This is just sad, as a manager at my restaurant I would be ashamed to put out food like this. small almost burnt top bun, missing the fries, and the bacon. All of which I had to pay extra for.

Some mornings there good but here lately it’s been dirty on the inside and they have been slow I waited 20 minutes for a drink when I was the only person wait the guy kept walking around doing other things I had to ask him was he going to make the drink or not very disappointed when I finally got the drink it was made wrong I was pissed and just left. I come here almost everyday that will change sadly

Frequent traveler here - also a frequent sheetzer. I always look for them where I’m traveling, 99% of the time you get the same great food, atmosphere and amenities.This store was rough. Messy is an understatement. Coffee area was out of pretty much everything, including sugar. There was more ketchup on the outside wrapper of my sandwich, then on my actual sandwich. The cashier was making fun of the other employees to me as they were calling out orders. The cashier also had a hard time sliding my bag to me on the counter as it was so sticky.Sheetz corporate, this stores manager needs to step up or step aside.

The whole family enjoys Sheetz. The Made To Order feature is the best fun. When it is time to travel we pick up snacks, drinks and gas for the car, then we are on our way. Great!

Trashiest sheets I have ever seen. All gas tank trash cans overflowing and trash blowing everywhere. If outside looks like that why would I want to get food there. If I didn’t really need gas and had stopped there I would have went somewhere else. Management needs to step up standards. Terrible! Not good for community.

I love Sheetz. The touchscreen M.T.O. (made-to-order) system allowed me to customize my meals, whether it was a turkey sub or a breakfast muffin called a Shmuffin (similar to an Egg McMuffin).Now, let's talk about the **madness** that is the Sheetz menu. I love Sheetz, I probably go here a few times a week cause I'm a night owl. The food is really good, I can't recall an order they've messed up other than maybe forgetting a sauce once. The gas prices are probably the cheapest around here and the staff are pretty friendly

Today I ordered a grilled chicken sub from this establishment and I got a……grilled chicken sub. I don’t know if they have free range chicken out back, but it was really good. The peanut butter crackers tasted almost homemade. Not really, but those weren’t bad either. My tea was a little too sweet, but that was my fault because I was the idiot who made it. Sheetz rarely disappoints and it was a solid 5 star experience today. 👍🏼🏆

Ordered my usual ham and cheese sub got home the bread is so hard I had to throw most of it away and I didn't get any lettuce and barely got any of my other toppings this has now happened twice in the last 2 weeks I will go back to the one on Apperson IF I go back at all this is one of the reasons I had quit ordering from them before.

I do not live near this Sheetz so I only stop here when I'm headed towards southwest VA. The store was clean (including the restroom) and the selections were fantastic. I would have gave it a 5 ⭐ rating but the staff was not friendly at all (very unusual for a Sheetz). It was like I did self checkout with someone else standing behind the register (no greetings or interaction from the staff).

While stopping to get drinks and snacks for our road trip, we needed to use the restrooms. OMG. The men’s had much of the floor covered in urine, and the women’s had both underclothes, and filth that should not be described.When we got to the checkout (after the long line with a single cashier), we mentioned this in hopes that there would be a care. Then I looked down at the sales counter and saw the dried-up spilled sodas and grime, so the wordless stare from the cashier was only the demonstration of the malaise here.On the way out, I just scanned the glass on windows and doors and surmise it has been more than a few days since they were cleaned. Sheetz Corporate, this place needs immediate intervention. If you cannot find a manager to get this fixed, pay them better. My $5.69 Red Bull certainly should be helping.

This Sheetz location is so dirty and nasty! The restrooms are filthy! The store is out of everything! The coffee creamer was so spoiled it was the consistency of Elmer's glue! I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. I would not suggest anyone actually ordering food from this location.

Grilled chicken sub was disappointing. The chicken and condiments could barely be found inside the bun. Prices go up and food size goes down. Other than that the workers were pleasant and bathrooms were clean.

Trash cans have yellow jackets swarming all around right at the pump. Trash cans are all overflowing and trash is blowing all over the parking lot. We may change our gas-getting plans in the future.

Since the renovation two years ago, the location has gone downhill. The exterior walkways and parking lot have litter and debris scattered all over the place. The main entrance's carpet is absolutely filthy. The shelves and chillers are only barely above half stocked. The selfserve stations are barely maintained, et cetera. I used to come here quite often but the management issues this location is dealing with makes me avoid it if and when I can.

Stopped in and was exhausted; amanda helped me get the things i needed. I never have a good experience at sheetz at night anywhere. Usually staff is mediocre but amanda maintains a high level of professionalism. I am so use to bad customer service these days going places an being asked what do i want instead of how can i help you.. Amanda was not like that at all. I didn't feel like i was bothering her but someone who wanted to assist. I couldn't ask for a better example of customer service.

I usually go out of my way to stop at a Sheetz when traveling, but this one is the best one I've been to, staff is always friendly, especially Patrick, great guy, never have to wait even first thing in the morning. Never seem to be out of anything that I'm looking for. Sheetz corporate needs to use this location as an example for the rest.

This particular Sheetz is pretty busy most times considering it's location. The staff does a great job of keeping things moving. I never had to wait long. The parking lot can be hectic with cars coming in every direction. I recommend being extra cautious. The MTO food always taste fresh.

This particular Sheetz host a Tesla charging station, which Google thinks I visited. That'd be nice, buy me a Tesla please.I was actually putting gasoline in my little red car, but Sheetz was out of the cheapo 88 octane ethyl blend, so -1 star. The restroom was on par, the junk food epically plentiful, there's even a hot food stand inside.Gracious, it was max busy at every station and position on July 4th. That said everyone seemed relaxed and polite.Generally as expected. Good stop.

This USED TO BE my fav Sheetz location. Then they remodeled & I have YET to receive a correct order since. I don't receive condiments ordered; I'm lucky if I get a napkin (I make sure I personally get some). Doesn't matter if I go in...it still isn't right. I ordered a quesaritto the other week: NEVER AGAIN IT WAS THE WORST. All meat was in 1 end & the veggies & condiments in the other. Really? Who does that? I stopped using curbside (which USED TO BE awesome at this location); now, I have to wait 10-15 minutes PAST time stated to have orders brought out. There's a female supervisor at this location who is RUDE. My 1st visit inside since the remodel was a HORRIBLE experience. My food was ready long before my drink (I waited an additional 10 minutes for a milkshake); and this female supervisor got rude with me because I was still waiting. Yet employees were milling around like they had nothing to do during lunch hour. This location needs to SERIOUSLY TIGHTEN UP. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MTO AREA IS SEVERELY LACKING.

These places are my new "pilot flying J" replacement. Since Pilot sold almost every gas station they have that doesn't have showers for truckers, & became "Casey's" - I hate it. 1st, the app is now worthless. They no longer carry certain items that after 30yrs, ppl get used to! The 🏧s are no longer "free" to use. & none of the coupons saved from when it was pilot, aren't accepted either. Even tho we weren't even warned it was coming! Just walked n one day. Same staff. Half the store empty. After I asked, thats when I was told. I didn't even notice the sign change. Primarily bcuz it's the same dang color scheme even! Anyway, sheetZ is my new go to look for while traveling. Thank you for being awesome 👌

This Sheetz is quite far away from the highway, and is relatively small. The bathrooms are not very clean, and neither is the store. Many people were not wearing masks. No fresh baked items. Poor selection of prepackaged things. Not at all what I have come to expect from this chain!

The manager/Shift leader is a nasty human being. I’ve never been to such an awful Sheetz, & treated so poorly. Didn’t get a name but she had brown hair in a short pony tail. Wish I got a name
