The pharmacy needs to do better. It’s entirely disorganized…and when I’m assured my prescription will be ready by a certain time and it’s not and they close in the next 30 minutes, it’s super frustrating. It’s never ending issues with this place, whether it’s they can’t figure out how to process the insurance, they aren’t timely, and it doesn’t matter what they told you, they send you to the back of the line so they can “prep” the meds they should have already prepped. Christ.

Tonight Megan and her pharmacy techs went above and beyond to help with a stressful Rx situation. They helped to resolve a complex issue for my son’s refill while he is in WA! I’m so grateful for Megan’s knowledge and willingness to help coordinate from coast to coast!

I wish I could leave 0 stars, this homely pharmacy "manager" is frumpy, rude, disrespectful and could not manage her way out of a paper bag. My granddaughter lost her husband on June 22nd and she's been having a really rough couple of months, this "pharmacy manager" has taken it upon herself to make my granddaughters life harder, without even so much as an "I'm sorry for your loss." CVS is scraping the bottom of the barrel with this self-centered hag. Please, save yourself the headache and head to the CVS on Chestnut Street in Salem. The staff over there understands empathy, and customer service, something the blonde over at Ridgewood farms is incapable of. Pathetic.

It’s giving at zero stars was an option I would. This has to be the worst run pharmacy I have ever encountered. There is always a line, everyone is rude, and yet there are four people working in the pharmacy none of which to seem to have any concern about helping anyone. Today the line for the drive-through is literally wrapped around the building. I went to go inside and the inside is closed and you cannot use it. How does this place stay open?

I recently had to transfer my prescriptions here and was nervous after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Every time I go in they are always working very hard and are not rude. Yes you will have to wait but that is the same at any pharmacy in this area now. Try to remember these employees are under paid and overworked but if they weren't there for us then we wouldn't be able to get our medicine. We can't lose pharmacy workers. A smile and some understanding from the customers will go along way.

9/15/23 Front end male cashier was extremely rude to a delivery driver. The only thing cashier had to do was page pharmacy b/c deliver couldn't walk food through store. Cashier stated "I can be rude to you b/c you're not a customer. As a paying customer, I was Appalled at what I was witnessing. Regardless of a paying customer or not, once the public enter you business you are to receive good customer service. Speaking from someone who works in the medical field. Unacceptable behavior and it should be addressed.

There website says same day delivery on medicine but yet they tell you they can’t deliver. When you have difficulties with a vehicle to pick up and someone that needs medicine to stay alive. Plus the staff is always rude.

Ok I work in customer service so I understand when you are busy and may not be able to greet a customer. I stood right in front of pharmacy counter and three people saw me and didn’t say anything! Finally a fourth person comes around and waits on me. I did get a friendly goodbye when I left so bumping up to a 3.

I have been sick for 10 days... two visits to urgent care. After leaving urgent care, it was 5:35 pm when I arrived at CVS Ridgewood tonight to pick up my prescription. After waiting in line, I got to the counter at 5:57 pm. The girl told me that my prescription was in progress, but I would have to come back tomorrow. She said they were closing early at 6:00 pm. NO reason given. They usually stay open till 8:00 or 9:00. I told her I was disappointed and that I needed to start my prescription right away. I told her I wanted to transfer my prescription to another CVS or another pharmacy so I could begin the meds right away. Without any compassion, no reason for the early closing, and without saying another word she left the counter and had my prescription ready in just minutes. Why on earth would a person treat a customer like that. Did she think I had time to come back a second time to purchase my meds that I needed now? Why did it take threatening to take my business elsewhere to get action. We wouldn't be there if we didn't need our meds. This is the second time that a similar thing has happened to me at CVS Ridgewood. I'm going to find a more reliable pharmacy. This one has become horrible. Even though this location is most convenient I will find one that is more reliable.

RX was going to be ready at 2 PM. I got in the drive thru line at 4:15 with 5 cars ahead of me. At 5:12, I finally got to pull up to the window to be told that the RX was not ready and was told I needed to drive around the building to get back in line. When I said I'd already been waiting for an hour and couldn't wait any longer, I received a shoulder shrug and was told it would be 20 more minutes. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Very super nice people thru out the store, I have been with them for quite some time and NEVER had a problem with none of them. When I had my insurance company changed they were all on the same page and going out of their way to fix the issue. Finally, a pharmacy knows what to do, when, how. Very happy here, if you want problems Meghan can help you out.😁

JAN 17 2022 Just got stuck in parking lot at cvs ridge wood electric rdParking lot has 6” or more and entrance is snow covered which is where l got stuck! No one answered phone went to fast busy signal! Why was l there trying to get my medication If you’re open then CLEAN ALL OF YOUR LOT TO MAKE SAFE FOR US! DID NOT HER MY MEDICATION!.

This pharmacy is awful!!! They have absolutely no customer service. I transferred my prescriptions from SE to this CVS. Was told "Your insurance doesn't cover any of these meds" knowing nothing has changed in the last 30 days when it comes to my prescriptions/insurance when I tried to explain this to them, they didn't listen and told me it would be better to go to another CVS that has my information. I went back to the SE CVS and guess what!! I had no issues. I have never dealt with such ignorant, rude people in my life.

⭐⭐Another CVS, another pharmacy that has left us hanging when we really needed prescriptions filled.Wife called corporate offices and found that no complaints had been filed for this or the Chestnut location in Salem.If you have important meds you need filled, be wary of CVS.

Sunday 12/13/20 unreal we waited in the drive thru line for over 35 minutes to be served and there wasn't but two cars in front of us this is unacceptable if someone drops a prescription for filling or refill have them stage out of the traffic lane, unfortunately this has happened before but not on this level.
