Everybody parks in the fire lane including the vendors there have been times where I have not been able to get into the store because of all the parked cars in the fire lane! People with disabilities use the appropriately marked parking spaces so you think people without disability could walk from a parking space as well! Franklin County sheriffs office has been totally malfeasant and doing anything about this! Unfortunately I doubt I will shop at this Food Lion due to the fact of difficulty of access of all the traffic parking in the fire lines

I love shopping at Food Lion. If you need help finding anything there are people to help you find it. The most important thing to me is NO SELF CHECKOUT! I have been shopping here since 2015 when I moved here. The employees are helpful, always polite and helpful. I have tried the other store in town but always had to wait in long lines. Keep up the good work! Thank you all!

This store is very clean and nicely stocked. Check out service is quick and employees are friendly and ready to help you if assistance is needed. The deli department took the time to fry some fresh chicken for me while I waited.

Food Lion is usually a very good experience when I shop there.The only thing that bothers me, is when I am looking for an item that can only be found at a Food Lion Store and it is not available. I then have to travel to another town to purchase the item 🙄 Other than that ,I am a happy camper.

I think one of the easier grocery stores to find what you need and quickly. Everything is spaced out nicely and not overcrowded. Not too big, I can't stand walking for miles in a grocery store and this location is just right.

Great service. Only place around where you are not required ring up your own groceries. As the rest of places in town install more self checkout and rarely have cashiers. Only complaint is they are very often run out of soft drinks. Been trying almost 2 months to get store brand root beer. I order delivery from here twice a week

Easy to find and with a lot of products. Wheelchair accessible, friendly and fast service. Alcohol and household items available. Public restrooms and little kid shopping carts.

No self checkout, I don't work for any of these companies that have self checkout and they make enough to pay someone to check me out. So for that reason I gave food lion 5 stars and they get most of my business.

The staff are great. They are always friendly. The store is kept clean and the restrooms are also kept clean. I always recommend coming here if you can they do have decent deals on their products and sometimes they carry things that other stores do not. Ie. I have not found Dr Pepper Zero Sugar anywhere else but at Food Lion and its great 😃 ...

My wife shops at this store in rockymount all the time. But everytime she goes in there, there is a certain stocker that goes out of his way to make derogatory remarks to her. She has told me repeatedly that it makes her feel very uncomfortable. I went with her on her last visit thinking it would deter this old nasty man from saying anything. Well it didn't. He just had to search her out and say something. At firsts she ignored him but he persisted until she turned and looked at him. I have read foodlion policy on this and they hold a firm stance on this should never happen. I am sure others have said something cause my wife has heard him make remarks to school age girls that was inappropriate . A grown man that's clearly past 50 has no business telling 16yr old girls they are fine and ask if they wana have fun. Nor does he have business telling a 33 yr old women she is hot and looks good every single time she comes to this store. Trust me me as her husband I tell her this everyday thats why she has been married to my ugly mug for 15yrs. Hire better, do better foodlion.

I love Food Lion. I really wish I just was able to shop there more often. Their customer service is so far beyond "the other 2 places" in Rocky Mount. Just always a pleasant experience.

Employees were very nice. The store was clean and I don't see how the price differs as I had been warned if you pay attention to their sales. Unlike Kroger you don't actually have to buy 6 packs of soda to get the MVP special. If you have to do that you might as well go to a wholesale club.

I love shopping Food Lion.. Always stocked and clean and friendly staff.. There might only be 2 cashiers but they are awesome and get you through the line quickly. If you're looking for self checkout.. You have to go to Kroger because food lion doesn't do self checkout 😊

Would give 6 stars if I could. I love the employees and the store is just big enough but not too big like Walmart can be. Their delivery and to-go service is the fastest I've ever seen. Usually can get my groceries delivered within 45 minutes. And the shopper chats with you online so you know if they are out of something. Great store. 👍

I love the Food Lion experience! Small enough to get around easy.Great prices! Customer service second to none! Will be my regular food store from now on....good- bye Walmart! Update Still love my local Food -Lion. Now I do all my grocery shopping there. I love going to a store where you still have people to smile and actually help you! This is a great Food Lion. The store is very clean, well-stocked, with a wide selection of gluten-free products. As a bonus, there are no self-checkouts, there are real people to take care of cashing you out and bagging your groceries. And you can't ask for nicer people than the employees at this store.

I love this store. Its small enough for me to easily navigate. They have some items that nobody else has like their Virginia products section, best frozen veggies section, good deli, etc. Employees are outgoing and helpful. This is the only grocery i actually went inside during pandemic.

Just moved to town, so far Food Lion has been the nicest of the grocery locations for me. Low inventory, but not the stores fault, they are only getting half sized shipments right now. Not crowded and easy to find items

Lately we have done more shopping here because other's do not have their shelves full. Food Lion does. They have plenty of cashiers and no long lines. The people that work there have always been extremely helpful and polite.

I just have to say that whomever is the manager and in charge of ordering enough to keep shelves stocked...NEEDS A RAISE AND A HUGE BONUS!! This is the BEST grocery store in VIRGINIA!! We have a winter storm and we got everything we needed thanks to Foodlion. Cashiers are so friendly and fast. And NO SELF CHECKOUTS!! THANK YOU FOODLION!!
