Subway closed at 6 pm no workers showed up, I head to the hot food counter, no pizza the food looked gross like it had sat for hours there was huge crusts lines around the Mac n cheese gravy and the potato’s looked dry, the lady behind the counter stirring it up but it just made it look worse, 6 pm dinner time and nothing to offer drivers.The parking was ok although with plenty of parking drivers decided to make their own spots with no regard to anyone else. This place has obviously horrible management, the only person I saw really doing anything was the young man collecting trash, definitely won’t be staying here again.

Employee standing around the coffee area but no coffee made. She just shrugged and said she hadn't made any. All canisters empty at 9am on a weekend. Dunkin and Pilot nothing available.

This Pilot, when compared to it’s competitor Love’s across the street, the traffic is reduced. The misleading aspect of this station is the Dunkin’ Donut’s sign. There is no such Dunkin’ Donuts facility inside this station, is a simple small display which is misleading.

This is a 5 star truck stop but they're selling side salads now that taste like they have shredded cardboard in them. I'll give you your 5 stars back when you bring back the good salads.

I like this place it has a subway attached and it has gas for a good price. The workers here welcomed me as i walked in and the restrooms were clean and easy accessible. My overall experience was a great one here and i would recommend this place to travelers. Make sure if this helped your out you like 👍🏾

It’s new & They are still working on the subway section. Therefore, It’s still clean. The dunkin is an express. First one I’ve ever seen. Express means they are selling their coffee.

Pretty good truck stop 💯👍Sat here for my 34 and it was great. Never waited for a shower, friendly employees, always quiet. Overall good place for a reset. Right across the street from a Love's with McDonald's and the pilot has Subway.

Ample parking for trucks and RVs, share business with the LOVEs truck stop across the street,both easy on and off for I-95, both nice safe places to take a break off the road. Update 31 Apr 18, this pilot has hot foods like homemade is pot roast, baked chicken, vegetables, chilli, special thanks to Sharron who was very confident on how good the food was and she was right, we got 2 dinners of the chicken and pot roast and entries, it was better than a sub or burger, we will stop by here again when we are in the area.

Worst pilot showers I've ever seen. Only one towel fan was super dirty. Mold everywhere, cracking in the tile and not a whole lot of options as far as food in the coolers.

Yet another Travel Center disappointment. I come through here every night for over a week . After midnight. Subway is closed so no food. No hot dogs on the roller grill so no hot food. No pizza no hot food no nothing chips and a drink. I haven't spent a dollar here all week. Just watched to see what's was available to eat and it was nothing every single night. So for all you hungry night truckers like don't bother stopping in they will have at least two employees but nothing for you that's hot to eat. Fyi no better at the loves accross the street or the small gas station in walking distance.

Arrived for fuel around 7:15pm went to subway for sandwich and the employee told me in a rude way that she was going to lunch and she wasn't going to lunch and wasn't fixing anymore food until her break is over. I waited over 40 minutes before her return and she still has unpleasant attitude and out of much food on her line. Fixed the sandwich fast pace without trying to spread food on sandwich. This should not have to be tolerated by drivers because you're short staff. Please handle this matter. Thanks Kevin

Subway should be embarrassed about this location. The girl "working" this Saturday evening couldn't care less about the customers. Subway is now at the bottom of my fast food list.

12/27, Tuesday, 9pm. Two people on duty. Most of shelves empty. One lady stocking cups and other one on counter. I needed a specific product that was out on shelf. I approached lady on counter (with "Alexus" name tag) to check if they have more in cooler. She lied that she is the only one there. I sensed lack of customer service & adequate help for customer. I would suggest more emphasis on more customer service training. Thank you !!!

Absolutely disgusting!! I'm a regional driver and stop here all the time, but not anymore. The employee's are lazy and don't wanna work. Bathrooms were filthy and I said something to a girl behind the counter and she just stood there with a blank look on her face. Finally told someone and a guy went in to clean, and when he came out, it was even dirtier than before. Pathetic!! Won't give you my business again, guaranteed!!

Has a stand alone dog park with dual gate entry, several benches and tables for humans, several doggy waste bag stations and trash can. Lots of grass outside of dog park as well.

9/3/2020. Stopped here for shower, and coffee, which both were great. Pilot: you need to fix the shower in #4. I turned the lever off as far as I can and as the picture shows, still have a steady stream of water. Subway is not open 24/7, they open at 8am. Friendly cashier. Good place.

This is the best Pilot ever! It is easy on/off for I-95. The store and restrooms are clean. There is a large selection of snack items, along with a hot food bar. The staff is cheerful and assists one another. A special shout out to April who was masterful at handling a very busy food service without missing a beat! This will be a regular stop while traveling along 95!

Had a nice shower with good water pressure in shower and sink. 2 lottery machines for your convenience. Hot bar meatloaf, mashed potatoes and broccoli was better than you'd expect. Probably doesn't hurt getting it at 10:30am either. Very friendly lady at the hot bar. Kudos to her for the huge smile and great attitude!

Terrible customer service! Teysha I believe her name is was very rude! The manager was in there without a mask on but denying customers who didn’t have masks on. All trashes were overflowing inside and out, the windshield stations were out of cleaner and didn’t have squeegees! Credit card machine was broken and bathrooms were dirty. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Loves was across the street and they were great, always choose that one.

Putting in new towels without removing the old ones is their idea of a clean shower. Make sure you have shower shoes and don't sit on the toilets.

Skip the headache and go to Loves across the street. It took 10 minutes to even try to pay at the pump. First one said to see cashier, backed up to another and every part of the transaction took 2 minutes. Then eventually said to see cashier. Waste of time

Store clean (Pilot), bathrooms weren’t. Personal had there to clean though. Worst service ever at the Subway. They acted as if the customer was the problem. All had attitudes. Be glad you got a job, cause I would’ve fired you. Don’t bring your personal problems to work or whatever your problem/s are. I was even nervous about eating my food because if they treat the customer like that, what do they do to the food?

The staff at this Pilot make this a great place to stop and refuel. All the employees are busy keeping the store clean and stocked. Their attitude is obviously a reflection of the store management which should be commended for maintaining high standards. Take a break in Skippers VA. safe travels my friends.

This place has so many choices and to start with bathrooms are amazing and so many selections to choose from both Pepsi and Coke products and a mini Dunkin donuts right when you walk in not to mention the subway to the right!! Amazing experience also ice cream and car chargers😁😁
