The sweetest girl ever cut our elderly dog’s nails, and did an incredible job!! Our dog is terrible with getting her nails cut, but she put her right at ease and relaxed her. She went above and beyond to make sure they were smooth and wouldn’t scratch the pads of her paws. So much appreciated 💕🐾

I had such a great experience here today!My doggo is a big boy but very scared of the tub. We went to use the self service dog wash and they were so kind and helpful. She helped us get him into the tub and I think he will slowly get over his fear.It was a great place with very kind people and will be utilizing them in the future for doggy day care!

Our fluffy dog is a lot of wash at home and Biscuits and Bubbles helped make it easier. Sorry to say all her fluffiness was all in the air and coated the inside of the tub after I blowed her coat dry. So glad to have a place to wash her that's made for the purpose!

My dogs love it here. We've used other boarders that i could tell my dogs developed a fear of, but both my timid and boisterous dog walk right in. We use Biscuits and Bubbles for boarding, grooming and daycare and all experiences have been positive. If they don't answer, leave a message and they will call you back :)

They did a fantastic job on Lucky, who really needed a makeover. And the cost was extremely reasonable. They definately have a repeat customer. Could not have turned out better. Many thanks to the staff at Biscuits & Bubbles, especially Megan.

My dog looks nice and clean, but they let her leave with small pieces of stool attached to her behind. I asked for a sanitary cut around that area, but it doesn't seem that one was provided. Overall not impressed.

They did a great job grooming our dog . They did a de- sheading and grooming, she was happy when picked. She had a good time and we are enjoying not having all that hair everywhere! Lucy loved it she is a husky mix with lots of fur!!

My daughter is a groomer there n is awesome! She started out at a very young age grooming n has been round animals her whole life. I wudnt trust anyone to groom my dogs but her. Cuz I know she luks out 4 the best interest n our family pets n takes the extra step 2 insure they are comfortable n feel safe! Means alot.

I have taken my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to 3 other groomers who never got their cuts right but since taking them to Biscuit and Bubbles I have been happy with the cuts. I think they know how to groom this breed which was important to me. They even get the knots out which is hard to do with this breed. I would recommend Biscuit and Bubbles if you want experience especially with a certain breed.

We took our puppy Augustus (11 month old Great Pyrenees) here for his first grooming appointment and they did great with him! They listened to what I wanted done with his coat and did exactly what I asked! They even managed to clean up his paws and cut his nails. He left happy, soft, and gorgeous! We will be returning for his future grooming appointments!

Great 👍🏾 place to wash your dogs ,even help me with my dog long nails way cheaper than any other grooming I’ve seen I’m impressed by the quality of the shampoo and I wash them there no rushing even a dog dryer

Dropped my dog off early this morning to get groomed. They told me it wouldn’t be long until he was done so i waiting and my normal time to pick him up in the past has been around 12. So 12 comes around and I still haven’t heard anything so I called multiple times and no answer. I finally drove to salem to check on my dog because I was getting worried. Only to walk in there and see the girl at the desk sitting there doing nothing next to the phone.

We've been getting our dog groomed here since he was a puppy, made it through sensitive skin issues, upgrades to the shop-- it feels like our pooch has grown with this place, and they're kind of inseparable. The owner is part of the community, and it makes you feel like a valued customer to have the staff remember your name and be friendly when you come in. I'm really glad this place is around.

Great folks here. A certain employee has taken a particular liking to my dog ad I'm very grateful for the care she is given. They are prompt with grooming an I love that their schedule is flexible. I would highly recommend for any dog parent.

I bring my dogs here for self service bathing. They have everything you need including shampoo, conditioner, towels, and blow dryer. The staff are always happy and friendly, and available if I have a question. I highly recommend them!

They took amazing care of my Chihuahua. I'm pretty sure she just sat on a lap most of time - which is her preference at 12 years old!!! Great place!

I had to board my 16 week old puppy for the weekend, and was really nervous. Once I met the staff my anxiety was gone. The staff is extremely friendly and answered all of my questions, and you can tell they really love animals. I was really happy that he got to spend his time playing with other dogs, rather than being cooped up in a kennel all weekend. I will definitely give this place another shot!

I have Been taking my two dogs here for years now and not once have I had a bad experience!! My pups always come home happy and super tired from all the playing and pampering they get here. I myself will not go to any other place in the valley for daycare or grooming. The professionalism alongside the general friendly nature of this place is what makes it so great!!!! My pups are always excited when I say it time to go and play and have a spa day and they can’t wait for the next visit!!

Our cattle dog mix is a Covid puppy, which means she’s never stayed with anyone but us since we got her. She didn’t get the normal socialization as a puppy and she is reactive to new people. We had heard wonderful reviews about Biscuits & Bubbles and decided to board Ellie there while we went out of town. We were really worried about how Ellie would react with new people and new dogs. The staff did a wonderful job of slowly introducing Ellie to her new environment and by the end of the week, Ellie had made new friends and was playing with the other dogs. She was happy when we picked her up and we would definitely use them again if we needed to board her. A big thank you to Bri who gave Ellie lots of extra love and sent me frequent updates!

Wonderful experience! I took my goldendoodle puppy here for his first haircut. The owners were so kind and made him feel comfortable. It’s my first time having a goldendoodle and they were helpful about what kind of brush I should use in the future to prevent matting. He came out looking and feeling good! We’ll definitely be back!

Best cut my pup has had! When I took her in yesterday for grooming, the staff asked lots of questions about what I wanted, and the results were great. Plus she didn't seem at all stressed when I picked her up. I definitely will be taking her back to Biscuits & Bubbles.

Wonderful!!My lab mix was groomed by Renae, she did such an Amazing job and got so much of his shedding coat out! So we scheduled his next appointment. I can’t wait to take him back, he smells so good after!

Bubbles and biscuits has been the best thing for my dogs. Not only are the employees fantastic, but they treat my pups like their own. One of my dogs has issues with crates, and they are so gentle with him when it comes to nap time during the day at doggie daycare. I know I can drop my pups off at 7:30 AM and that they will be taken care of and played out when I pick them up at 6:00PM. If you haven’t (or maybe if you have), I definitely recommend giving biscuits and bubbles a try.

My dog's haircuts were okay...hair was usually uneven and choppy. My dog also seemed more anxious than usual when I picked him up. Only took him there because the ratings were high, but the stars definitely don't match the experience. Also, staff usually seemed okay, but last encounter - guy was rude and condescending.

Our lab gets her bath and nails trimmed here all the time. Super convenient and no mess at home. It used to be a major battle when getting the nails done but she doesn't mind it at all here. Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service for both human and canine clientele. Our large golden doodle, Rorro, gets a great cut every time and seems to enjoy going. He never shows any anxiety pre or post grooming, which goes to show the great care the staff takes to make sure the dogs are comfortable. This is the only groomer we've ever taken him to and we look forward to being life-long customers. Thanks, Biscuits and Bubbles!
