The comfort bath salt here lives up to its name! Every bath before trying this feels like child’s play now. I felt so comfortable and safe. All of my muscle pains were gone the next morning! A must try if you like soothing, luxurious baths.

What a wonderful place to visit. I walked in and, as to be expected, I was attacked by scents. This is definitely not a complaint, there wasn’t a bad scent. Perfectly Natural has everything from bath bombs, shower aromatherapy discs, soaps, laundry detergent, shampoo, doggy soaps, beard stuff, and so much more. There were plenty of test samples of everything possible.Most importantly, since it’s in their name, the soap sits in the middle, beautifully displayed on cake stands. There are all sorts of scents from lavender lemongrass to citrus IPA and Smithfield bacon to good ol’ boy. There were tons of cute and unique names and scents. One thing that I thought was really cool was the inclusion of some coffee beans to clear your nose-scent-receptors (whatever the technical term is) of the previous scents.Side Note:It has nothing to do with how good of a store it is, but their decorating skills are on point. I really wanted to ask if I could buy the decor, but I knew that wasn’t going to be possible.

We love this store!! It's an enjoyable experience to explore the wide assortment of natural body products. The variety also includes some kitchen and laundry products and items for your pet as well. All natural ingredients, created to be great for your skin and the environment! The staff is always friendly and helpful! The store has a fresh, open design and the products are displayed in an organized way that makes it easy to find what you're looking for on return trips!

First off the soap is the bomb, but the customer service is not up to standards. When we first entered the store we got a lecture on how to and not to smell the soaps. For a new customer that’s a bit rude. Then we bought a lotion that had a broken pump. We came to return and exchange it the next day and the same person who lectured us the day before proceeded to tell us it’s a defect and to not turn the pump all the way open and even though it will continue to stick it may eventually fix itself. If you want good natural soap it’s a great place but if you have any issues, you are out of luck!

Their wax snap bars for wax warmers are amazing and I really like the shampoo and conditioner bars. The mystery bags of the slices of soap are neat as well. So many yummy smelling products!

They have a lot of fragrance and a lot of products (lotion, toner, soap for men, lip balm, bath bomb, body oil, etc) and the shop is much bigger than what it's look like from the front. The staff there was very helpful (I tried to remember her name but can't find it in my memory. I came on April 11/2022). She explained all the products without being pushy although we're the only customer there,before some more people coming in. Can't wait to try their products.

My go to place for body oil! Once I tried it, I was hooked. Best oil I’ve ever used and the scents are so amazing! I make it a point to take family there as well when we’re in Downtown Smithfield. One of the workers even recognized me & it truly made me feel special!

I received all my stuff in a timely manner & everything smells so good!!!! I was so excited for my stuff! I have eyeballed the “southern belle” smell for so long & cant believe I just finally ordered it! The smell is oh so amazing! I also ordered some goat milk oatmeal bars, they have the whole bathroom smelling so nice! I am obsessed & we will be back! Don’t forget to support locals!!! You’ll love all the stuff!

This is our favorite local store! Amazing products- they are safe, natural and essential-oil based. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The prices are extremely reasonable for all of the high quality products. Our favorites are the bath bombs (best I have ever used!), bubble bath, soaps and essential oils. They have a baby line and line of products for your dogs as well. Also a great place to buy gifts! A must visit!

Perfectly Natural Soap is one of those things I accidentally stumbled onto when I saw the new shop in Smithfield a few weeks after it had opened.I wandered in because the name sounded like something I could get behind and I quickly found products I don't ever wanna be without!I love their hand-poured soaps (my go to is Southern Bell) in loads of different scents and free of harsh chemicals and additives they're great for your skin.I love their lotions (Vanilla Black Currant) and body creams and I also purchase their essential oils and diffusers and face treatments now as well. I swear by their Sweet Tea scented hand soap also....The staff and owners are so friendly and they often have holiday gift options that are too cute to pass up for family and friends or teachers.They have a rewards program called Golden Bubbles where you get points for every purchase toward dollars off.I love it. I recommend it to everyone. Natural ingredients and things that are good for your skin. I'm all about it. Thank you for being a part of Smithfield!

I purchased the "Healthy Nails" cream right before Christmas. My nails had been splitting and I had to keep them cut back or they automatically split. This Healthy Nails is wonderful! You just rub it on your nails once a day and it works! My nails are now healthy again with no more splitting. HOWEVER, I am running out of my first bottle (1.2 oz.) and went to Smithfield to purchase another. The new bottles are 0.6 oz. I asked about the size and was told when new bottles were ordered, the other bottle was not available, so they had to go with a smaller or much larger bottle. I understand that, but the price is the same; $5.00 that I paid for 1.2 oz. and the new bottle at 0.6 oz. That, I do have a problem with. Unfortunately I did not have the old bottle with me and did not realize just how much smaller the new bottle was, or I would have mentioned it at the store. So, love, love, love the Healthy Nails, but feel a bit cheated about the size/price switch.

This place will treat you like you have a disease and the staff do not wish to interact with you. You are not permitted to browse the store for what you would like. If you would like to see what you are buying before you buy it try the auto parts stores, they will let you in.
