We asked for cream legbar chicks and the lady gave us a different breed. Which are totally black. Cream led bars are not black. The manager said he will give us a discount if we buy another 4. But I don’t need 4 more. thanks. It would have been nice if they just have us 2 cream leg bars instead. Anyways not going to that location anymore.

My Service Dog and I love Tractor Supply. She is an actual service dog not an ESP. But when we go in the store, she is fine, but when we are leaving, she does pull on her leash to get outside because we did not go many places in the hot summer so some of her training has gone downhill a little. This isn't because she wasn't properly trained, she is usually just in a quiet environment with me at home so loud noises make her a little anxious sometimes, depending on her mood. I am working with her on this and we use Tractor Supply the past few times as our go to store to get some of her training to help her overcome her overstimulation anxiety. They are very kind in the store. They help if I need help when I am buying something. If we are just walking through to look around and get some training in, they are ok with that too. They do not address my dog knowing she is a Service Dog and always ask first if they can pet or give her treats. They know what is right and what is not right to do with Service animals. They are knowledgeable about our needs when we need flea/tick medicine, calming aids, other supplies or even just toys, etc. They do not make me or my Service dog feel uncomfortable to be there even if we aren't buying anything that day. Now that the weather is cooler, I can get back to more training with my girl who works hard to keep me safe and help me but just has the one flaw of pulling to leave stores, I just need a little more patience with her. They have even given me some suggestions that may help with this little flaw. We will overcome. Thank you Tractor Supply for your kind, knowledgeable and well trained staff! We appreciate you.

SO glad I stopped in when I did! I haven't always had the best of luck at other TS locations, and I had never been to the Salem store before, but when I first walked in I was greeted by Kathleen and another friendly employee. I told her my dog just had pups, and I didn't know anything about caring for them or mom. Kathleen was super helpful, going above and beyond answering all my long list of questions. Even though this location is several miles out of my way, I will Always shop at the Salem store first from now on for all pets needs, as well as my other supply needs

Love Tractor Supply. They always seem to have items that you simply could not find elsewhere. Today, I needed some hitch pins for the vehicle that I pull behind my motorhome. I knew they would not only have what I needed, but the item came in multiple sizes, so I was able to find the perfect set.Very helpful friendly staff on hand to help me today. Very clean store.

The folks here are always willing to help load up items in the store AND help me thru checkout, and all the way into my vehicle! There's no way I can lift those 40lb bags any more! They are extremely knowledgeable about feeds for all of my critters, plus they have tools and hardware for my entire little farm!

I was excited when the store came to town. Was good at first but have watched it slowly declined as many stores have with the lack of quality employees. Now that I have in encountered the authoritarian female working there I’m done. Back to Rural King I guess.

Stocking of horse feed, forage, etc..is not always consistent. But prices are great when its in stock! The staff here is fantastic!!! I'm disabled, and they are so kind to help me in the store and loading my van! The store is in an excellent location, great hours, and easy access!

My husband and I felt very uncomfortable with our first and possibly last experience at the Salem location. We were followed by an employee over half the time we were there, the lady was so close that I turned around from looking at something and turned right into her. As soon as we walked out I said I don’t think I’ll ever come back, my husband agreed.

Went in to pickup a couple things, before going I was looking at a gun safe that was advertised. When I looked at them one was sold and the other had damage/blemishes, spoke with the manager and made me a deal I couldn't pass. Everyone was polite and friendly, I will be going back to this store.

I am very disappointed with the fact you sale to farmers and all and should realize how important crops and vegetable plants are.The mark down the flowers out front but sitting there and letting the tomatoes and other plants die instead of marking them down, where someone could get some food off of

I called the local Tractor Supply to ask about an electric pet fence that the website states they have on site. Was put on hold for 7.5 min. Before I hung up and called back. Then the associate just said we don't cary pet fences..?Is this professional?

Always have great staff and this location has a dog wash station which is very affordable! We took all 4 of our dogs there and they have everything ready in the station for you to use.

Like shopping here. Got a hummingbird feeder, another bird feeder, dog treats, treats for doggies teeth and breath, bird seed, dog food and a new dog bed for my doggie and other misc items.
