4:30 PM on 2/14/24 it’s about 10 of us outside & folks are constantly pulling up, yet they have a sign on the door that says temporary closed unloading a truckThey only have one employee ?WowI even waited till 4:52 …still nothingBad business

Recently went into this Family Dollar and wow! Everything was neat and organized. Bonnie was super friendly and when I spoke to the manager about her performance I was blown away as well. John was very professional and very courteous. He thanked me for my compliments it really made my day knowing that there are still people who take pride in their work. I will definitely be back to this store!!!

Well I went to the store for my grandma because she has a bad hip anyways on one of the shelves cut my arm n the young black girl saw it happen n told me everything will be okay n gave me a tissue and didn't know how to right a report.long story this happened on a Friday night n not one manager from the store has called me once. Very Unprofessional! I will be looking into getting a lawsuit on the. They deserve no stars at all!

Staff is friendly at this store.....but FD doesn’t allow refunds for opened electronics. They only allow an exchange for the same exact one purchased? Not great for the customer and I’ll NEVER purchase a cable or electronic from them again with such a ridiculous rule.

Generally I visit the store a few times a week because I am always greeted when I walk in, they usually have what I'm looking for, the store is well kept and the staff is wonderful! Overall I'm very satisfied with my shopping experience with this location and would highly recommend itb to others.

Its a nice small Family Dollar very clean and friendly employees. Lots of clearance to look through and a nice decor section. Everything a Dollar tree needs.

Horrible experience worst service i have ever received anywhere at any point .employees are very rude !They apparently are not trained in customer service how to operate a cash register or credit card machineJust lost a $200.00 purchase thanks to the wonderful customer service I'll take my money to walmart at least i can use the self check out there

Shelves are bare. Front of store is terrible all cluttered up and never have enough staff. They need a bigger space and more staff.

Horrible. Just let there and had the cops called on me asking a simple question about a coupon to make sure that the item went with the coupon and she refuses to check for me and then asks me too leave..she was the store manager calling corporate tomorrow
