Love it! Locally owned. Wonderful experience. Is worth the drive from the southern part of Suffolk since I know I can get supplies for my pet rabbit there at a good price. My senior bunny loves the treats I get for her there.

Great lil pet shop! This is our go to spot for feeders and crickets. The owner and her husband are great people and are very welcoming. On my second visit in we already felt like old friends! They have a beautiful selection of ball pythons and other reptiles. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

They have a small but nice selection of pet goods. They listen to the customers needs and will even order specifics for you. Their Betta care is reasonable, no small cups like many others.

Love this place. We drive all the way from Poquoson regularly to get Rodent food, live mice, which I buy a lot of. The store is nice & Clean and the animals are well taken care of, which is a Super Plus for me. We bypass 4 other pet stores to get to this one. I think that says plenty. Owners are pretty great as well 👍

The owner and his wife are very helpful and take the time to discuss your specific needs. The owner is very knowledgeable with snakes and has educated me on my own snake’s husbandry and habits (shedding/feeding/etc.). Their prices are reasonable too! Im so glad they’re here in Smithfield. They’re my new favorite pet store!

It's not very big and sometimes is closed unexpectedly because it is family-owned and run, but ask the staff any questions about your pets and they will tell you exactly what you need to know. They are super helpful and attentive.

Wonderful shop, animal are well taken care of and prices are very fair. They pretty much have everything you need and will save you a trip crossing the bridge. Just wish they had more verity with the reptile section/products
