8/14/2923 got a breakfast burrito today. Have you all changed them? They are WAY different today than from last week and I get them all the time. It wasn't just this one burrito, but my whole crews burritos were the same way, mine was just the worst looking. They literally looked like a soggy, steamed egg roll. Gonna have to drop my 5 star review down to a 4.Service is still great. Friendly employees.Prices are reasonable. It's always clean and inviting. Highly recommend them. Just the burritos......Friendly employees. Reasonable prices. Nice variety Clean and inviting. Great place to stop.

Good place, Mike is a nice guy. The only thing about Cavern Market Exxon is the parking lot seems like it’s always dirty. Or garbage cans overflowing. Mud, snack wrappers, half eaten food, etc all over the parking lot. One time I stepped out of my vehicle and stepped directly into a pile of melted Hershey Bar..got on my shoe and was difficult to remove; had to stand in their bathroom cleaning my shoe for a couple minutes. Bathrooms are clean!

Very disrespectful and rude. I had to make a quick stop for a restroom.... Ugh. The establishment closes at 11pm. I was doing the "business" then at approximately 1051 pm, the cashier came into the bathroom a quote said "you need to get out! “. His tone was absolutely rude and not necessary at all. I was already about to walk out by this point. There were still at least six people still shopping. I by no means would have any business stay over after hours for me, and yes there are people who will. I think that's rude but I wouldn't do that. This guy needs a lesson in etiquette. Honestly, he's lucky I didn't feel that well or he might have got a ear full or just maybe a trashcan full. The men's bathroom was disgusting, he needs to learn how to clean properly. And before I go any further, yes I've worked at convenience stores.*Lessons in crossing the general public! FAFO!

The best gas station and store on I-81 between Roanoke, VA and Bristol, TN on the way to Nashville. Highly recommend. Close to the exit of the interstate, super clean bathrooms and convince store. Great selection of products to buy if you forgot something on the way. Gas prices are good as well, in line with VA and TN averages for the week. Basically, need a stop - stop at the Caverns market.

Cleaning bathrooms on 81! Staff was polite as can be, the place was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything you need for a road trip. The perfect pitstop for our regular trips down south.

It’s refreshing to finally see a gas station, besides Sheetz, be super clean and well stocked! The usual gas station I stop at during my trips into Roanoke/Salem is closed so I ended up stopping here. Not only was I able to use the Exxon Mobile app to purchase my gas, but the restrooms were EXTREMELY clean and maintained! All of the aisles were fully stocked with everything and the cashier/clerk was super friendly. Will be stopping here again in the future for sure!

Quick stop to fill up... Clean restrooms. Exit 132, stopped on way back to TN after camping in VA. We both had a wich. Both were excellent. Dixie Caves is a great place to walk the dog.

I’ve stopped @ Cavern Market quite a few times &my wife recently stopped here by herself. The bathrooms are clean &I appreciate them taking the time to clean up both the men’s &women’s restrooms so well..There is one thing though.. the attendant is weird....the Indian guy... I think his name is Mike. He’s a real weirdo &ive heard people say he’s creepy. He asked my wife a personal question &kept pulling down his mask. He made my wife very uncomfortable. I would suggest ignoring that creep, Mike.

This store was the absolute worst convenient store I've ever walked into in my entire life .. I'm not sure if it's bros store or his customer service skills sucks .my guess is both . He was very rude an disrespectful. Would not recommend this store .

Made a pit stop on our way down south, and my daughter got sick... The crew here was amazing!!! The store is clean and well stocked and I would SOOOO recommend stopping here!!!

This place used to be my go to. Today they stopped me mid-pumping fuel into a company truck and then shrugged it off. Current staff this morning was rude and unpleasant. Won't be using this location again. They have good coffee though

The store has everything you need. Even a drive threw for when your unable to make it inside. Friendly staff, great coffee and food in the deli.

New , clean , very well maintained , no fingerprints on the doors , nice large clean touch free no door bathrooms .... new gas pumps ... I stumbled upon this gem and now I don’t pass it but without getting gas and a sandwich or a biscuit in the morning .... Visit the Whichwich for sure ...
