Found some good buys,lot of selection,marked down flowers,hot cross buns; however the stores are so jam packed and aisle so close together it becomes an excuse me experience. Not an enjoyable dread going.

Another good Kroger experience. Went early so the store was not exceedingly busy with customers, but all employees noted were working hard, stocking products, especially in produce and meats. All associates with masks. Purchased some .99 day old produce which was great! Did self check out with no problems, and an associate was nearby if needed. I'm going to go early more often!1/18/23An overflowing bag collection greeted me at the entrance. (See photo) The remainder of the store was uncluttered and clean. Two associates helped me when I inquired, and they were patient, helpful and friendly. Most shelves were stocked, with a few out of stock products. Self check out was fast, easy and accurately honored my digital coupons.

I had a bad experience and refuse to return to this Kroger. They refused to honor coupons for Cliff Bars. The coupons were clearly marked for $1 off a Cliff Bar or Cliff Bar multi-pack. I had 5 of these coupons and attempted to buy 5 individual bars and they refused to accept them, taking a hard line on just applying them to multi-packs. The coupon was very clear in that it was for either.I was trying to get a measly $5 knocked off the price tag and I had other items in my cart. I had taken a bicycle there, was hot, tired, and frankly pretty irritated that $5 was worth it to them to lose a customer.

I have said over and over again that I won’t shop at Kroger any more for groceries. They never have people to check you out. Today they had one when it was time for people to get off from work. The self checkout lines were long. About every other time I scanned an item the machine I was using said ‘make sure you scan your item before putting it in the bag. Then, I had a coupon and had to wait for the person to come and clear it for me. Why do you have to have someone to come approve your coupon? I am fed up with Kroger. Even though Food Lion is further away, I am going there. The isles are wider and the store is cleaner. They always have several checkout people who are very pleasant. I never leave there upset. So I recommend Food Lion to everyone I know. Kroger you should learn to do better and not always have excuses for your problems. I am done!

Staff doesn’t stock receipt paper in self checkout lanes. Restrooms are cleaned during rush hours. Some cashiers have so much free time they can standby

I leave zero stars if I could. I can't stand shopping here. I constantly say I will not go back. But it's on my way home from work. It's supposed to be a convenience. I can never find anything I'm looking for. You can never find any help. There's never anybody to help you at checkout. Service counter is always closed and everyone in there is rude. And never mind the gas station I won't even start on them

Close to my assisted living, just a short (but very steep) walk downhill using my walker. They have MOST things, but not a big selection of makeup or cosmetic items. Grocery items are wonderful and fruitful; holiday themed decor and cards are generous.

What can I say about Kroger? They are always pretty good. They did well surviving the blizzard of 2018. Kept their stock pretty full.This is my first time at this particular Kroger. I found everything I needed and the store was barely busy so I was in and out quickly. I think that had more to do with the time of night and the weather than the popularity of the store.Clean store. Clean sidewalks on a snowy night. Clean parking lot as well. And relatively Pleasant employees.Good job Kroger.

I have been a customer of this Kroger for nine years. I continue to have problems with the dairy department. They do not restock half and half very often. This means I have to go to a second store to get half and half. For a while I've used the online shopping and recently ordered two Kroger reduced fat sour creams. When I opened them, they were not firm at all.... more the consistency of soup. My husband looked at the expiration date. They both had expired 1-1/2 months ago. This is unacceptable to me. First no one pulled the expired items off the shelf. Secondly, I was told the employee picking the items for me did not check the dates. Do you even have a training program??? I've decided to go to another Kroger even though it's not as convenient.

Unorganized and out of a ton of items. Also, nobody knew where “kimchi” was just to be lead on a scavenger hunt to 3 different places and finding out “oh we are out of that too”Never going back to this location

I'm not a fan of their self check out. There's not enough room to put your items if you have more than a couple. They need someplace so that you can empty your cart so that you can place the items already scanned back into the cart once they're bagged, similar to the ones at Wal-Mart. Other than that,bits a great store to shop.

We got our boutonnieres for our wedding from this location and were so happy with the quality and freshness! The presentation was beautiful and we highly recommend this floral department for special occasions. The staff were very helpful and worked under a tight time frame!

Never have enough staff for check out lines. The other night there was only one lane open (less than 15 items Lane), so I had to check out with over 40 items in self-checkout with many other people waiting. Employees standing around chit-chatting and not helping. Things are always out of stock here. The staff is usually friendlier at this kroger and it’s not as busy as others, but I’m less than impressed with it.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The store is clean also. Produce is usually fresher than other places. A reason I can't give them more stars is they are always out of something I need. I know its a smaller store, but still. When they don't have 2-3 items out of 30, that's not a good percentage.

They did not have their usual chicken salad. At first was told it could be ready the next day. When I said I needed it tonight and would have to go to another Kroger, Karen...in the deli...said if I were going to do a bit of shopping, she would make it right away. Greatly appreciate her going way out if her way.

I’ve been doing clicklidt for months. Always receive a text when they start shopping and when they have arrived it’s usually about 30 minutes. This time I received a text when they started shopping it was an hour and a half and I never received a text my food was out on the porch and was warm. I will never use them again. Store is very dirty anyway

Went there tonight to get filets and NOBODY was at the meat section. Had an employee look me dead in the eye and keep going. Where is Earl?! He's the man. He definitely needs a raise. He is the reason I go to this Kroger because I know he will treat me right and assist me in getting what I need.

This store never fails to amaze me. A couple of days ago was looking for pimento cheese. I found pimento cheese located in three different places in the store. In each place there was only one type of pimento cheese and none of the three types we're the tpye that I was looking for. So I had to go to a Food Lion to locate the type I was looking for and discovered that the Producer of the pimento cheese makes three different types of pimento cheese. Something I had not seen in this small Kroger store.

Tom helped me with the rug cleaner. He was such a great help. The machine was dirty and we checked the Second machine both were dirty. I complained, John the manager gave me ten dollars off if I would take one of the machines. So I got a discount and Tom made sure the rug cleaner worked. Thanks you Kroger. Tom and John were great.

Small neighborhood store. It is now open 24 hours and has a fuel center. The may not have all the variety of some of the larger stores, but they have all the staples you need.Typically, since it is a lower volume store, you can get in and out without must fuss.

Very unfriendly Kroger store at Ridgewood Farms Shopping Center. First and last time visiting.I had a question and said hello to a younger female employee. The employee's name tag said Cynthia. She looked around 16-17 years old. She didn't say hello back and looked at me like she hated me and wanted to hurt me. Not exaggerating. I have never had a person look at me quite so hatefully. If looks could kill. I just decided to walk away from her instead of ask my question.. seemed like Cynthia was having a bad day that day. Regardless of what was going on with her, she should have still said "hello" and smiled and asked how she could help me. Absolutely terrible customer service. Come here if you want someone to give you hateful looks.

All 3 workers in the deli were wearing their face coverings below their noses. Last visit, a deli worker wore her face covering below her chin. All while working with food prep. Unsafe in the COVID era. We'll be looking for a safer grocery store despite the convenience of this one.

So i went to Ridgewood farms Kroger Thursday to get a few items and saw a few non snap things i was also gonna buy..but went i went to check out at the end i swiped my snap card as usual and was ready to pay the left over and the cashier tried to charge me well over the amount that was for the 3 items and when i stated that fact he says you are mistaken cause that's what they cost which after the manager came over stated that i was right bout the cost they still wanted to over charge me so i had them voided off..but as i looked at my receipt those items were never charged or voided..so watch out when you're checkin out cause the cashier's are runnin a scam to get extra money by claiming the cost of item's are what they say they are but aren't and aren't even being put on the receipt.

I like the store. The produce looks good, but it don't stay fresh very long. Everyone is so friendly at this store. It is smaller than the other one in this area, and I hope that it stays that way.

I was in line to check out and then cashier just left the register without saying anything. Came back after 10 mins with no apologies. When i asked to buy a cigarette, she brought the different one even though i was holding and showing it to her. WHAT? Also, i was looking for a regular coffee near their bakery section, and this guy approached me saying there is no regular coffee here. HOW COME? He didn't even give me an explanation and just left. This kroger needs to train their employees properly. I am pretty sure they know their business is not doing well compared to other krogers in surrounding areas. WAKE UP!
