There is plenty of parking for excursions 👍❄️❄️❄️Food is hot and ready in minutes.Customer service I a little too fast and remember they are not ignoring you that have earpieces, and it'd hard to hear us. Overall great job! Merry Christmas

I think it is awesome to have a Starbucks in Rocky Mount! Not to mention the people that work there are always so nice to me and my puppy! The service has been fast and the drinks have been great! I was there on Labor Day and the sweet employee helping us was so great! She hyped up my dog for her pup cup and had super fast service while seeming super genuine!Vegetarian options: Impossible Breakfast Sandwich and plenty of Dairy Alternative milks!

I love coming here every morning especially when Connor is working. In the drive thru Connor knows it’s me and makes sure my drink is right! Connor writes stuff on our cups and loves each customer that comes through!Connor is the highlight of my day!When my drink is wrong it is always fixed or offered another drink!

I’ll always choose this Starbucks over any other truly because they have an employee named Morgan who is an absolute thrill to come into contact with! I’ll be honest I always forget peoples names but I will never forget hers! She is always so nice and so helpful in recommending new drinks for myself and my mom to try when we can’t make up our minds! She is so kind and can make a bad day turn brighter.They always get my order right and it always tastes amazing! Absolutely love this place!

The reviews I make on google are always positive. Unfortunately I went there this afternoon and I accidentally scanned my scan and pay instead of just scan first. I was hoping to do the BOGO. I apologised profusely and the employee was very rude, trying to get me to just pay the full amount. After I apologised about 100 times(with both him and the manager ignoring me) I apologised one more time and the tall guy working said "You'll remember for next time right?" Wrong. I will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointed as I've never experienced this at any Starbucks before.

Rocky Mount Virginia Host SeirraI visit this Starbucks 3 to 4 times a week.Spending at least a $100 or more a month love starbucks. I need to drink mostly decaf and sugar free so I order doppio.Most of the time So I can customize the sugar-free and decaf. I understand the refill policy for regular coffee or tea. .i requested a regular. Seirra refused any and all refills today. Didn't understand why ive been going there .

I can't think how long I've been watching this scene unfold ⏤ the girls are nice enough, as it is there are not many boys that work there.I'm not sure how much job security they have ⏤ or benefits, or of what kind ⏤Last time I'd checked Google it had said they were permanently closed ⏤ even though, technically, according to my experience, they'd been open for a couple of weeks. That could mean that they were never open ⏤ or just that it was later than it was anticipated, which I think it was ⏤ according to the official record, or it could mean something else.Rocky Mount is still living in the Stone Age, so I think it will take them some to get up to speed ⏤I could be wrong ⏤or maybe that's just meParking: The drive-through is on the right when you pull in ⏤

The staff is always very friendly and polite! My orders are made quickly and correctly. I'm so glad the community has a place to hang out and study with fresh coffee in Rocky Mount. Behind the counter always seems pretty clean and they work effeciently. .The lobby is spacious and the bathrooms are clean too! Cant wait to come back! So proud of the team here!Vegetarian options: Impossible sandwich is vegetarian.Oatmeal, bagels, and avocado spread are vegan. Have non-dairy milks and most syrups are dairy free too!

Every time I’ve been in the staff is very friendly. Today they were pretty busy and another customer seemed to be in a rush and have a short temper. The staff was very polite to this man and handled it well despite their heavy workload. I thought I’d leave a review and applaud the folks working here for doing a great job. Thanks y’all!
