Personal experience with most pharmacy staff has been less than satisfactory. My experience with a pharmacist, Luke, today was appaling. My call today was related to a refill request. The prescribing provider had clarified orders and resent the prescription. While I'm speaking to Luke, I asked what the prescription order said as this was the original hold up in the refill being processed... IE once daily, BID, etc. I specifically asked "What is the dosage, frequency, and quanity to be filled?" Luke's response "It says to soon to be filled." I explained to him that was not my question and restated my question. Luke's response was "I already told you, it says too soon." His unwillingness to therapeutically communicate, release information, and his tone was unacceptable. I work in the medical field and behavior like this is what impedes proper patient care. Do better, Luke.

The CVS pharmacy is utterly terrible and caused a serious health threat to my person by doing exactly what I told them NOT to do. They would not accept my insurance, so I told them NOT to transfer my prescriptions, as they would not get filled or paid for. So what do they do? Transfer them anyway causing all the other pharmacies to refuse to fill my medication. If I get through this without a trip to the ER it will be a miracle, all thanks to CVS

I arrived 10 am time for my scheduled appt. Clocked in. The male took a "walk in" then returned to work. At 10:05 he called a person for her vaccination. Couldn't the walk in with a battery change wait? No one wants to be upset before getting called in for a shot at 10:10 and waiting while he addressed another customer. Shot given at 10:12. Half a stat is deserved.

I called there this morning to get refills on my prescriptions. Unfortunately I had a woman on the phone who didn't sound Is pleasurable at all at all nor nor did she sound like she want to be there. She was very bland she never said hello or goodbye for that matter. I don't understand why people want more money and can't do a simple customer service greeting.

This CVS Pharmacy has terrible management. The Pharmacy is SLOW. They never have prescriptions ready even when I get a text saying they are ready. Go anywhere else but here. Honestly, you'll save time and be way less frustrated. CVS, you really need to up your game!! The old man in the pharmacy window takes forever to do his job.

The worst customer service ever! My daughter and her girlfriend went to send 1500 dollars for me to my mom via money gram. JASON the manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. I had to meet my daughter at the CVS to give her more money to complete the transaction. The gentleman first checked every single 50 and 20 dollar bill that made up the 1537, fine. The cash register displayed 1537 due. He put the money in the cash drawer and printed us a receipt that said 500 dollars with a 37.00 charge. I refused to accept that because it didn't match the amount of money we had just handed over. He said there's a reference number on the receipt call them to figure it out, I don't know what to tell you. (YOU DON"T KNOW WHAT TO TELL ME!! I WAS LIVID) He went on to say "you can cancel it" I said, "yes cancel it and give me my money back". After he returned my money, a light went off in his head that maybe now his register would be short. Here's when the attitude disappeared and all of a sudden he was polite now. He said, "wait can I call my manager," as we were standing there counting the money. He brought the receipt back out and said look the printer just didn't print the 1 in front of the 5 (I guess I looked like a damn fool to him) I ignored him because at this time I was over him, and the damn judgement. He got her on the phone and walked out to me handing the phone towards me to talk to the manager. I told him just what he told me. "there is a reference number on the receipt call them, I don't know what to tell you. Next time I bet you won't racially profile my family and mistreat us. If you don't like helping African Americans don't work, we're not going any where! Look at the receipt and tell me if the printer missed printing the 1 in front of the 500 in all 4 instances? BS

This is the worst cvs I’ve ever been in. I see why they are 2.9 stars . This establishment here deserves 0 stars. There was / rude wonen that work there , one said she was manager and other one look like her sidekick staring back and forth to one another when me and other customers were in line . They over charged me and you would think the world was ending when I ask for my money back . She was no help with my coupon either . Get decent people with good attitudes in there . No one wants to spend there money in a store that treats you less than a person . I’ve have been a customer since it was People’s Drug store days. Not anymore. Walgreens or another Phmarcy will be for me .

This guys are awesome !!!! They helped me with getting a prescription from 70.00 to 13.00 had a battle with insurance so i had to pay out pocket on order to get the medicine.....Thank yall so much !!!!!!!

Alissa is the rudest employee. Doing work in the area and needed to use the washroom. My co worker went in with no problem and was given a key. So I went in and Alissa told me it was out of orde. I informed her my co worker just came in. She looked at me and said "I guess you can use ours as long as you can use it like a normal human being." Absolutely uncalled for and rude.

Horrible pharmacy! I’ve sat waiting for a prescription and actually watched them walk right past a ringing phone. They NEVER pick up that phone! My son needs diabetic supplies and the app says to contact the pharmacy for refills. How am I supposed to do that when they won’t answer the phone? Sure, I can drive there but half the time either the pharmacy is closed or you have to sit in the drive through line which is always around the building. Worst pharmacy ever!!!!

After being discharged for an emergency surgery, my husband stopped to pick up meds. 2 days later, I was feeling better and called the pharmacy to inform them that we were given 2 of the same prescriptions, one called in by the surgeon and one by the d/c physician. Long story short, I spoke with the Pharmacist who clearly said she would have caught the mistake had she been there, but that it was not normal procedure to give the same prescription twice. I asked for the price difference from what I paid vs. GoodRX, she said the coupon code wouldn’t work. Realizing this was in fact in oversight on their part I expected something to be done, but it was not. I called cooperate who called the pharmacy. The story that was then given was that they asked my husband did he “want everything”. Well...as most husbands would answer, he said yes. I told corporate the same and the gentlemen on the phone agreed he would have said yes as well. He also felt that since it was in fact in oversight on their end they would be willing to work with me...and they did not. I chose to escalate to situation and just received a phone call from the district leader who left me a long message now saying the Pharmacist stated they, (I quote) “told your husband there was two different formulations from two different doctors given at two different times”. My issue is not the money and having 2 of the same prescriptions that I have absolutely no use for...it’s the lack of ownership and now a THIRD story as to how you claim you explained in full details that he was paying for 2 of the same medications.

Over staffed pharmacy department has cashiers, techs,and even 2 pharmacists at times yet even with such a huge advantage compared to locations with non stop environment that fills 20 times the scripts of this location are I'll equipped with only a cashier and one pharmacists without a tech manages to get the scripts to you promptly and on time if ordered via phone. Also if you go to this pharmacy for sometime and bring in the same prescriptions they make you sit for 45 minutes or more to say umm we are out of this and have to order it so I agree a week goes by and a visit shows that they never ordered the medspat

Should of checked the reviews before I called in a prescription here this place is awful!! Terrible customer service should definitely level this place and start over. Waited on the phone for an hour trying to get the pharmacy on the phone, if you can’t properly staff your stores you need to just close down!!!

Nothing but problems with the pharmacy ever since they somehow obtained Ladysmith Pharmacy customers when they closed. Just this morning, I have not been able to get through to them to request a refill by phone. The phone continuously rings. I can't believe they haven't realized yet that there is something wrong with their phones. Many other customers are complaining too! What is the problem with this CVS?

They are doing the best they can, with the short staff they have. Especially, the pharmacist Steffany and Cassidy, they do everything in there power to help and are kind and professional. I’m grateful that I don’t have to go to Fredericksburg to get my medicines.

This store (and it's incompetent enployees) REFUSES to give me the brand of medicine my doctor has specifically prescribed for me. They will only give me generic, I assume because it is cheaper for them. I take this medicine every single day for a chronic illness, so it is extremely important that I have the correct medicine.After multiple attempts to rectify the situation, speaking with my doctor, and even having a medical representative visit their pharmacy to inquire as to why they refuse to fill the brand of medicine I am prescribed, they STILL will not carry my medicine.Today, when my husband went to pick up my prescription, they handed him generic AGAIN instead of the brand I am supposed to have. When I called to ask why this happened, the pharmacist informed me that they "only had 15 of those pills" and that "she didn't know, she just started working here".Y'ALL HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME.I hung up and switched my pharmacy.Poor excuse for a CVS, poor excuse for a pharmacy.

This is my least favorite CVS. It's small and outdated. I really wish they'd knock it down and rebuild a nicer bigger one on the lot across the street. Most of the staff is very friendly though and it is convenient for us locals.

I really hope the construction across the street is a Walgreens or any other store to help this little cvs service the customers in this area because the line is always wrapped around the building and it is so slow

I do not understand how a pharmacy, basically a medical establishment can have a fithy, disgusting bathroom. The bathroom was very dirty with what looks like VERY OLD blood or dry poop over and under the toilet seat.

This is a lite version of a typical CVS store. Fortunately they do have the two specific items I get from CVS, but I do not even attempt to find items that I know are sold at Walmart, Target, and other CVS store locations that are bigger.
