When i first bought my mower it was wonderful. The gentleman that handle my purchased was great and very friendly. The following year it was still good. This year however it was very upsetting. They pucked my mower up in a friday and one week later i still dont have it. It was impossible to getting updates. I sent multiple communications through different ways because u did not know if they were getting them. This just so frustrating because we really needed our mower back yo cut our grass. Even after speaking with someone it still unclear when we will get it back. It will stay 2 until the next time. Or if they doing anything for the frustrated experience i had this time. Will keep posted.

I was new to the area and my mower broke with in 3 days. I had over 100 acres to mow. I needed help fixing my commercial mower. I didn’t know who I could trust to help me. My realtor sent me the number to Scott’s Turf Equipment. I walked into their place and they treated me like family from day one. They got me back up and running and didn’t kill me on pricing. So long story short. After a year of know them. They fix all my equipment now. They also helped me sell one of my mower, so I could buy a new Steiner mower. It is a family own and operated business.
