately insurance will only cover my husbands insulin at CVS! We walked in Saturday to transfer it back and we’re told it wouldn’t be ready until today. Today they called to say they couldn’t transfer the script since the pharmacy it was at is closed today! Well yeah that’s why I came in person yesterday to transfer it! If you go in there are bottles of pills all over the place in bins and on the floor! It’s truly scary seeing someone might be getting pills from strange bottles on the floor! They are NOT going to answer the phone! They will tell you it’s ready only to have you circle their parking lot for hours only to be told “I’m sorry we didn’t know if you were going to pick it up and another customer needed the medication” I’m trying to find another option even if I have to drive a distance because their service is flat out dangerous for people whom need life saving medications, cleanliness and proper handling of medications is unheard of and the only thing they’re good at is being RUDE to their customers, with apparently no repercussions!

I go to CVS in South Boston to fill my son medication and I drop his prescription off Friday. The lady then ask me when would I like to pick it up. I told her on Friday the day I drop it off. She said ok and wrote in on there and my phone number. I got no call mind you that my child took his last pill on Friday morning. So I call and they tell me they want be able to fill it until Sunday my child can not focus with out they just say sorry. Then they tell my husband we didn’t come get I didn’t have no call or text. If it was fill why wasn’t it ready today.I had go pick it up and drive 30 minutes away and he still can’t take until tomorrow. If I could give no stars I would😡

Go to Walgreens across the street. There service has to be faster than this store. I had a prescription called in Tuesday morning. I arrived at CVS about 9:45 am (45 minutes after pharmacy opens) to pick it up. It was a cream that comes in a box from the manufacturer and it took TWO HOURS to fill the order. I will not go here again. There is no excuse for this except bad management.

I called today at the Pharmacy and holding for 45 mins. and got no answer. I called back and held for 25mins and no answer and then I called back and held for 5 min.and no answer so I called the front of the store and after two mins. and someone answered and told me they were busy and at least they could pick up and tell you that they are busy and when to call back. I get a text message and they tell me it's ready and when I get there it's never been filled or they don't have it. If it wasn't for my insurance I would not go back. What happened to the nice people that were there before, they were just excellent and would even call me at home and check on me after taken a new medication. I love them and there service. Now I dislike going to CVS. They would get a 0 if there was a star for 0.

Very bad customer service in the pharmacy. Sat in line for over 20 mins waiting for someone to come to the counter just to be told I can wait. Now they no longer let you wait inside they force you to use the drive through, so not only are you waisting my time I'm burning my fuel while you do it.

Get a text saying my meds are ready for pickup, a week later I stop by to pick it up and the lady said they are working on it and it'll be about 1.5 hrs before it'll be ready. This place has lost many customers to other pharmacies and will continue to do so of something is done. Wake up CVS.

The pharmacy is pathetic. They yet tell you they are filling your prescription and you go down the next day and they don’t even have the Medtronic fill the prescription. Every other CVS I deal with is good.

Waited in the drive thru line for 19 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me to clear. 4 cars were behind me. As I pulled up to the window, the clerk closed the window without a word. It was lunchtime, but to leave customers without a word is bad business. I've put a call in to my insurance Co to change pharmacy.

I have used this location for as long as it has been open. But now im fed up with it and taking my business elsewhere. Pharmacy always closed when i come to pick up prescriptions. Only been getting worse the last 2 year's.

I would give it zero stars if I could. It has gotten really rediculess that this pharmacy can't stay open the hours that is advertised. They need to shut it down if they can't stay open.

I just wonder why it takes so long to fill or refill a prescription here. My bp is extremely high and I went an hour after doctor to pick up faxed prescription and it wasnt ready. Told them to go ahead and fill it and I'd be back. I went to doctor Wednesday and now its 3pm on Saturday and I still dont have it. People will die waiting for their prescription here.

This is the worst cvs pharmacy I’ve ever used. I will be taking my business somewhere else. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first couple times but it’s the same every time. They are absolutely the worst! If you need your medicine in a timely manner, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

why is it that this place can't even answer the phone to say "hey this is ___ please hold''?! I don't understand the hold up in the drive-thru either! I worked at this location for two years and we did not run it like this!
