Pretty mediocre, I have unfortunately had to buy multiple pens and anytime I ask to get something ordered I get a story as to why not or it’s too expensive. Love to have a place on this side of town that can accommodate the communities needs.

So many options to choose from! Great selection of variety! & if they don’t have something you want the guy inside will try to help you out and bring in that specific product just ask nicely! Great customer service very well kept and organized from color to names! This is where the smokers go!

It's Sunday, Nov 12th @10:07 and they are still closed. We went grocery shopping at foodlion so when we were done we could ru. Here get what we needed and shoot home, sucks because we have ice-cream in the trunk , may or may not melt , sucks to plan something out and then it all falls apart because the shop is not open. , so here we sit will update when they show up

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They sell fake elfbars. I even scanned the QR code on the box and it’s a fake website and was very rude when I told him. Didn’t even refund me. Save your money go somewhere else.

Eli has not just great customer service but a great personality also. Anytime I go in there we could talk for hours about anything. If I need help with an item he always know how to help. I would recommend to anyone to come here.

This is easily the best tobacco shop I’ve been told. The people are extremely friendly and respectful of their customers. Prices are good and they have a point system that saves you money if you’re a regular.I’ve been to other shops that will say anything to try to get you to buy something you’re looking at. It’s not like that here…just a super comfortable place.

Decent selection with average prices. No complaints. Just be sure to check your products before you walk out the door to prevent reception of malfunctioning devices such as disposable vape pens and such. Those issues are typically manufacturers errors but are still a concern. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything they sell. It’s been nice watching this shop grow since it first opened. Deservingly so.Overall:exactly what you’d want and nothing you wouldn’t.**at least until they fully legalize what should have never been made illegal in the first place)

Super nice people very helpful even though they didn’t have what I asked for.Also, as a plus, they respect their patrons enough to not only wear masks during this pandemic, but enforce the use of them.If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. Why the hell are you in a smoke shop??

Great customer service. I’m an avid OPMS kratom shot customer, the only bad thing about them is they don’t budge on price, even if you shop there every day. I buy my gummies there but you can literally go to tobacco hut in Fredericksburg and get them for 15 FLAT if you get 3 or more and sometimes they do less if you buy more. No taxes or BS. It’s worth the drive to get so much better prices. But the gummies here are on point, just don’t buy kratom unless you want to go broke. That is all!

Always have be back in five minutes sign up, I watched for over 40 minutes they never came back. Call the store they don't answer. I watched the lose atleast 15-20 customers.

Very disappointed in this store. My family has been shopping at this store since it opened and with several medical conditions we do not wear masks. This has never been an issue nor has the store ever had a problem even employees not wearing masks. Someone today that I have never seen at the store decided to tell my family member he needs a mask. He went about shopping and it was told again so he decided to leave and take his business elsewhere. Tobacco Hut and Vape village in Ashland will hook you up while respecting your right to not put a mask on. Highly disappointed.
