Pharmacy here sucks. Slow to fill prescriptions, not open half the time & drivethru shut down most of time. Worst cvs!4 months later still sucks. They don't have half the meds, send text out saying it's ready then show up & still have wait 20 or 30 minutes. Place should be closed.

Literally the worst CVS I’ve ever been too! I'd like to know how they are still in business. Don’t count on them to ever answer the phone. I've even been on hold and had my call disconnected. They usually don't have your prescriptions ready even when you look on line and it shows that your scripts are ready. I really don't understand why I continue to make multiple trips for just one scrits when I have multiple. Such a waste of my time and my gas.And, to beat it all this store is so under staffed! I haven't seen the same pharmacist in months.CVS Corporation really needs to do something!

We shop at this CVS regularly when we are in the area. It is convenient to the west side of Rocky Mount/Callaway area since the nearest grocery store is on the other side of town. Prices are what you expect at a CVS. The staff is always so helpful and friendly and the store is always clean and organized.

Absolutely horrible location. Closes pharmacy randomly. Cannot get medications. No resolution to the issue at all. Absolutely no sense of urgency or understanding of how this can hinder their customers medical conditions. Certain medications cannot be stopped abruptly and can cause many withdrawal like side effects (as a pharmacy should know).

We mainly use the drive thru for Rx pickup. They decide to close the drive thru on a whim. No notification on web site. Unless I want to leave my dog in the car, I cannot get my Rx. Their inconsistencies make us want to go elsewhere, but the othe CVS is across town.

There was a long haired blonde pharmacist who was unprofessional when I checked in for my booster shot. I had the QR code from Virginia Department of Health showing my previous shots. She stated, "no that's for your own personal records". I have worked in government offices that have us show this code every time we enter. She then leans over to another pharmacist and states her opinion on how she hates when people do this...it's scary. Please coach/train this associate on relationship skills and respect.

Pharmacy drive thru is VERY slow-when you have to sit in a drive thru for over 10 minutes, with no movement- it defeats the purpose of drive thru service- 10_25-2022 still slow- would help if people would just go inside if they don't have their cards or have issues- 20 minutes in drive thru- 08/15/23

I called the pharmacy and got put on hold for over 2 hours there is no excuse don't deal with these people they are not helpful and when I told them how long I've been on hold they want to pull out a lame excuse of why they couldn't answer the phone. They don't even deserve any stars!

Went in to pick up meds. My only gripe is they fill all one at a time making numerous trips out. We need to cut down our outings....guess CVS hasn't got that memo yet.
