Kat the dog trainer/cashier is absolutely amazing !!! She was so very helpful on flea preventatives and my concerns for certain brands. She assured me that the best choice would be to get a seresto collar, as that's what she did when her dogs got fleas and it was the only thing that worked for them. Not only was she very educated on products, she found us a great coupon online. We left very satisfied, confident, and excited to try the new product! A few days later...we validated that it works great and it's the best flea preventative we have ever used ! Thank you so much Kat, extraordinary service! 10/10!

We had used groomers here in the past and had good experiences until one time in 2022 which left us not wanting to go there anymore. I was hesitant to book again but the location is convenient so I called. I spoke with Luca and explained why we were hesitant. She booked our girl Stella with her and she did a phenomenal job on a golden retriever who was way overdue for a spa day. We ended up booking our boy Reggie with her the next day. Thank you Luca for being so professional and understanding and doing a fabulous job on these two. We’ve already scheduled their next appointments too. The goldens said thank you for being PAWSOME

Greeted as I came in the door like I was a good friend not just another person. Excellent assistant with getting a name tag printed. And the lady manager is absolutely wonderful. I'm not good with names, sorry. the inventory gets better everytime a go there.

This review is for our FAVORITE pet supplies plus groomer, Corey. I have a big, super-hairy Bernese Mountain Dog who requires a lot of grooming. Corey goes above and beyond to make sure that my beloved berner is throughly cleaned, rinsed and dried..this is no easy task if you know the breed. Our fur baby is also prone to hotspots in the summer months and since Corey has been taking care of him, his hotspots have disappeared.

I'll never go back here. They are completely rude. Ruined my daughter birthday by lying and rubbing something in her face she couldn't have. Going to lie to us about the pet and everything. It's so disgusting how someone could treat a child the way they did for literally no reason! Purely disgusting

we were regular customers at this store. I took my service dog here frequently . lately we were go in there we have had a worker following us around. I'm sure they had better things to be doing. my dog was having an off day already which as humans do dogs do too. we were in the toy aisle looking for a new toy . first a customer on one side of us started talking to my dog who clearly has service dog on her harness and I said no, she's working . on the other side of me is an employee with a cart full of stuff to put away . she said she needed to put some of the toys away and wanted us to move for her to do so. we moved over but she just kept looking at different toys, touching them as if she was shopping not working. she could have gone and put the other items in the cart away and come back when we were done. On top of that two other workers were down the same aisle kept staring at us which to a service dog is an alert and distraction as well. they were talking loud enough to distract her and kept using hand motions as if to get her attention. this store needs educated on service animals. you don't go near them. you give them and their handler space . you definitely don't need to be right where the handler and service dog are shopping at that minute . and you don't stand there staring at them either . we will NOT be shopping here again and I have passed this on to friends who will not shop here either we will go to tractor supply, pet smart, and other stores where they respect handlers and their service dogs

They never have the dubia roaches in stock. When asked they seemed unbothered, saying sometimes we just don't get them in. Sounds like something that should be looked into instead of brushed off.

I have had a hard time finding someone to groom my Anatolian/Pyrenees since Ive moved back to the valley…..Then I found Corey. He did such an incredible job! I almost cried when I saw her….And he related to my Luna. His sternness yet loving nature made her feel comfortable. She trusted him, I could tell…..I know because I’ve sneaked peaks with groomers and I did with him. I mean we can’t be too careful with our furbabies! I will never let anyone touch my baby again. He is incredible! Even got her toes ! That was a miracle! Thank you Corey!

Great place for all my fish and aquarium needs! So much better then the big mega stores like petsmart and petco. Prices are always affordable and they even do price matching! Even have a great selection for my lil furry friends! Best pet place in Salem! They even have a dog wash station in the back with everting you would need. Very cool!

Wonderful grooming staff. A bit pricey but willing to price match. Not a huge variety in treats or wet food but enough so that you should be able to find what you need. Great neighborhood resource. Don’t forget to get a rewards card you can earn points to redeem in store or on website to reduce your order total.

Love the self serve dog wash! Great water pressure and supplies. Easy to wash both my dogs in one tub at the same time. Amazed at how quick the dryer got them dry. Will absolutely use again.

Highly overpriced! People saying their prices are fair obviously haven't shopped anywhere else. I find most things cost double if not triple the price here as elsewhere. Also they have bones and treats open down low in baskets where other dogs or animals can come in pee on them, sneeze on them, lick them, etc and this is not healthy or sanitary for other pets. I know three people who have had dogs become sick from being in this store. Compare their prices with other stores like Tractor Supply or Walmart even or Pet Smart and you will see that this store is very overpriced. The staff are very friendly, that I will agree, but the prices of anything here are ridiculous!

Ask for Gaby. She knows a lot about fish and is very helpful. She also helped me so much today when my dogs got a bath. Even offered a bowl of fresh cold water for my old girl to recover while the boy got his fur blown dry. This high tub is such an improvement for every doglover to use while bathing the dogs. Best service offered ever.

I've gotten lots of stuff from this store from treats to cages. About a year ago I bought 2 parakeets the workers were awesome and super helpful answered all my questions and even helped me pick what I needed fo4 there cage! I love this store
