After 4 visits to a few other vet's in my area getting no answers or real help ; Pet Clinic OF Rocky Mount gives me hope that someone is willing to help, they are caring, very detailed in my cat problem and actually sit with me and talked honestly and openly about what needed to be done next . I can say they are the best I've seen in a long time and wished I would have found them sooner .

I can't say enough good things about the clinic and Dr. Lorenz. I was referred by my dad after my dog had torn his knee. The process was so smooth, and he had an amazing fast recovery. Every person I interacted with on the phone and in person were very sweet and kind to my dog and I. You don't find service like this very often which is unfortunate. The office was able to work with us since we lived four hours away but I couldn't beat the price offered for the procedure. They are worth every mile of my drive!! They will be my go to in the future and would recommend to anybody who's pup needs this type of procedure :-). Update: one year later and it’s safe to say they fixed my dogs knee very well lol!!

Our precious kitty had some type of seizure they took him back straight ran blood work and x rays immediately. Stella was very sympathitic and compassionate about the situation as she always is.

I have been taking my dog Bubba here for 5 years now and they are always so helpful and thorough and accommodating. He can be a production at the vet. He is not good with other animals and tears his muzzle off when I try to put it on before walking in (and I don't feel comfortable walking into the main room without it on) so today I called them and Dr. Reese came and took his stitches out in the parking lot. Thank you guys always!

I personally want to thank all of the staff for going above and beyond the customer service I was given today. Not only did I take my dog in to have a knot looked at today, they worked him in for surgery. They stayed in touch with me all day and the communication was great! I highly recommend anyone looking for a vet in Rocky Mount to definitely give them my call!

Took my puppy in for parvovirus. Luna wasn’t well at all! She was severely dehydrated and sick. Dr. Reese kept me informed and a few days later the receptionist surprised me when she said Luna could go home. They saved my daughters puppy and for that we are forever grateful! Pics are one day before Luna got sick, the night before I took her to the Pet Clinic and a picture of her today. Luna is doing great and we forward to seeing Dr. Reese in a few weeks for vaccines!

This is simply the BEST vet I have ever been to. Dr. Reece is extremely compassionate while treating my older dog with chronic issues. And Dr. Lorens performed surgery on our younger dog with cancer. Everyone at the clinic is knowledgeable and kind.. which is so hard to find!

Took my dog there after he was attacked, they looked at him, gave me pain meds and antibiotics but because we couldn't pay upfront they wouldn't do xrays or stitch up and clean his wounds. They even tried saying maybe we should put the dog to sleep since we couldn't afford the treatment!

My dog had surgery here for torn cranial cruciate ligaments a few years ago and has been fine since. A friend's dog now has the same diagnosis, and instantly I thought of this clinic. They were able to schedule the dog and ease my friend's mind. Good people and good service.

I have worked with this pet clinic for a large portion of my life. I love the staff and the veterinarians are very helpful and down to earth. They are willing to work with you and gave me and my senior pet the best care, even during his passing. Love this place 👍

Today, my Rosie had her very first puppy visit, this was also my first visit to the Pet clinic. From check in to check out, nothing but superior service. Everyone was very professional but personable. We absolutely LOVED Dr. Reece. She answered all of my questions, and was so sweet to my girl.I Expected a huge bill, but it was less than $100. We will most definitely be back. Thank you to everyone for making our first visit a positive experience.

My cat developed a nasty abscess on his shoulder & leg. He was in so much pain & lethargic. I was not an established patient ,but when I called on a Saturday morning the receptionist worked me in right away. All of the staff was so friendly & welcoming. Dr. Reese was so caring & friendly. Mr. Kitty started feeling better a few days later. I am so grateful to Dr. Reese & the staff for working me in & taking such good care of Mr. Kitty. I can not thank them enough!

I have had my boy at Rocky Mount veterinarian since he was a little pup. They always answer the phone quickly, courtesly. Always willing to help. If I didn't live so far from them I would have him seen there all the time for his veterinarian care. But I always take him there for boarding as they know him and he gets excellent care. When I have to leave him in someone's care besides my own they have been my choice.

The folks at pet clinic are friendly, on the ball for quick assistance and very professional. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable and on point. They genuinely care about the animals they treat. I gave them 5stars for their work ethics and gentle care for my Pomerainin and he liked them too.

Overall OK I guess. They do curbside pick up of your pet which I don't like. We needed to see a doctor or I would have waited....seem like the few people I dealt with were nice enough to me but I miss not seeing the interaction with my dog. That's what is most important to me. But we got thru it and she seems to be on the mend. All is good!

My family and I have received only the best care for our many fur babies over the years. The Doctors and staff here are very friendly and knowledgable to our questions or concerns. We have enjoyed bringing our puppies for there first visit to our life long seniors, some for the last trip. All of our visits were friendly and professional. Any accusations that the Pet Clinic is not an excellent facility with top notch Veterinarians and a terrific staff is just absurd. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for the best care for all of their pets.
