Nice variety of made of food and drinks, including milkshakes and coffee. Nice variety of classic, medium and dark coffee that you can get yourself . Alcohol, Cigeratts, snack food and drinks can be bought. Gas is good. Free wifi and public restrooms. Nice place for a pit stop.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by the Sheetz gas station in Rocky Mount, VA, and I must say that it was one of the best experiences I've had at a gas station. The store was immaculately clean, which is something I truly appreciate, especially during these times. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and I felt completely at ease. As an Autistic individual this was awesome.What truly made my experience at this Sheetz stand out was the exceptional service provided by Robin. From the moment I stepped up to the register, I could tell that I was her top priority. Robin was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered at Sheetz.As a new customer, I was interested in signing up for the Sheetz card, and Robin walked me through the entire process with utmost patience and enthusiasm. She made sure I understood all the benefits and rewards associated with the card and answered any questions I had. It was evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing top-notch service to customers.In a world where customer service can sometimes be lacking, it was refreshing to encounter someone like Robin who goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I will definitely be making this Sheetz location in Rocky Mount, VA, my go-to spot for fuel and convenience needs, and I highly recommend it to others.Thank you, Robin, and the Sheetz team for making my visit a memorable one!

I have never seen such a fantastic failure on the behalf of management. They cannot even maintain enough employees for the store to even function properly. At this time employees are fleeing like it is a fire sale. They will not uphold scheduling based on when a person can be available to work, then try to penalize them when they do not show up, when they were told it wasn't going to happen. An example of how to be incompetent. To add insult to injury Their response below, is to a "customer care" number that no one ever answers. So to the owner/CEO and/or other upper management, you seriously need to take a look at this store, and reevaluate your current store manager, and district manager. Employee retention losses are very costly. HR 101. that is all you need to learn about this.

Nasty bathrooms, very unclean and unsanitary. Trash cans overflowing outside the building and inside the building. Floors and counters look like they’ve never been disinfected.

As for Sheetz, it's been quite sometime since getting gas ⛽ there. Never had any issues and really didn't go in the store much but what little I did, there seems to be quite a bit. The employees seem pretty cool.

Signs up rudely ordering customers to use exact exact change debit card etc because of the " change shortage". This company seems to be about as woke as they come with all their stupid masks signs and rules and Nanny state effects. The guy in front of me had to point out that he got charged in error because there was a sign promoting a coupon on what he bought but he did not receive the discount at the register. He was nice enough to say he wouldn't fight it but the girl barely responded to him barely acknowledged him and certainly did not offer to correct the error. I'm going to try to make this the last time I come into this station.

This Sheetz is the most poorly stocked store in the area. Some items go weeks without being restocked. The Sheetz right down the road is hardly ever out of items so I know it’s not a supply chain issue.

I’ve ordered from here several times. Not sure why I keep ordering food from this Sheetz on Old Franklin Turnpike. Every time I order food from here, it’s subpar. One time I ordered a burger, and it didn’t come as I requested. Another time, I got chicken strips for my child, and the strips were burnt. They gave me a new order of strips, and they were burnt, too!! The folks are always nice to me; however, I’m tired of getting subpar food. They need to do much better!

Staff is really kind and polite. All MTO orders are ready in five minutes or less and are always correct. Cashier's are friendly and the order makers can help you understand the menu and how items are made

This is easily the worst Sheetz I’ve ever experienced. There was 1 coffee available & it tasted like water (I have never had coffee this weak); there were out of order signs on the milk shake machines; the kitchen was closed & the floors were very dirty. The “Supervisor” was curt & dismissive. So disappointing. Waste of money.

I always stop at Sheetz to top off gas, get snacks, and go to the restrooms. I stopped this morning in RockyMount and the trash can was full, trash in the floor, and no toilet paper, and there was waste in the floor. I’m not sure if they were short staff but it was really gross.

I ordered my food online, went in paid for it and then watched several people walk in, order, and recieve their food while I stood and waited for 30 minutes before they even started making my food. There was another lady waiting with me who also had ordered her food and waited 30+ minutes to receive her items.

Free air filler for tire machine, cheap gas, great food, wide selection of products. The employees are extremely friendly and personable. The hotdogs and french fries are great, really cheap too. I highly recommend this place for quick stops for a quick shopping spree, bite and to get some gas.

It’s a Sheetz. A gas station, convenient store and they offer fast food. The bathroom at this Sheetz is always dirty and filthy. I simply use the free atm here and leave.

Went there about 6:30pm to order one salad and didn't get the salad til 7:57 which wasn't a problem pregnant lady was very rude about doing and saying things I understand the frustration when you're busy but your customers don't deserve the back end of it..

Everyone in town has to stop here eventually. I feel like you really got to give it to the people that work here because working with the public is not easy and some days are worse than others lol. I’ve never had any problems here other than me running late to begin with and having to leave because they were so busy.. But that’s my fault haha

I got a coffee and they had almond milk instead of dairy milk as an option. This Sheetz also has a nice variety of options for a non-meat non-dairy eater including nuts and vegan protein/granola bars.

This sheetz has the worst food of any sheetz I've ever been in. I stop in pretty regular to get gas on my way to work. Today I decided to get a piece of pizza because everything else I've tried here wasn't very good. I got a slice of pizza with one pepperoni on it and the pizza was under cooked. How do you mess up pizza?

NEVER GETTING GAS HERE AGAIN! Started having issues with my car the next day after filling up....turns out there's now water in my gas tank!!! I highly recommend you don't get gas here!

Got stuffed nachos and some fries but were out of nachos. Its midnight, I just got off of work. Hadn't ate all day and I'm left eating fries for supper. Could had offered something in place of the nachos.
