Been driving past for years taking the kids to baseball, finally stopped in for coffee. Turns out they do breakfast sandwiches, something northern and western Loudoun are in short supply. (I’m from NJ 😂) looks like high end ingredients, can’t wait to come back and try.Reading thru the reviews, its a common theme nowadays, great food, bad service. My experience here reveals bad training, not bad employees. We walked in, young guy behind the counter is working diligently on something with his back to us, there’s a bell on the door, we shuffled our feet, and nothing. He doesn’t look up, doesn’t say hi. Once engaged with him though, he opens right up and starts telling me all about the products and how awesome this place is.Idk, I could be wrong, but did anybody explain to him what world class service looks like? Do the owners really understand the importance, and is there ANY training programs in place? (I know, small mom and pop…yeah yeah, it’s post Covid, there are countless choices, get with it mom and pop, or I’m going to Denny’s!)I’m sick and tired of owners and managers (not specifically this place now) complaining about kids nowadays and can’t find good help. Do you even have an employee handbook for your business? Do you have ANY systems, processes or procedures in place that said employee can be trained to a standard?Wake up mom and pop, you can’t just hand a kid a notepad and tell them to go take my order.But I digress, will be back for the breakfast, maybe some local maple syrup too. Very excited about a new to me spot!

This is the cutest store, with a surprising variety of items... they have exotic meats, deli meats, drinks, bakery items from Sweets bakery, ice cream, some fresh veggies, loads of seeds, gifts, local eggs, dairy & other meats, holiday items (Easter at this time). There arent many stores in the area, so this was a nice find. Friendly staff, too.

The Round Hill Local Grocery is the GO-TO grocery in Round Hill! They have a great variety of locally produced items. You are sure to find what you need...and also find things you didn't know you needed! It's that awesome! And, while you are there, grab a delicious sandwich from their deli! The Round Hill Grocery is definitely worth a trip out!

You can't go wrong with this local little store. The exotic meat section was not as full as it once was but was still able to get some good stuff. Local chicken, eggs and honey plus normal needs. Great local small business I love supporting.

Cool local grocery store with a deli counter. They have penny candy and basic groceries including frozen meat and fresh local eggs.

Awesome local sandwich shop and deli! The food was made with care, the staff was wonderfully accommodating. The selection of snacks, local artisan goods and diverse assorted beverages left little else to be desired. Our menu of roast beef and Swiss panini with horseradish, pickle on the side, good ole sweet tea, and a nice hot cup of locally roasted coffee really lifted our cold, wet, tired spirits today.

Because they have a monopoly they can get away with what they charge for things like ice cream. Service is generally poor. More than once I have walked in and no one is around to help. Loudly saying hell and asking for help goes unanswered.

Quiet little Hometown grocery store within a magnificent Deli serving up delicious sandwiches at local prices. The young lady building my turkey sandwich and provolone cheese on marble rye bread with a touch of mayonnaise and pesto Yum! Did I mention that they serve ice cream cones On a hot summer day? Worth the trip when passing through. ~V.

Normally when i go to this store its a good shop, but i asked for a bagel w cream cheese and the guy that works there gives me a bagel that fell apart as I opened the wrapping. didnt toast it,didnt even put the cream cheese on he just set it on the side. didnt quite catch his name but he said he works at the location in purcellville. Bad employee

I love this place. It is such a gem. It has a little bit of everything from exotic to farm fresh meats. It has retro candies, greatsandwiches, ice cream cones and even items one may need to pick up on the way home. Sometimes I go just to get my dog some cookies!

This store is one of my family's favorite spots! They offer a wide arrange of products and everything is always in stock. My kids LOVE the ice cream and the sandwiches and soups are great as well.

People are always nice, sammiches are THE BEST!! Don't recommend the sweet tea (it tastes like it's unsweetened) or the peanut butter/chocolate shake due to almost no peanut butter taste in it, but the cappuccino crunch shake is phenomenal.

Everyone I have encountered at this local store has always been super nice and helpful. Their products are top notch from their ice cream, deli sandwiches to exotic meats and everything in between.

We stopped here while out and about and needed a quick snack and coffee in between activities. We'd been meaning to stop in for a while now. I'm glad we did. Lots of options for food: both prepared and in need of cooking. This looks like it could be a good pit stop while out running or biking around/through Round Hill. For example: Stroopwaffel and coffee in case you're out of your own stash of nutrition supplies.

The Round Hill Grocery changed ownership a while back, the new owners have breathed new life into the business. Sure we can all shop at the large supermarkets in Purcellville, but they do not have the special items that the Round Hill Grocery has. Want a locally baked pie? They have that. Locally raised beef? Check.You will not be able to fill out your whole shopping list here, but that is not the purpose of a store like this. This is a smaller market, just full of specialty items, friendly people, and great conversations. Come for the specialty items, stay for the small town ambience, this is a little slice of Round Hill, and I LOVE it.

Great place for sandwiches, drinks and miscellaneous things you may need to pickup locally instead of going to the big box grocery stores. Highly recommend.

Ask for Frances, 91 years young, works EVERY DAY welive almost next door. They have 1 of everything, last nite I found a large can of tomato paste for my sauce...and At least a dozen flavors of Mogen David wines.Seems like we live near the intersection of Hippy and Hillbilly...

If you are in Round Hill you have to stop and look around. A sophisticated Country store. Lots of great treats, something for everyone. get a sandwich, ice cream, coffee, gourmet cupcake and lots more.

What a cute little grocery store! I would definetely add this stop for a little refreshment if you are returning to the DC area from the mountains/Loudon farms.They have Hersey's ice cream, great coffee and some really interesting artisanal products.

Great selection of quality food. Staff went out of their way to create a cheese and meat tray option for our bed and breakfast trip.
