The staff here are so sweet but seem not to understand the needs of local hobby farmers. I went to stock up on feeders and waterers, but they were all out of reach. I did have a young man retrieve a few for me, commenting that he just put *one* out. I intended to buy 4 of each but left with 2 of each because I was limited on time and patience. Again, they are SUPER sweet, but the store is a bit unorganized and messy.

The manager needs to be run out of town on a rail. He is rude when you go to pay your respect to a person at the funeral home that has pass away & has no where to park but in the Tractor Supply parking lot & the manager was mad because people was parking in the parking lot. RUDE RUDE. WE will pray for you.

The store is clean, and people are friendly. it just seems to be a bit overpriced. I like that they have vet clinics, I just wish they would have rabies or vaccines, only clinics, so you don't have to pay a vet fee.

My husband and I always enjoy going to this store. The employees are very friendly. We always take our dog, a cockapoo, and the employees greet her and give her a treat. We have chickens, and this is our go-to place for chicken supplies. The farm-theme home decorations are nice. Clothing is not really our style, but we get horse-themed shirts for the grandchildren.

I shop at this location on a regular basis for horse and dog supplies. Each time is a total disappointment in the inventory. They are constantly low or out of basic items like fencing material and the dog food brand I use causing me to drive to Roanoke or Martinsville which is 1 to 3 hour trips.

Love tractor supply for having the feed I need for my horses and other animals. Most folks there are friendly and we really like ordering online and pick-up at curb.. Unfortunately, last visit lady at the register must have been having a rough day as she was quite rude at checkout. Too bad. But we will be back.

This a great store with plenty of selections of farm and hardware items. They have clothes as well as tools and feed. They also keep a good stock of utility trailers. Folks who work here are friendly and willing to help you.

Stocking the store with fall and winter cloths instead of having summer cloths on the shelves the first day of August, and I thought Wal-mart was bad. What a waste of time!!!

I needed to get cat food, and the label clearly said $24.99 for the Bb 15lb adult cat food it had the same picture it was most definitely that item for $24.99 I was happy, because it was $5 cheaper than at Kroger, after going up to the cashier who was kind of snappy and unfriendly, she zapped it and the two other items which only costed about $3.00 it came up to $44.00 and I asked her and she said “it must have gone up to $39.99” I had informed her tho, that it said it was $24.99. She was rude with her answer, I didn’t want to make a big fuss to her cause after all she is doing her job and it isn’t her job to raise the prices, Although… when it’s a mistake of the company that the price isn’t stated correctly, and they didn’t change the tag before changing the price on the item, the company is suppose to give the item of what the price on the tag is,I used to work, putting tags whenever the prices would change, we would have to put the tag with the revised pricing on there, before the chance of a customer buying it so there would t be a mix up, and again don’t get me wrong I work retail and I deal with rude customer like what I’m doing right now, but after all, I didn’t buy it because I didn’t pay what I expected to pay,I know mistakes happen. I will say the cashier could have just been nicer about it.

Welcomed by the employees, very friendly. Was in Stock and had much merchandise to look at . Handicap accessible. Good selection of boots for guys and gals. Find many things other places don't have, trailer axels, barn door accessories and more. I enjoy shopping here.

The best Hardware / General store for farm needs. Tools, drawbars, feed, fertilizer, sprays, ♂ ♀ work clothes and footwear and candy for the kids. Super nice and helpful employees. Good place to shop sales - especially with the 10% off entire purchase, including reduced price / sale items, coupons sent to registered customers. I like this store and it's pleasant helpful Manager!

The store looked great. However, I went in one day for heirloom seeds. No one paid me any attention, all of them where joking and horsing around in the back, and what I could hear was an employee over the phone being passive aggressive and not really helping the customer on the other end. I put my seeds down and walked out. My money goes places that care about their customers.

I stop there a lot for our farm supplies!!! Our employees really like their boots and other apparel! Their line of feeds for exotic farm animals seems to be un-limited.They also have quality hardware of all dimensions! I also like their discount cards for repeat customers!!!

Large supply of items, selling all the products you'd need for your yard, outdoor scenary and pets. Employees are very nice and the store is well organized and clean. Unfortunately, they only do the military discount on veteran related holidays.

I wanted to pick up some things curbside and was coming from Stuart, Va to do so. I called to verify that they had the clothing I wanted, even though the website said they did, but the second call I was told to make, I was treated as if I were a piece of trash and was HUNG UP ON. How do you expect to do business this way? If you let people like this answer your phone, you won't be around long. I WILL tell everyone I see about this rude behavior. It would have taken a whole 2 minutes to find out if they had what I wanted but I was finally just HUNG UP ON. Bad business, guys.... bad business!!!

Store is well maintained and stocked. All the employees are very friendly and courteous. They take time to help you even if they are busy. I strongly recommend visiting them to get all your farm and outdoor supplies.

I like Tractor Supply as a store and for its products. I do not feel the staff is very friendly. They do not give eye contact nor do they ask if we need any help. I could almost feel the weirdness (for lack of a better word) in the air. Hope it's not a racial issue.

I simply needed something associated with towing. I felt like they are the best place to go. I was right in Mt assumption and my problem was no longer in the matter of minutes. I like Tractor supply for this part of the store.I live in a rural area but I am just a city transplant and I understand towing and tools, pumps and motors. Lawn care and some fencing but I don't have much knowledge of what it takes to have chickens, cows or horses and it's obvious I don't know much about farming either but they do.It may be a little bit harder to get a sales person lately but I don't think I can complain about too much. They are usually ready during other times.If you are looking for something to do with towing or trailers and such try them FIRST and you just might not have to go anywhere else.

Store is great I give it a 5 star rating but the website for ordering products so they are ready when you get there has not worked properly since mid July 2018 and if you call the store they admit the website is having problems. FIX IT!

Excellent place to get whatever you need, or need to know. The knowledgeable and courteous staff and great product selection makes this the go-to place for all things farm, lawn, auto, hauling etc. Their prices rival anything you'll find online, but in their case you can actually handle it before you buy it.

Every time my wife and I go here ,there always out of what you're needing. It's a crying shame to. The new management there just doesn't seem to give a flying @#$% about the the store at all. I guess I'll start taking my business to Rural King in Martinsville

Didn't have the size pet mat we wanted---had to get a bigger size but that was ok. Completely out of the smaller size. Cashier seemed nice.

Well it was snowing like crazy and you all were the only place I could get a winch for my snow plow . so thank you very much . if the winch is as good as your customer service I will be a very happy man !

Not really a farm person, BUT I had just recently gotten a puppy and they had basically everything I needed. From bagged food, treats, toys and all the way to kennel supplies. It was pretty much a one stop deal.
