Friendly and helpful employees. Nice supply.of different vitamins, medications, personal care items and makeup. Not to long of a wait for your medication. Has a drivethru and public restrooms. No free wifi. Handicap ascecible and a redbox outside.

Incredibly rude…things show filled online but when you drive 30 mins to get the med it’s a different story. The male pharmacist is kind but the others def not.

When I had just been released from hospital after an 8 day stay, this CVS had my back!!! I had a very serious health issue, and when I told them I needed my medicines immediately, they went above and beyond to help. My insurance was holding up the approval, and this CVS found a way around it and got my medicine filled immediately!!! Bravo y’all, and thank you!!!! (Mary Pugh)

Pharmacy personnel are very friendly helpful always willing to go out of their way to help and satisfy their customers with whatever you need help with… through my experience with CVS in Rocky Mount on old Franklin Turnpike. They go above and beyond their job descriptions to help comfort educate their customers I have been with this pharmacy for years I would only change one thing about this pharmacy STOP BEING SO KIND TO THE RUDE CUSTOMERS that BLAME THE STAFF FOR EVERYTHING THAT IS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL!!! thank you for all that you do for your customers

Worst pharmacy in town, there are a just a couple nice ones. But most of them in the back are rude and act like you have ruined there day. Kroger's pharmacy was much better but my insurance dropped them, so I guess it's time to switch to Walmart.

Pharmist refused to fill prescruption that was prescribed by my doctor. Woke politics driving their agenda instead of doing their job and filling prescriptions for people. If I didn't need it, then my doctor wouldn't have prescribed it.

Poor customer service in pharmacy. Rude workers doctor called my medication in and they’re refusing to fill them until tomorrow due to the inconvenience for them. Deff would not recommend this place if your looking for helpful friendly associates who are willing to go the extra mile for a happy customer…

Have gotten all my covid shots/boosters here, schedule for the fall one today. My only complaint is trying to call them is a nightmare- the phone tree takes forever to get to someone who can answer a more complex question than "do you have covid shots". The store staff is great once you get to them - CVS -there should be a second level "Speak to pharmacist" option on that phone- not 9th level.

People in the pharmacy are rude especially Josh... He has flat told one then one person I know he didn't have time to deal with them.. very rude customer service... Do not recommend choosing them as your pharmacy .

I was going to get two sodas here since they were $0.99 and I was getting movies from the Redbox outside anyway and I was waiting to pay for them because a heavy set woman that worked here was helping someone else. So I went ahead and put the sodas on the counter to pay for them when she was done. She sees two younger people behind me that came in after and walks off to help them instead. I figured I'd wait a few minutes - she never came back. I left the drinks and had to drive up the road - wasting more gas- last night. Would've saved more money by just skipping this trip to CVS.

The employees give you strange and rude looks depending on what you buy or pick up. They also claim to have a promblem every month with my insurance when I pick up my prescriptions. There is always a promblem.

The pharmacists will give you strange looks and judge you silently depending on the medication you pick up. Other than that it's a great store and is alot newer than its peers.

This place is the worst. I try to use them one more time today and after waiting in line 10 cars deep, they closed for lunch. Do you think they would’ve told me that before making me wait that long. Never again!
