I ordered a meat and cheese platter for Christmas Eve. It was ready when I picked it up, no waiting. It was placed in a plastic bag with handles that was easy to carry. The very generous, attractive platter, enough snacks for at least 15-20 people, was covered with a snap-on lid and included a mix of olives. In the bag were small plates, tongs, and napkins. All of this for $15.00! I even got 2 for 1 boxes of Townhouse crackers!

Neat, very clean Food Lion near Exit 137 of I 81 ... in west Salem VA. Bright lighting. Well marked aisles. My one serious complaint? No express lanes.

It's a great grocery store, but don't bother looking for prices on the website. The website tells you one price, and the actual prices in store are different.

Love going here for a less busy, more personal shopping experience. The prices may be a little higher (if something isn't on sale), but it beats having to deal with heavy traffic grocery stores. Very welcoming, small town environment.

Very clean and well kept store...friendly staff that is always willing to answer questions on where products are located. Cashiers are friendly and always smiling and willing to ask every customer how they are doing. Great customer service keeps customers coming back, so now I know why this store always has people in it.... GREAT JOB KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE!!!

The employees are courteous and helpful. Some items like plant based products are more expensive than their competitors, but found some great deals on other things. I like shopping at Food Lion stores, they are just the right size to get in and out quickly.

ALWAYS out of things I used to be able to buy regularly. Their online shopping is infuriating and the staff who shop your items for online orders to pick up don't know how to appropriately replace an item, check for approved replacements or how to find things that I find easily when I go pick my order. Also a lot of their younger staff are not very professional and have some seriously inappropriate conversations in check-out 🙄

Not busy. Price's are little lower which is good. Place was very clean. The only thing I've seen is the ladies that work day time need to be much more friendly. People they know their nice to but are short an sassy with most customers. Not being ugly cause retail can wear on you but they are being paid to work. I'd still go back when passing through. 😇

Great shopping experience.. All the ladies on the front are always nice and smiling and friendly. Mr. Horn and Mr. Hall are absolutely two of the best. I sure hope they are getting paid tip top dollar. Because this place would not Run as good as it does without either one of them.

Local food lion is the best to get in and out quickly and a more personal, friendly,family oriented atmosphere. Everything stays stocked and in the same place as it was when i was a kid. I prefer this store above the larger chain supermarkets do to the location staff selection of product, deli, restroom cleanliness, ease of parking . All around a great local market 5/5 hope its always around .

Best Produce is town! Love love this store. You can actually shop and not have to worry about the hassle. I feel completely at ease here; unlike the chaos of Walmart. This will be my grocery spot from now on. Thank You Food Lion On Wildwood for making it Great! Keep up the excellence!
