Worst pharmacy ever!!! Never on time with anything. Tell you it’s ready and you drive 20 miles to pick up and they say we can expedite and have in 20 minutes. I was on hold and finally got in the car drove all the way there, while on hold, got to the drive thru CLOSED, went inside, still on hold on phone!!! Then waited the 20 minutes. If I could enter a minus review I would!!!

Multiple times now: doctor's office sends a script and receipt is confirmed, or I call in a routine refill, and it takes multiple calls and up to a WEEK to get the medication. If you speak to a human, they tell you it will be at least 2 days. Many calls and trips to the drive-trru or into the store to be told it isn't ready yet or the order was lost. Hold times by phone last over 20 minutes. Have currently been trying for a week to refill my blood pressure medication, am now out, and the order has been lost three times. Store has been like this for 2 months+.

The service here is terrible. You are called by phone and told your perception is ready for pick up and when you get there (as much as two days later) you are told that it will be expedited and be ready in a half hour and this is after you have been sitting in line for 20 or more minutes.When the store first opened the pharmacy was usually staffed with 6 people now they are down to 4 and the phone service is loudly. I timed it one time and I waited 24 min.for someone to snswer.Take your business elsewhere, I am.

Service is slow and meds are expensive. I have a prescription for my dog that they wanted to charge me $135, but I was able to get it someplace else for under $25, YES REALLY!

Stood at pharmacy counter for a good 10 minutes,all 6 employees saw me there,and not a single one came over to ask what i needed..not friendly or neighborly service at all!
