The Rocky Mount Dollar Tree is light years cleaner and more organized than any of the Roanoke counterparts. The aisles are clean and uncluttered. The merchandise is organized and not jumbled. It was such a pleasure to shop here, as opposed to the chaos of merchandise, endless loaded boxes with empty shelves in Roanoke!

Store hadn't been open long this morning, both trash cans outside are overflowing. Always a wait to get checked out, manager stocking in front, never helped. Young lady that checked me out, needs a lesson on dress attire--you are at work.. Cover yourself up! Shame on management for not handling... Not the first time I've seen this at this store. She clearly didn't want to open up her register to assist the other cashier.... Her attitude is not good for being on the front line... Along with the inappropriate dress attire. Respect yourself ladies!

Great place but Rude management. I had Jesse a male manager with glasses. Completely disrespect me for caring about the elderly people that were waiting in a long line.The line was extremely long. The other cashier opened and called out for the last people in line instead of gaining eye contact with the next person in line. The elderly man I was helping had a came and oxygen. He insisted on getting out of the car to shop but did not expect such a long line.I had been told several times before that that particular manager is a racist due to other things done to other people of color. However, it was more of his rude manners to me.I did speak with the head manager who apologized and said he will speak with Jesse but time will tell if his attitude changes.

Sign on door clearly states you must have a mask on. Costumers were not all wearing them. The staff were restocking shelves blocking aisles. They were all wearing masks but without their noses covered. Really? No thank you from the cashier. I will go out of my way to shop somewhere else.

I love to go here and get little items when grandchildren are coming to visit. They seem to have more crafting items now. Everything was well stocked and clean. Nothing was cluttered.

I have never been until a recent and necessary visit enroute this past month. WOW! and (darn you!). This place was unbelievable w it's variety and service! Recommend to All! Addictive! You will leave w more than you planned on getting, but you will be happy! ☺

They have a wide selection of products varying from food to stationary supplies, decorations and more. Everything's a dollar at Dollar Tree, there's no need for coupons here unlike other stores. Everything here is so cheap for the quality of the products!

I was so excited about this store opening but after my first visit I do not think I will be going back. Walter at the front counter complained the whole time I was in the store. Every time someone walked up to the counter to be checked out he murmmered and complained. He yelled across the store and fussed. I went to the counter to be checked out and he started fussing so I yelled for some one to come help him because I was afraid he was going to go postal on me. I was very disappointed in the whole experience. I do blame Walter from New York but I would also like to know WHERE was the manager in all of this?

This dollar tree has more things to choose from. Friendly service will return. My daughter found lots of paint for her at home projects.

Would get more business if looked like we're open .u would think sign,would light up at night and some lights on building or somethingAfter posting this is come by am hour later and the lights that always worked mysterious came back onPeople should realize with out the customers they do hate to wait on they don't have a job.

The store is ok. Never enough registers open, so prepare for a wait when you go to check out. I've seen the line backed up all the way to the freezer section. The parking lot alone discourages visits, as it is the most inconvenient parking lot I have encountered, bordering on dangerous.
