Love this little store,always has little surprises hid throughout the store with lots of sale items, and items you cannot find anywhere else. Might I add all employees are friendly and eager to help you find anything you need. Best of all store is neat,clean, and never crowded, & that's a plus in my opinion.

Terrible experience here. Older lady that works here was hateful because she was asked to do a price check on one of my items. Stood there and argued with me because she didn't want to walk 10 feet to confirm a price. Needless to say, I didn't take the attitude or item. Won't be going back. Pitiful customer service.

We went in for a new sofa but the matching chair was out of stock. Sallie is amazing! She went above and beyond to make us happy. Big Lots has had my loyalty for years because of their fantastic customer service. Today is no exception. They're wonderful! 😘

My experience today was totally outstanding!! The two sales associates, Daniel and Charlisha gave the best customer service I have received in many years. From helping me make decisions, to carrying my extreme load of merchandise to the register, and finalizing the sale with accurate cashier skills, they did it all!!I will definitely visit there again!!

Nice, polite young man working up front. They've changed the entire layout of the store and it is definitely better. There's a lot of dead space around the entrance area. The cashier was terrific.

Nice store and has a separate section for furnitures. Took a star off because the furniture itself is just okay but The employees are very polite and friendly. Shoutout to Blake for being being helpful with my questions and Oakley for resolving my issues. If you want excellent customer service, this is the place!

The store itself and selection of items are fine, but the employees need better training. Seems like mostly a bunch of teenagers working there who don’t have much of a clue what they’re doing.

Shopped there yesterday and everyone was great especially a young man in the furniture dept he was friendly and very polite and very willing to help! The cashier Patty was also very nice. Well I went back today with my husband to purchase a dinette set and the experience was not good! Linda working in the furniture dept was not even close to friendly! She was assisting another couple when we arrived. We were patiently waiting for at least 20 mins while she was calling other stores checking on inventory! I get it first come first serve, but at no time did she even acknowledge us! She proceeded to walk away with that couple to the lawn and garden dept again not even acknowledging us! She could have said hi I ll be back or something! After still waiting she proceeds to tell the other couple come on up front, I’ll ring you up myself! Wait what you got 2 cashiers up front and customers waiting in the back! This was ridiculously rude! I walked over to get her name and the cashier Patty could tell that I was upset offered to help! Again thanks Patty but at this point I’ll just go somewhere else! Linda you lost a sale today, a smile, a nod, some type of acknowledgment goes along way in customer service!

Horrible! Went on Black Friday assuming that there would be good deals on Christmas toys, only to be told that Black Friday sale was actually before Black Friday and that there would be no sales on the original real Black Friday. Utterly devastated

There was only 1 cashier and a small line had formed. Not her fault as she was answering questions and 9ffering the free Friday product to everyone. The manager comes over and starts grilling her about where HER help was and asking where everyone was. Reading off the list apparently 1 person didn't show and the other had just left, while her immediate help had just went to break. The MANAGER (who should know more about his staff than his cashier) says "well he can come back from break"Really not a manager thing to do, in front of clientele no lessPraise to the younger cashier though, she was awesome

Enjoy shopping there. I find good bargains. I buy most of my paper. products, laundry supplies, and some food items there for less than at the grocery store. The store and restrooms are clean, and the. Clerks and managers are polite friendly and very helpful

I remember when Big Lots first opened, they were a buy store. When store's we're closing, big lots would go in and buy out the merchandise. You can go on in the store and find things really cheap. Nowadays it's not like that, they are almost like a big name department store. Well overpriced and not worth what you're paying for. I think big lots has gotten too big for their lots. Way overpriced for the quality of things that they have.

Great spring stuff on the seasonal aisle. I always find things like that. They carry simple heat and eat curries I can't find anyplace else. Living alone and cooking for one that huge. Right now I'm about flower pots you could put in your living room. Great selection. Just drop in and see.

I just love going to Big Lots, I can get just about anything I needed in a short stop.I love getting my toys for my grandkids there they like picking them out. Go I promise you want be disappointed. Low cost

Was told today they did away with their stationary section today. Very upsetting. I buy their brand tape and my wrapping paper there every year. Wrapping paper I can get elsewhere but the tape is great and cant get that anywhere. Its the postal brand. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I've had in awhile. Went to the store looking for a bed frame. When we walked into the future area. The was only one associate there and he was on phone having personal conversation and he never acknowledge us. We patiently waited for him to get off the phone. When he did he hung up phone and left the area and again never once acknowledge us. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. Spoke to associate up front and told them about the experience. They where sorry but they called him to the front. The associate said he never saw us. Even thow we walked in front of him twice and he looked at me and made eye contact while looking for the bed frame. Whether he was busy or not he should have acknowledged we where there and he would be back. Disappointed and won't got back.
