Pretty disappointing. Stopped in for lunch because my coworker was excited to try the new philly burger. Three of us ordered it. They were all dry, they were not made in the correct order, and they were missing ingredients. We brought them back to the counter and asked for them to be remade. They were returned to us made incorrectly again. The manager came to ask how it was and upon us informing the manager that it was bad the managers response was "well come back and get the breakfast burrito, its made better"I didnt have high expectations for this meal to begin with but they weren't that low...

Stopped in for treats after my kids got their vaccines, worker at the drive through kept saying she couldn't hear me, no matter how loud I spoke. Out of chocolate milk and toysfor kids meals didn't tell me til after I paid . Ordered 2 monster burgers asked for lettuce onions pickles and mayo none of which was on them. Just bacon, meat and cheese, burger patties were cold and the bacon was almost jerky sweet tea tasted terrible. They made us park and wait almost 8 minutes for our food restaurant, parking lot and drive through line we're all emptyTerrible experience will never go back

They are out of items menu items, an issue I've noticed only at other Hardees. If you're flexible, that's not an issue. They have mentioned they are understaffed. The service and friendliness is not over-the-top super but they young employees were apologetic for the wait (I waited 10 minutes after paying to get my food). The new macaroni and cheese is just ok. The chicken waffle sandwich is actually pretty good and their fries are between Mcdonalds 5 stars and Wendy's 2 stars.

Nothing but disappointment from this location every single time. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it occurs every visit. Anything from rude employees, old stale cold food, incorrectly made food. Have ordered Frisco Burgers recent and got a end piece of bread, and not even toasted like the picture shows. But tonight we received chicken tenders the size of chicken nuggets. Picture will be attached. Someone really needs to do their job and look into this place before they run it of business.

I do like this Hardee's. The service is great it is very clean the staff is super friendly (most of them) and the food is always fresh and good for fast food. Though my husband was disappointed with his burger 🍔 he would have given the food 4 stars ✨ the chicken sandwich 🥪 was perfect.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kind to kidsWheelchair accessibility: Easy

The food was good. There was a gentleman I front of me that went out to his car to find $1.27, and the cashier had myself and others in line wait for about 5 mins for him not to find the money. I paid his balance because when I looked in his beautiful baby girls eyes, my heart melted. I also met this very nice lady who wants to buy some land.

Stopped got 3 milkshakes for 14.00. Lady handed them out the window and I looked in the cup to find just a swirl of ice cream. The bottom was barely full. I said you have got to be kidding me. The manager asked me what the problem was. I told her to look in the cups. She said they measure them to make 8 Oz. I told her it wasn't even a Oz. In there. I was not paying 14.00 for something like that. What an embarrassment!!! Even the cashier looked embarrassed. What has this world come to.. P.S McDonald's fills there cups up when their machine is working. 🤣🤣

Everything I've tried has been hearty, filling, and yummy! I can't get food like this up where I'm from, but every time I go near Jessup or down south, I MUST get Hardee's (after my cookout adventure of course). Everything is great, but my favorites are the chicken sandwich (I PROMISE you it's not the same as a chicken sandwich from McDonald's or Burger King), the breakfast Frisco sandwich, and just about any burger made like the sourdough bread....and it's not icky sour like some other fast food places!

Had to pull to the side and waited over 10 minutes ordered 4 $5 meals 2 with ham and cheese and 2 double cheeseburger meals got home and had 2 hot dogs with mustard,onions and chili and someone tell me how do you get hot dogs with mustard, onions and chili out of 2 hot ham and cheese and was ask to repeat my order. Ask for ketchup and she said in the bag but not no ketchup or napkins. I think they need to step up their game . Won't be back anytime soon

More than half the time, the orders from drive through have an issue with them. And the staff usually provides awful customer service. Generally, it seems no one likes their job here. Especially the manager Jamie, who on more times than one has had terrible attitudes and even sighs loudly when you try to place your order if she is taking it. That's just rude. God forbid if she is expected to correct one of the MANY issues that happens in this location. Literally anyone can apparently get a manager name tag here if they at least show up. If you can go any where else, likw any where at all, please do. Its just sad & Sundays are the worst.Parking: 3 handicapped spaces as well as close to 40 regular spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Location is wheelchair accessible.

Sausage biscuits were greasy this morning.They had a sale on sausage and egg biscuits. 2 for $5.00. The guy at the register charged me 6.78 for them. Prices posted on board for tater rounds were $2.09 for medium size. He charged me $2. 49 for them. Manager told him he over charged but he said he did not. She showed him the ticket then she gave my money back.

Ordered two of the same sandwiches and received 2 different sandwiches .One being right and one wrong, on top of being cold too. Fries were the only good items I received because they had just cooked them. Thus has happen more than once and now I'm done.

I have been to this Hardee's a handful of times, and on each occasion, there has been an issue. The food was cold each time. Most of the employees were not customer friendly . This place either needs to improve 100%, or just close and let another business that cares come in there.

I give them a 1 star tonight was a fast night to get something to eat and that was a joke. I stop by thier and got me and my husband something to eat and I came home and took a bit of my burger and the meat was still red so my husband took it back and then came back with a chicken sandwich and the meat didn't even tour like chicken so this is the last time I will stop by this store. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT HERE

Giving it's the only fast food in town it's our occasional go to for breakfast, sometimes lunch, however, our visits have gotten extremely slim. They are always rude, order more than 2-3 items and some will be missing. Anything that is fried always tastes like old grease. NASTY! not to mention cold..... Waited 5+ minutes on hash rounds this morning, guy handed me the bag, literally cold rounds- not to mention that old grease taste. First time trying the French toast stick things too--- also has that old grease tastes. I have been in restaurant management since I was in my teens. This is disgusting and completely against policy. No point in complaining to them either, the management will argue instead of resolving the situation. This place certainly does not go by the "customer is always right mentality".

It was good for the most part. Service was great. I ordered a Frisco Burger Combo. They were quick to get me my order, but when I got out to my vehicle and checked my food, the fries were cold. I went in and told them about it and they didn't question me about it, they just fixed me a fresh batch. I just wish they would have been hot in the first place.

Excellent biscuits in the morning. Always hot and consistent. Very friendly and fast service in the drive thru! Great job guys. These people actually care about their job or just have great work ethic!

Ordered two large drinks, realized the medium was $1. Tried to switch order but apparently that was rocket science for the employee who quote “makes 67,000 a year” to accomplish. Maybe if Hardee’s paid her 77,000 we could get basic level human decency or just you know...customer service. Joke of a business.

Bless 'em, the help there is the sweetest bunch - the food is usually fine but when they are busy you can end up with an under-done, doughy biscuit and with certainty something will be missing or incorrect in the bag. Always check your bag before driving off here. They'll make whatever is wrong right, but you just have to watch closely with your order.
