Sadly I had to put my buddy Rusty a full blooded Doxxie to sleep. Nothing really great about that experience. I hope nobody else has to go through this with their pets. Death is a part of living. He had tumors that spread from his jaw into his lymph nodes and lungs. He was suffering so bad. My dog would always bark at my neighbor, Marie but he let me hand him to her without a whimper when we were going in. That told me he was in a lot of pain. I couldn't say nothing bad about the staff. They all treated me like a pet owner saying goodbye to his best friend, with dignity and sympathy. I highly recommend their services. I thank them for being there in my time of need. I really miss the little fellow but I know he is in a better place. I will never forget the years, I spent with him.

They were so good with my kitten. She wasn't scared at all. I love that they made her comfortable and made her feel safe. They took great care of her. Their prices are also very affordable. I definetly recommend them. They are bit out of the way for me, but worth it for my sweet baby girl.

These people are just incredible! We had a cat that need immediate treatment. They took her in and they took great care with her. The price was literally a fraction of what everyone else was going to charge us. The staff was so nice, I would highly recommend them.

Saltville desperately needed a veterinarian. Dr.Griffin and her staff are so compassionate and friendly. Their schedule tends to fill quickly. The poodles love ‘em.

Took my Great Dane puppies here and they were so nice to them and they were nice to me and actually carried on a conversation instead of being stuck up like most places. The prices were a bit higher than Bristol or Damascus but considering they are 5 mins from where I live I figured the prices canceled out considering how pricey gas is. This is where I will be taking my dogs from now on. Great service and very convenient

Had my first visit with my large ginger cat "Lucky" today. The doctor and staff are very friendly and professional. I'm so impressed. Dr. Griffin was very thorough explaining her diagnoses and care plan for Lucky to me. We are fortunate to have a veterinarian in our town. Thank you so much

My dog is very dog reactive and people reactive they worked with us to get my dog and to get her shots scheduled her appointment so no one would be there while she was there I made it very easy and smooth and pricing is very reasonable

Prices are good. I'm not complaining about that. However my dog went for a lyme test and wellness exam. Omg he growled one time cause when the vet tech opened the door it startled them and the vet automatically wants to prescribe sedatives and have me come back! and then "assume" that he's vicious. I can understand wanting to protect the workers. That is all good. Hell they could muzzle him for blood work! He's never bit anyone!!! The vet didn't even come out til I came back in and gave back the sedatives. So yeah, I don't recommend them at all.

Amazing group of people, super sweet and helpful. Also really affordable rates. My puppy needed a pretty serious surgery. They got her in super quickly and provided follow up care. She absolutely loves it there. Now she's a happy puppy annoying her siblings and taking up the whole bed. If you have a fur baby you should definitely go to Saltville Animal Clinic.

I didn't like they won't let us back there with our cat while he was being examined. He was so scared I felt like I was abandoning him. Otherwise then that they are great.

terrible My dogs name wasn't racial slur are you calling people that name? And I never refused any help for my dog you just didn't know enough to treat get as she should have been.And I never called the office myself.

They were very knowledgeable. Diagnosed our cat correctly. I went during covid so was not allowed in the building. They came to the car to get our cat.

They were awesome when they first opened. Now it seems as though they have overbooked themselves for one vet and am having to have my animals seen at other places when they are sick because it’s weeks until they have any available appointments.
