My “home” CVS. I appreciate the quality the Pharmacist and pharmacy techs do, and the quality of service I always receive. Appointments for vaccines must be made on the store web site, a time consuming process. The technician who recently injected two vaccines for me was careful and gentle. However, I had to remind him of the paperwork verifying the vaccinations which I needed. The rest of the store has narrow aisles and is cluttered. Staffing, which I understand is a problem, is woeful. Employees are helpful, but always rushed. The customer self-checkout is time consuming and a joke. Accessible parking is plentiful with curb cuts.

Everyone at CVS Pharmacy has always been very helpful and very polite. They have always had my prescriptions on time when they said they would be. I highly recommend CVS Pharmacy.

Love, love, love the pharmacists & techs @ the CVS Ridgewood Farm in Salem VA!! Don’t like the store & rarely shop there due to the attitude of most cashiers being poor. Other CVS’s & pharmacy locations are very poor too.

The pharmacy is absolutely awful!! Took 2 days to get my prescription that the doctor sent over before they even opened!!! Tried to call 3 different times to ask what was going on and no one would ever answer the phone!! This was my fist time using them and I can promise it will be the last time!!
