Got the store as fast as we could before they closed. Walked up to the door at 4:58 and it was locked 2 minutes early. We only needed 1 thing to finish our project!!!! What happened to the good neighbor mentality of a small town.This ACE is garbage!!!

There was a bit of confusion this time picking up a curbside order. No one answered the phone, so I had to go into the store. Ugh. Everyone was masked and spaced, so all good there. Very nice folks work there but just had difficulty in finding my order. Waited about 5 minutes, which about hit my internal freak out limit, and finally my order was in my hands and I was on my way. Nice store, nice people, just not as on the money as they usually are. Will DEF go back because I believe in supporting local businesses!! Peace, y'all. 💙

Just moved to the area and I'm thankful this Ace is close. The staff are friendly and helpful (Carol and the guy who carried the sack of concrete out to my car, to credit two in particular) and the store is well stocked with necessary hardware. A far more enjoyable experience than big box stores.

This place has just about everything. The employees here are so nice. Their prices are good. I was surprised when I called to find out they don't dispense propane (I think they exchange tanks but for refills NAPA in Urbanna). The random inventory at this location can't be beat. Been in here several times to grab items and the staff has always guided us quickly to the location. The store is clean, parking is ample and get this ACE also sells clothes. Not a bunch but I didn't know.

Great store for men and women! Cool girlie stuff and stuff to use in the house, plus Simply Southern clothes & Hey Dude shoes, candy! Public restrooms which is nice, and nice people who work there! I love going to this ACE!

Really nice store, but they didnt have what I needed and the stuff was twice the price ofM & M supply store. So I left with nothing. Crab pots are 55 bucks right now too incase anyone is curious.

Saluda store is where I always go but mr horn after looking at what you had for sale on gas chain saws I was very disappointed when I went there and all u had was battery ones

It was my first time in this store.Personnel were very helpful with trying to find a part which they ended up unfortunately not having.But then simply left me alone. So I found parts that could replicate what I needed.Nice people, no imagination.

I started shopping at the Ace Hardware because it was family-owned and close to my house. I now have to return to the big box stores because upon my last visit to Ace in saluda on the door says no entry unless wearing a mask. I have breathing problems and cannot wear a mask therefore you have lost all my business and anyone else I can talk to. Good luck small local business
