Every since this sheetz has been re done its been terrible! The trash cans go almost a week before there ever changed outside and not to mention while i was there the other night some kids rode through the parking lot yelling and spinning tires and had been throwing glass bottles in the parking lot. I went in to let the lady running the register know that there was glass all in the parking lot. She looked at me and said “of course there is.” She didnt seem bothered to have it picked up at all . This could have caused tire damage to a car or even a small kid could have grabbed part while walking through the parking lot to enter the store and could end up with cuts! Long story short do better sheetz!!!

Great store. Friendly staff. Fast service. Well stocked. Clean and well maintained.Their made to order kitchen has some of the best food you'll ever find at a gas station. Healthier options are on the menu too, you just have to look.Competitive gas prices for the area. Lots of parking, including room for large RV's or trailers.

This gas station has absolutely some of the BEST sliders I’ve ever had in my entire life. Better than what you can get at most restaurants. Wish I could get them more places than just Virginia. Lots of good food options. Would definitely come back again!

Work late hours.. hit drive-through for conviwnce. Left with no service for 20+ minutes. Went inside to pick up order after 30 minutes just to not obtain food after over an hour of placing order

First, the store is a total dump. It’s a relatively new building, but the condition it’s kept in looks like it’s been here for 15 years. If you want food, you have to go use a touchscreen monitor that looks like it’s never been cleaned that probably 200 people touch every day. When you order your food, they won’t give it to you and let you go pay for it. After they make your food, you take a piece of paper then you go to the cash registers stand in line pay for your food that you don’t get, then go to another line, stand there and wait for them to let you have your food that sitting on the counter getting cold. I don’t know who came up with this backward method of operation, but I personally don’t have time to stand in 2 lines for 10 minutes to get a hotdog. It takes less time than that to get a pizza made at dominoes, and I don’t feel like I need a shower after I leave.

They reduced the number of pumps and although right now they're having a great price on gas it is so crowded I had to give up and leave again, this time for the last time. It's hard to get to the pumps and just as difficult to leave. As others have mentioned it doesn't help when people park their cars at the pumps to go in the building but that's a problem everywhere.I'm sure the people at Sheetz are doing the best they can with what they have to work with and it was probably a corporate decision to make the changes but it's just not worth the hassle to try and buy fuel there.I went down the road to Shell and with my discount I only paid $0.05 more a gallon than at Sheets, and that's for Tier 1 fuel. Took 4 minutes to fuel up and go.

Not going to lie Sheetz.. renovations to this location was the worst decision you’ve could have done. We used to have one double pump and an extra single side pump now only a single lane of pumps making it extremely had to get gas without a wait. You added a drive through when the last staff could barely Handle the inside volume now you’re adding in drive through volume and it’s gone from max 15 minute wait to now still waiting at 35 almost 40 mins. I have not seen a single employee from before the renovation so I’ll assume what happened there. Seems like the new employees are not properly trained as they are taking well over 5-8 mins per order even though the location was closed for months.

Since you remodeled it’s a very poor layout for getting gas. The lines are crazy going out to the road the lines on other side where you’re stuck in the parking lot. Price of gas is good but it is not worth the hassle. Specially when people decide to park in the pump and go in the store..

We stopped there to get gas and use the restroom, my daughter and I go into the ladies room and NO toilet paper in NONE of the stalls! I go to the counter and the young man behind the counter says “we either are low or have none”….now this is a place of business and to have NO toilet paper what so ever is unacceptable! We’ve stopped here many times and it’s never clean but to not have toilet paper, we won’t be giving them our business anymore!

Very congested gas pumps with poor traffic flow since renovating. This used to be an awesome go-to stop. Definitely worth it to pay a bit more for gas but save the time and hassle at other Ruckersville gas stations.

Sheetz!?! WTH who is in charge of making decisions?? Looks like y’all need to do some restructuring. The Ruckersville location sucks. My business is going elsewhere due to the long waits for gas pumps, filthy restrooms, poor customer service, etc. Why spend millions to make something worse?

The only good thing I noticed about this sheetz is that the bathroom smells good. But it wasn’t clean really. We also ordered food and 1) we got a chicken sandwich and they didn’t give us a bun and when we went in and asked for one they made a big deal about it. 2) I got cheese sticks and they weren’t even done, they just fell apart and the middle were cold. And my marinara was refrigerated so I thought that was weird, every other sheetz I’ve been to it was hot.

I'm pretty upset I always go here and eat on the go and the first time I actually order online to pick up and go I wish I looked at my food before I made it home. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce cheese ketchup I didn't get no cheese and maybe a drop of ketchup and the top of my bun was burnt. I was pretty upset about this. Other than they was fine at first but this was pretty upsetting. Hope they work on things like this.

A familiar, convenient stop as you're going northbound on 29. Does not have some of the amenities of other Sheetz in the area, such as a car wash, but there is the Greene Express right across 29. Fairly clean, good food, fast & kind service. Recommended and suggested.

Love this store, but for months 1 out of the 2 sinks in the ladies restroom has been out of order. The only one that works is programmed to automatically turn off after 5 seconds, which means you have to wave your hands around for a few more seconds just to get it turned on for another very brief 5 second interval, while holding up the line. It's not only annoying to discourage hand-washing, but it's a safety concern. PLEASE fix your sinks so that people can actually get their hands clean before eating their food!

Clean and friendly Sheetz. For some reason, this is the only Sheetz location that we have to wait sometimes literally up to almost 25/30 min for our food. This has happened multiple times now. They do apologize, but they need to figure out a better method.

Stopped by to use the restroom and refill on gas. Was glad to see every single employee wearing masks appropriately, but felt appalled by the 8+ customers that had zero masks on. I wish more companies would care about their employees safety and hire a guard or have someone at the front telling people to have a mask on or they won't be served. Potentially my bad since I'm coming from Philly where everyone takes covid seriously.

Very expensive fast food. The orders are always wrong. The pretzel melts are always hard as a rock. They wanted to charge me eighty cents for a small dip cup of ketchup. Between gas, food, and drinks I spent $50 here. Keep your damn ketchup and I'll keep my business away from here.
