I contacted Josh Krehbiel at proline trailers to special order my custom logging trailer, and they went to great lengths to make sure everything was perfect. Not only was it the best price, but the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Josh was easy to work with, he emailed all the necessary documents, and he had excellent follow up. The entire purchase was made online and when I went to pick up the trailer, the process was quick, easy and professional. Suzette Young completed all of the necessary paperwork, and even saved me money in the process. She was friendly, helpful, and thorough in completing all the paperwork I needed to make the transaction. Everything was exactly as expected and Suzette and Josh made the process extremely easy. I would definitely recommend proline trailers to anyone looking for any type of trailer. Top notch people and top notch trailers.

I’ve bought 2 trailers from Proline this year. One enclosed trailer and a tilt trailer for equipment. Both experiences at proline were excellent. I worked with Harrison and Gary to purchase my trailers. They both helped me get awesome deals way under what I expected on both trailers. Suzette had me in and out of there in no time even when my bank card and the dmv gave me issues getting my stuff I wasn’t there for more than an hour it seemed. There was another guy in parts sales that had my new rims and tires ready before I could get my card out but I didn’t catch his name. You can tell from the time you walk on the lot this company has their operation down and that’s what really brings me back for another quality built trailer. Thank you guys.

Purchased a 7x14 dual ramp door trailer with the ramp on the V-nose on the drivers side. The Q&A process as well as the order process was handled very quickly and professionally by Josh. This was a pick up at their facility in VA so I wanted a smooth and quick process when I arrived. Final paperwork was done with Suzette and was exactly what I was looking for. Harrison was a knowledgeable salesman who helped me find just the right trailer for the job to be done. The Proline people also helped me get a zero percent interest loan to make the purchase.When I picked up the trailer Harrison adjusted my hitch and hooked the trailer up for me. Yesterday, Monday Dec 11 2023, we purchased an enclosed 7x14 v-nose trailer from Pro-Line. Our experience was unbelievably first class. We were immediately met by a trailer consultant, Josh Krehbiel, and discussed our needs and walked amongst their large selection of trailers and found the perfect fit. I already own a 24 foot enclosed trailer and a 5x8 open trailer so I knew with Pro-Line I found a quality trailer manufacturer/distributor. To round out our purchase we meet with business manager Suzette Young who completed all the paperwork efficiently and timely. Working with both of them made my purchase quite easy and I’m happy to have a great trailer group to work with within 90 minutes of our newer Virginia home since we moved from Texas. I had the most amazing service, well after the sale recently with Suzette Young ,the business manager at Pro-line Trailers. She went above and beyond to help me out with an issue that went unnoticed for 5 years! She was able to find all my paperwork from 5 years ago and immediately she was on it. I purchased a 6x12 aluminum utility trailer from Josh. I was impressed with the quality of the Nexhaul. I was extremely happy with the transaction, I emailed him several times and he always responded promptly with all my questions answered. When I showed up to make the purchase he already had everything completed making the transaction very quick. Dylan in parts is the primary person I've had experience with. Great attitude, knowledgeable, follows up. I had a not everyday situation that I needed a resolve. Him amd his team several days later had the resolution I needed. Told me it would take a few days to work on my request. I would recommend Proline Trailers for your trailer needs. The process of purchasing a new 7x16 v-nose enclosed cargo trailer was excellent. Soon after placing an inquiry about this trailer, Josh was in contact with me. Josh provided excellent sales and customer service. He facilitated the paperwork requirements electronically. I arrived early at their grounds to complete the transaction and I saw that the trailer was all ready, freshly cleaned top to bottom, and positioned for coupling. Josh met me outside, introduced himself, confirmed that the trailer I saw was indeed mine and did the walk through. We tried the coupling but realized a different hitch was needed for proper balance and Josh and the team helped with that as well. Josh introduced me to Suzette who explained the details of the financial transaction easily. Everyone at Proline Trailers was professional, knowledgeable, and provided good client care. Both Suzette and Josh were outstanding at their jobs. Josh even communicated with me to be sure I made it home.

Drove down to Virginia from NY to purchase our 24ft enclosed trailer. Josh was great to work with! He made everything easy for us.
