Most items overpriced, old Products never removed especially their own peanuts, cashews,trail mix or cajun mix. Anything with their name on it is prolly stale as hell.I even exchanged only to get the same result.

The lady with glasses serving food has a horrible attitude, didn’t understand a simple order of two chicken sliders with pickles and a barbecue sauce cup on the side, and took forever for me to get my food. This place used to be great but from now on, I’ll be going to Hardee’s. Also the registers seem to keep going down it’s just been a headache the last two or three times I’ve stopped.

Staff seems better than my time through here 2 years ago. Food was better too. Still too salty but they got my order right. The young small brunette is funny to listen to, shes a firecracker. The older skinnier woman always gets my order right and is very nice. The cashiers look very bored with the three self checkouts.

Employees are trifling ! A cashier tried talking to my husband ( in front of me ) he stated he was married and she responded I am to what that mean ? Disgusting with no home training or morals. Makes you uncomfortable to even go in the store.

Store I visit on a daily basis.. they have changed to new automated self check out... this store has a vast amount of tobacco products which are not self serve... there for the line becomes extremely long and time consuming due to lack of sales people.. do not recommend going here if your in a hurry. Wait time can exceed 10 mins. Automated check outs do not work unless all components are self serve.

Imagine being called in at 5am on a Saturday due to a work emergency. You make your way over to Royal Farms for a fresh cup of coffee to start your day off right. You go to the self-checkout register, hardly awake, just trying to make it through the morning. A staff member asks how you’re doing and you tell them great, thanks, and go back to trying to figure out how to navigate the new system. Only to be interrupted with “WELL, I’M JUST GREAT TOO. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR ASKING.”Please. I know my 16oz cup of coffee isn’t even a drop in the bucket, but the WaWa on the other side of the bridge that I went to today instead sells that same cup of coffee cheaper and without the condescending, patronizing sass.

The store manager nichole tonight was rude as hell. Even employees say they got a problem with her. I got to store to purchase gas and use bathroom and she was so rude and would not allow me in store for no reason. Never had a problem at that store but i will never ever step foot in that store again and will be letting my family and friends know not to shop there. I have also contacted police about it and i wil be calling news tomorrow since yall wont fo nothing about her

Every time I have come in here I have had wonderful experiences. All of the employees are always helpful and smiling. The manager Eric is always first to greet everyone and make sure each customer has an acceptional experience. This is my favorite royal farms.

They used to have really good fried chicken but the last 2 times I stopped and got some for my lunch it is SOOO VERY SALTY I couldn't even eat it. I definitely won't be back for that!

I was there yesterday to get gas as I do a couple of times a week. The card reader wouldn't go past the zip code portion and I pressed the help button 7 times with no response or assistance. I went somewhere else.

WENT IN ONE NIGHT AFTER WORK AND THE CHICKEN/WEDGES WERE OLD ONLY HAD ONE PIECE OF WHITE MEAT AVAILABLE AND IT LOOKED AS IF IT HAD BEEN THERE FOR DAYYSSSSS! I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND SHE WAS SO NICE AND UNDERSTANDING SHE EVEN GAVE ME SOME CHICKEN BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! SHE HAS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I JUST HOPE THEY HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES TO HANDLE THE FOOD BUT MRS.SABRINA WAS THE MANAGER I SPOKE WITH AND SHE MADE MY 2ND VISIT A PLEASANT ONE THANKS SO MUCH!
