This Sheetz is full of hard-working employees who do the absolute best they can given the circumstances they have. Even on extremely short staffed days, they provide the fastest and most pleasant experiences. Their rewards are awesome. I've hardly paid for gas and food before.

Big fan of Sheetz! Bathrooms are usually quite clean so I try to make my stops at one. Didn't need gas or grub (miracles do happen).

New Sheetz looks nice, and and clean. Now we hope it stays this way. Great stop for food, Gass to wash your car, and to get those snacks you might need for your drive.

I have never been treated poorly at a sheetz until today… I placed a large food order and was refused marinara with one of my orders of mozzarella sticks because it didn’t show that a sauce was selected with it. They come with one free sauce but because the computer malfunctioned or I forgot to select a sauce I was refused my sauce and told I had to purchase it separately which is absolutely absurd!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the lady making the food was extremely rude when making sure to tell me it was company policy….

For what I use Sheetz for is gas and drink or water plus the bathroom is a major factor in stopping.Prices are too high for their products and services.Their food however is a different situation. My opinion is its not bad at all but actually very good depending upon the products. I luv the hamburger and hot dogs. But most likely it's good no matter what they make.BIG DEAL IS THE FREE AIR. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT CHARGING THE MONEY TO USE AIR IS NOT GOOD.

No TP at all in the men's room, which was completely trashed. Loved the brand new squeegees at the pumps; however, the total lack of liquid window cleaner at the pumps made it somewhat difficult to wash my windows.

It is October 31st 10:24 a.m. I have just left sheets about 5 minutes ago. The short chubby woman with the glasses that works there is lazy, unhelpful , slow and does not want to work. Maybe she is having a bad day. They had no cards to get the sheets discount. There is no way to put your phone number in as an alternate ID. The woman said sheets is not sending them. If that were the only thing. .... both coffee machines were packed and needed to be emptied . Noone wanted to help, I guess when the food girl got on her she decided to sloth her way to the machine . Horrible customer service. None of the people Orting there seemed remotely interested in actually being there. It was an awful experience. Either sheets is the worst employer in the world or they hire people who don't actually want to work. Either way something needs to be done. You have way too many people coming and going to give them bad experiences with the horrible work ethic or environment.

We pumped $25.15 worth of gas. The pump wouldn't take my husband's card and said to see the cashier in the store so he drove the car up by the store so the next person could use the pump and they proceeded to charge his card for $35 that the other customer pumped! We will never stop at another Sheetz station again! He even called the corporate number and they wouldn't even listen. Why would he call if he was trying to rip them off? They tried to say he owed the $9.85 that he was overcharged! Very poor customer relations!

My wife stopped at this Sheetz yesterday and she told me the employees were incredibly friendly. The lady said "hello, mam'm" and also told my wife "have a great day". Good customer service goes a long way. The Exxon nearby is a little more convenient than this Sheetz, but I'm liking the friendly customer service. They are also very professional. When I stopped the lady made sure I got the points on my Sheetz rewards card and said "Have a wonderful day, sir" to send me on my way. I was impressed.

Every time I stop in this store there is trash, food particles and drink spilled all over the counters. The shelves are a wreck and unstocked. There have also been multiple occasions where I have gotten the incorrect food that I have ordered and not realized until I get to where I need to be and sit for lunch and not have the proper food. Also there are some employees that are very unfriendly and never make eye contact or say a word to customers. I will only stop at this sheetz if I am not going my other traffic route to where I am needed. But I always plan accordingly for them not having what I usually want

Really nice place, it was clean and stocked up with all the snacks and goodies you want. The cashier were friendly and they had a nice place to sit and eat and to let your dogs walk around. Lovely view

We are regular daily customers here. Waited for my food order for about 10 minutes to be told they don't make cheese pizzas before 730pm. Couldnt eat any pizza with pepperoni and they wouldn't give me anything else. Tried to substitute for a toasted sub and wouldn't toast. This place sucks and doesn't care about their customers and i will not be buying food from here again. Lost my service completely.

Restrooms were clean enough and a good amount of healthy and vegan options. The salad was good...for a gas station. My dad and brother like the burgers and soft serve ice cream which is in dispensers and have toppings. Other than the made-to-order they have a cold food area with fruit and sandwiches.

Gas is cheaper than other local stores. Love the. 99c slushies in all the different flavors and being able to order food and sit down there and eat. Little too cold in the store though. Wish they carried a $5 menu with drink included. Glad to have an automatic car wash nearby. I love the deals on the Sheetz app.

Okay let me just say this, omg!!!!!!!!So, I usually go to McDonald’s and get a caramel frappe and I went this morning and they said their machine was off and they couldn’t cut it on. Legit or not, idk. I just knew I needed my frappe!!!! So I called the 220 Sheetz location. Man answered the phone and said he could make it happen, so I said what the heck, let’s try it. When I walked in, I didn’t even know how to go about ordering it. I asked the gentleman how to put it in, just so happened to be the man that was on the phone(super nice, happy spirits and energetic btw) he actually came around the counter and helped me ring up the closest thing to a frappe. And I must say, it was delicious!! I had the coffee in less than 5 min, and ohh it was awesome. Coffee, customer service and ALL!!I’m not sure what his name is, but again, thank you so so so much!! Sheetz 220 is now and forever my new coffee spot!! Hands down!! All thanks to the man behind the counter and the fact that he assured me that the coffee machine will never be off!! I really needed the coffee and he made it happen! Well done!!

I'm 43 years old and this is by far the best overall convenience store I've seen. I go to this location on average 4 times a week and it is as good as you could ask for. Very clean, a ridiculous amount of options....Healthy snacks and salads and made to go food/ soft serve ice cream with several topping options/ slushies/ fresh made doughnut and cookie and pastries/ fountain drinks/ coffee bar/ good gas prices/...just incredible amount of options for a convenience store. Also you can always eat a hot breakfast/lunch/dinner from their pretty large made to order touchscreen menus any time 24/7. Also they serve every item on the menu at anytime, so it does not matter what your personal schedule is and from my experience at this particular location that I go to multiple times a week, the wait is usually less than a typical fast food restaurant which is pretty damn impressive. I absolutely love this place and they even reward loyal customers with a pretty nice rewards program which most convenient stores don't even consider doing. Also, this location is very clean and the employees seem to be very polite and professional which indicates to me that they treat their employees well compared to the competition. They have spoiled me to the point where every other store pales in comparison, which has made me want to only use this location. I know this was a long review, but I didn't want to short change this great store. I hope it never changes and stays just the way it is. By the way, I forgot to mention they even have a surcharge free ATM and a few fresh fruit items near the counter such as oranges, apples, and bananas. It's the perfect convenience store. Blows other stores away in every which way. You won't be disappointed if you stop in. Other Sheetz stores may be much different, but this location on 220 in Franklin county Virginia is awesome.

If I can give a zero I would I ordered 1 coffee in front of 6 people that came in later after me and they made there order and I waited till I got my money back I hate to say it but that store have racist people working there I will not stop there again never. And make it so bad I love sheetz stores but this experience makes me hate them

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the store, especially with it being new. Bathrooms also didn't have any toilet paper and the bathrooms were a complete wreck with paper towels and toilet paper everywhere. I hope it improves. I've always been happy with the Rocky Mount Sheetz

Stopped at 5:30am Sunday morning for bathroom break and coffee. Bathroom needed cleaned and coffee must have been last weeks. Waited for the guy to finish cigarette break to pay for items. We have stopped here before and it was always clean.

This is a routine stop on the way to pick my son up from school. We grab a quick bite and fuel up both to and from. Gas prices are always the best-this weekend it was 76 cents less than at home. This weeks stop had me fuming when I left. I wanted a creme brûlée cappuccino and it was not a selection so I settled for vanilla which came out as nothing but hot water. The cashier told me that they don’t have someone that regularly tends to the coffee bar and it’s obvious. Last time there was no creamer!!!! So I went without. BUT what really rubbed me the wrong way is that I intended to pay for my coffee with a $20 but since I didn’t get anything that’s all I had in my pocket. I wanted to get a powerball ticket so I put the $20 in for a $2 ticket and I got no change. Turns out- and shame on me for not reading the lottery machine- i mean, duh everyone reads the lottery machine before getting a ticket- it DOES NOT GVE CHANGE!!!! So BEWARE anyone that wants a $2 lottery ticket - be sure to use correct change or small bills if you don’t want to lose your last $20 like I did. So I had just a little pocket change in my pocket for the rest of my 14 hour trip. And all the scratch offs I got were losers too. Sheetz should not have this type of machine in their store. It’s robbery. Shame on Sheetz and the vendor of those machines! The Exxon across the street I believe will have to work for me from now on. At least I won’t feel taken across. Now, hopefully I win the powerball then I will get my money back and maybe sheetz will kick that vendor out and get a lottery machine that isn’t a crook!!!

Went for 10 in gas because of the incompetence of the workers there only got 469 in gas. So my question is how many employees at sheets in rocky mount va does it take to do anything right ever. As many as employed there. Not my only bad experience there always something. WONT BE BACK !!!

Me and my family went to sheets to get some food and the was disgusting and the forgot my mom's cheese and tomato for her salad and my sisters boyfriend was missing his burger and when we went back onside to tell them the practicality threw the cheese and tomato at us and tried to tell my sisters boyfriend that they had already Givin his burger already and the food was old

There hotdogs would be really good if they would use some other kind of chili on them. The chili has a funny taste and it ruins the hotdog. Change your hot dog chili please

I wanted to crispy snack wraps and they didn’t even have my chicken! Then on top of that they were rude about it!Then they still got my order all mixed up and ended up giving me a burger that I didn’t want!!I will never be ordering from here again!!

This is a new location for Sheets and is completely updated. Gas optiins include the Flex Fuel iption for cars that can run on it, much less than traditiinal unleaded fuel per gallon. Nice car wash. Very clean everywhere except the eating area. Lots of choices for snacks, healthy or otherwise. Huge slurpy bar. Make your own ice cream sundaes. Health food section. Quick bites and cold sandwiches. Made to order hot foods and drinks. Our son loves to visit sheetz!
