Loved this spot since childhood... different name and people but still love it ... foods yummy but the swirl cone has always been my fave :) with fries of course... gotta do the fry dip... last bites of cone are the BEST! We enjoy parking and eating out in the truck although inside is great too. (Sidenote...IMO ... small will suffice bc my tongue goes numb lol and I am not a brainfreeze fan)

Staff is friendly and nice. They have pretty good blended ice cream. Burgers and Sandwiches are about average for highway pass through fare. Servings were acceptable for the price and it was satisfying for a hungry & weary traveler. Would definitely stop in again for a Ice Cream Blitz (ice cream blended with toppings). They are very generous with the toppings blended in.

This is a restaurant located, honestly, in the middle of nowhere. I've been working on a job site near this location on and off since September of last year. I recently came in here with a coworker to grab a quick bite so we could get back to work.The restaurant itself looked like it was falling apart and there was mold in the bathroom. The employees gave me the impression that they don't get a lot of business and the food spoke for that. The fries were ok, but the burger was quite mushy and inedible. I've had coworkers talk this place up and I was actually quite disappointed.

Service was subpar and place was filthy. But if you are looking to fight insects on a dirty table for edible food, this is your place. And looking at the response tells you what you need to know. We went on sunday at lunchtime, but somehow for a correct critique you have to leave it same day? Place is trash with sub service and are you actually saying you dont have a bug problem? There was actually critters crawling across the counter that the girl at the register used her pad to squish. I thought about 2 stars just because i hate doing 1 star, but i absolutely stand by my rating and wish it could go lower.

This place is a staple of the community. The business is community oriented and always giving back. The food is good and the prices are great. Even through this whole coronavirus ordeal this place has stayed open and maintained the rules that have been put forth by the state government. The service is top notch. I've never gotten anything bad from this place and there's a variety of fast food to choose from. This business is in a great location right on side of a major highway. If you get a chance do stop by.

Stumbled across this place on the back roads. Looks like it has been there for a long time inside and out, but the dining room was clean and pleasant. Basic grill and fried food, and we all thought it tasted good, so giving stars based on the type of restaurant it is. Ice cream also was delicious. A remodel and a fresh coat of paint and I would give it five stars.

My mom went here for food. She likes it but I personally didn't go there but it's under a new company and served actual food more so than ice cream products. The food was good and hit the spot as well as has long lines which means the service must be good.

We pass the Tastee Freez several times per year when we are traveling on Highway 360. We usually end up stopping here for ice cream and to use the bathroom. The desserts are great! It's one of the few places to stop for many miles in both directions, and a welcome reprieve from the road. Tastee Freez also seems to be popular as there was a crowd each time we visited. Regardless of the crowd, we've been able to order and receive our desserts quickly.

We are new to this area. This place is just up the street from our new home so we decided to grab a bite there. It will be our new favorite place to get fast food! Food was great, price was reasonable, staff was friendly and we got our food quickly. :) thanks y'all!!

We had just enjoyed our lunch and left and got down the road 30 minutes and I called back because I had left my purse here. And the guy at the front was very nice and said that he held it for me cuz he knew I would probably be right back. oh and the pineapple milkshake was awesome

We stopped here to treat the kids to some sweets on the trip home. Didn't try the food but the ice cream is always good.Looks like this place is popular with the locals.Would definitely stop here again.

Went here tonight for a nice outing with family while I was home visiting. No welcoming presence when you walk in. Glum faces(first instinct and I should have left then) Waited about 45 minutes to receive two fish dinners and a footlong hotdog which was luke warm when we received it. The fish was the type of processed fish you get in the bag and deep fry so why did we wait so long? No clue but the regulars seemed to get their food a lot quicker(go figure). They were in and back out, perhaps they called order in or just waited on them first lol. Anyways the food was not impressive or worth the wait at all to me and I was going to ask for a refund but family said to let it go. Was not feeling to good afterwards and was in the bathroom when I got home smh. Will not be going there for the food anymore, but maybe the ice cream will be different or maybe not. Just my experience with this place. I feel like if you are spending money for a service it should be done right. Have a good one!

Ordered a chocolate shake. Asked for a Medium. Was given a large after the fact. Told they only have large or small.. So was not offered the choice. The girl just chose to give me the more expensive large.. Paid her $4.00 for a $3.89 large shake and she never offered me my change or a receipt.Got outside took a sip and it tasted off.. Not fresh.. Threw it in the trash..last time I stop there..

The hours shown is not the hours they are open. I stopped by at 8:00 am and they were still closed, and they close at 4pm. Losing a lot of money is all I know.

Food was better than I expected, best fries in Charlotte county and prices are great! The building could use a makeover but the menu and food quality isn't bad for a semi-fast food restaurant.

A great place to stop if you are either vacationing in Clarksville or riding through on the way to 58 (think NASCAR country). Food is adequate but not impressive. Ice cream is refreshing on a hot day. A local favorite place.
