I was not able to get the name of the guy who helped me, but he is tall, wears flannel and well, he is just great. He went out of his way today to help me with my pups, and I just really appreciate the help as the breeder passed away and I didn't know what I was doing, and he absolutely saved my a** today by offering an experienced, helping hand. He is very friendly and professional. I used to go to the tractor supply in Fredericksburg for everything, but I just may change my preferred store now. Its people like this that really make a difference by just being an all-around helpful guy.

Management is very rude and loves to get other team members to harass you every time you come to this establishment. I used to dye my dogs tail in the dog bath prior to me being an employee and now since i do not work at this establishment it is a problem. no where in the rules and regulations on the dog wash says i can’t “dye” my dogs tail the dye comes off with bleach . Management member mike is an absolute gem he approached me with respect and asked if i could not dye her in there and okay that’s fine :) ! But rant over . they should actually stock and clean the dog wash before a customer as in myself have to restock the soaps and clean the actual tub instead of harassing me every time I come in there

I went there this morning, and they were really pretty busy. I asked for help and it took 2 employees to help me find the productI will definitely go back! And the first gentleman that helped me was on the register, he greeted everyone as they came in as wellWhat a refreshing experience.

ive been a Very,Very loyal customer 2 all tractor suppies and have bought every pair of new boots from them going back to the early 2000s.i make 8$ an hour because i work a job with no minimum wage laws and i honestly struggle 2 make ends meet but im happy.i spent 90.00$ on a pair of boots in may but couldnt wear them until the last month due to surgery on my feet.within 3 weeks of wearing the boots the whole front sole came off and when i tried 2 get a refund at TSC,ruther glen,Va.the guy manager was the rudest,RUDEST person of that position i have ever seen and i have watched him do the same thing too one other person while i was shopping.i like TSC still because its a good store but i would advise any body from going to the ruther glen,Va.location !!!!

I feel like for a tractor supply in a rural area they don't have stock of a lot of items and I feel the store is small. Staff is great and friendly though

OK If you're in Ladysmith YOU have to stop into the now one year new Tractor Supply. So clean, absolutely the tidiest store I've ever been in.Managers Dan and Tim especially helped me effortlessly without hesitation on exchanging a Carhart Jumper for my grandson. I can't thank you enough for the outstanding customer service, friendliness, staff was all courteous. A little pricey but still 5* because of the staff. Some of the friendliest people I’ve met, always nice to me and the family, and especially the dog when we come in. The pet wash station is always clean and stocked, product is easy to find, and the store is always clean. Large selection of pet foods and supplies for domestic and farm animals. And again, super friendly and helpful staff!

Thank you Tractor Supply for hosting a great local vendors fair today. I love supporting local businesses and my friend and I were happy to help the local Four H group with their cute as a bug mini horse, Merle, and I even bought a couple PaPa trees. I hope you'll have more events like todays!

Nice, new store. Terrific staff. Lots of products for most of your needs related to animals, yard, clothing, seasonal, gifts, auto, and tools. Self pet washing stations. Very pet friendly. Plenty of parking.

I would give less but not possible. Order things they supposedly have on hand and apparently they just cancel your order rather than looking. At other stores for product.

The staff is incredible they go out of their way to try to assist you for any of your needs whether they be animal equine, pets or propane and farm equipment. I would recommend everyone to come by the store and see what kind of deals they can make. They were the only ones who had propane locally during the most two recent storms.
