My Shihtzu looked amazing! The lady was professional and accommodating. She fit him in last minute and still gave him a great haircut. He was also pretty calm/happy when I picked him up. He got to play with the other dogs while he waited his turn.....which really helped his anxiety.She also has a passion for animals unlike most grooming places.

Took my dog there because she guaranteed she can groom an older dog. After picking him up after 2 hours. He wasn't wash and she just started to cut his nails when I got there. The under layer hair was still there and was a larger mess after I took him there. She charged me really cheap and I did not have change but didn't want to deal with her so I told her to kept the change. I had to take my dog to another groomer and I'm so glad I did.Also the place smelt like cigarettes. The poor dogs probably inhaled all the smoke.

If I had wanted my dog shaved, I would have asked for her to be shaved. I had asked for my dogs legs to remain long, her head to be left alone, her face to be cleaned up, and her feet to be trimmed. What I received was a dog with a cheap buzz cut. Price quoted was $45, we gave $60 and no change was given. I will NOT be returning.
