The lady left me waiting inside while she took a long phone call at 2:04am.My cookies was in the oven beeping for a long time. The other worker was outside smoking. Once he finished smoking he came in and helped me because he heard the beeping as well. Please let the workers know to make sure the customers are taking care of first before personal business.

The cashier was nice but that doesn't matter. People talk very negatively about McDonald's and being that I have worked in fast food before I tried to defend. This is not light mayo and this is not extra pickle. Since when does extra mean none and light mean extra. What kinda of establishment doesn't comprehend basic instructions that the damn machine processed for them? This is connected to a truck stop people, we just want normal food. Served by people who can follow rudimentary instructions.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s. Made my order at the kiosk around 12:55am on 10/22/22. I was the only customer there. The kiosk machine didn’t give me a receipt. Put an order of 1 medium fries and an apple pie. Apple pies are already baked earlier on. Didn’t get my order until almost 20 minutes later and the lady barely filled up my medium sized container of fries. No apologies for the long wait time. Several people got there order before I received mine. I would love to say this is an isolated it but I’ve stopped here many times over the years on my route as a truck driver and service here has always been terrible…That’s me being nice. Who does their customer service training? They need to be fired.

Management needs to get a handle on this locations operation! I come through here several times a week on my route, but today is the last. Out of 4 mornings I've stopped here to grab breakfast, twice the bagel was burnt, the second one of the employees loudly stated how he was tired of people trickling in because he wanted them to all come at one time so he could serve them and they (the customers) could get the hell out! . The other two times I was told they were closed the first time (this was at 4am) and the second I was stopped from ordering on the kiosk by an employee telling me they weren't cooking anymore and they were closing in 3 minutes (this was 3:30am) It seems this place is only open when the employees feel like working. In contrast I don't have any of these issues at the McDonald's at the Loves in South Hill no matter what time I stop there. This location here though, at least early morning /overnight, has a bunch of lazy people working!

It was 1:30pm lunch rush and few other people where ahead of us on ordering. We’re a Semi Driver Team and both ordered. Used Promo. Order a Big Mac that was missing patty and the extra’s (check picture). The rest of our orders where Doused in salt for some reason. We where respectful at ordering

Saw these for sale at the attached Loves' Truck Stop. The Mc Donald's was okay if not a little slow, but the Loves was clean and well lit.

I recently visited the McDonald's located at 770 Moore Ferry Road and was thoroughly disappointed. The restaurant was visibly unclean, which immediately raised concerns about their hygiene standards. The wait time for food was shockingly long - a full hour - which is far from the fast service one expects from a fast-food chain.The staff's demeanor was unacceptable. They were not only unapologetic about the delay but also downright rude, even raising their voices at me. This lack of basic customer service etiquette was disheartening.The food, when it finally arrived, was a letdown. It tasted off, far from the usual McDonald's standard that I'm accustomed to. To add insult to injury, the order was incorrect. After waiting for an hour, receiving the wrong food was extremely frustrating.In conclusion, this McDonald's location falls significantly short of the mark. It earns a 1-star rating from me due to its poor cleanliness, slow service, unpleasant staff, substandard food, and failure to deliver the correct order. I strongly recommend that travelers on the nearby highway consider other dining options. This McDonald's experience was far from the quick, friendly, and reliable service that the brand usually provides.

If I could give this McDonald's a minus score, I would! DO NOT STOP HERE. I walked in with my husband just now, and 5 employees standing around not helping anyone (3 people ahead of us have not been helped yet) . Loud and cussing, worried more about who's working that shift. Decided to use the drive thru, even worse. 5 min for someone to answer, then another 5 for them to come to the window for payment. We ordered a big Mac combo and 10 piece nuggets. Was told it would be 10 minutes for fries. Told them to keep the fries just give us the rest. The girl rolled her eyes and acted like it was our problem and shoved the bag at us. Oh, and apparently, you pay for a 10 piece , you get 7! Called corporate.

The McDonald's would be amazing if the staff actually cared about pleasing the customers!! You go through the drive thru and say thank you and they roll there eyes and slam the window in your face!! Very unprofessional and not to mention rude!! Train the staff to appreciate there customers bc after all the customers pay for your check and keep the business running.....just saying!!

I usually don't stop at McDonald's but this one was conveniently located next to the gas station. I was happy to see that they had an automated ordering system and I thought this would make the order much quicker. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. The service was terrible. It took 20 minutes to get our order. Many unhappy people were also waiting, and most orders were short of product.The owner of this franchise really needs to see what is happening in their store before they go out of business.
