On a time crunch, and knowing the specific windchime my wife found on their website, Tree of Life, which is a beautiful green, I called ahead and the lady told me they had one in stock, and she'd hold it for me. When I arrived, I looked around and thought my wife would love to shop here. Great selection of gifts, and the customer service was very good. Looking forward to a return visit with my wife and friends when I'm not on a time crunch!

The complex is large with two separate stores and lots of outside displays. There is a good sale with many items marked down substantially as of 7/23/22. There are hundreds of items to choose from. It was worth the drive out for us.

Enjoy stopping by the outlet and browsing about. You can find some good deal here. Place is clean and organized. Staff was not friendly Noone greeted us on the way in and they were all behind the counter one lady was reorganizing the cans of peanuts. You can also walk down to the retail store and shop for regular priced merchandise. Also they moved all there shoes to the retail store. Overall a nice shop pretty sure you can find a good deal or a nice gift for someone.

Hey Plow and Heath lovers. I absolutely love this store, especially the outlet. We stopped in the Madison County store 6 weeks ago - close to closing- and had another fantastic experience with two young associates!! We brought fantastic items in less than 15 mins! They were kind and very friendly in their service.This afternoon I called and asked the woman sales associate if she was busy and did have time to talk? Her tone was rude and unfriendly! She repeatedly asked, what was I calling for? I informed of the outdoor furniture and she snapped that I did not have the right phone number. I asked twice for the right phone number of the country store. She gave it too me with an unhappy tone. I thanked her and said have a very happy day.Anyone is sales needs to treat their phone customers the same as their in person customers!!! Or NOT answer the phone! She gave a loyal PH customer a bad imagine of Plow And Heath Outlet today, Sunday, July 26, 2020.

fun place in the country. there are actually two different buildings. the first is their discount building and it contains past seasons offers and returns. but it's big and worth your time as there are good deals.My wife and I usually purchase online, so it's nice to see everything.in the back (or below) is the main store. it can be a bit kitschy as the second floor is contains shoes and a big part of the first floor contains Virginia food products (mostly nuts).

What a lovely set of stores. Everything for the home and garden. You can get some great deals at the tent sales! Can be pricey, but you get good quality. Shoes are upstairs in the "attic". The outlet store is closer to the main road. You'll find everything from one-offs to overruns. The Country Store is set back from the road. That's typically current P&H merch.

Great place for grabbing up some good deals on P&H items, just check what you buy. Many items are missing parts, broken, or not fully functional (like the garden spinning wheels that don't actually move in the wind). And if you have the time, the store just behind the outlet had a bunch more items. Including clearance ugg brand merchandise upstairs.

A must stop for the wives or anyone who loves decorating. There were a lot of husband's taking advantage of the outdoor furniture. So they do make us comfortable.

Lots of sad and odd merchandise split between two buildings (with a lot of overlap in stock). The crew in the back building was friendly, the staff up front ignored us. Has more of a yard sale/flea market feel but with really high prices.We assume that the merchandise selection contains returns as well as overstock/closeouts because several items were dirty and/or damaged.

We stopped at their big sale at the outlet on our way down 29 to Cville. We were a little disapointed in what they had. The things seemed of lower qualify than we were expecting. But they had a lot of unique things.

Love plow and hearth, but it's not the store it use to be. Back store is no longer outlet or items on sale. Products aren't as unusual as they use to be. Still go hoping to find unusual items.

Not happy with their customer service in letting customers know when products are shipped. I have been waiting almost a week to find out when my Christmas gift was shipped and when to expect it. I finally got online and chatted with a representative. It has been shipped and will arrive in two days, but I was never informed of when it was shipped or when to expect it. I was beginning to panic that the gift might not get here that something had happened. It is all working out, but communication is not their forte.

Nice store and employees are very helpful but as any catalog store the prices are elevated when compared to the quality of the product. They do have a huge selection of various items . Parking is great and they do jave handicap spaces close to entrance.

Plow and Hearth store, much like you'd expect to see. Nice to actually be able to look at the items in real life. Nice selection of discontinued/discounted items, made me wish I'd been thinking about buying a new rocker or recliner.

I love this outlet! All the furniture, pillows, decorations, etc on my extensive back deck and front porch are from this location! For years we have entertained and enjoyed it and are still complemented on it!

I bought a glass painted globe with solar powered lights inside and it doesn't work. I also bought 3 xmas ornaments that have a battery powered light and one of them the battery was dead and had to be replaced. In wrapping the ornament one of the leaves on the ornament was knocked off and I had to reglue it. If they would just say things are broken no problem but the items are being sold as if they all ok. I am disappointed that the staff did not bother to inform me at purchase.

Love shopping here. The parking lot has new pavement and they have a new concrete area for their outside furniture. Their new updates are wonderful.

Going south on 29, you'll pass Sheetz, 2.5 miles later is Plow & Hearth, so start looking for it so you can turn off without getting rear ended. You can park in the front or back, depending on if they are having a big tent sale. The Outlet store is hard by 29 and there is a regular store "behind" if you want to pay retail (just in case).Plow & Hearth Outlet is the manna for catalog groupies for home, hearth, decor, kids stuff & some clothing. And don't forget the Virginia peanuts! It's a crap shoot as to what will be there, so you have to walk around. What is a planned 10 minute stop always turns into at least 30 minutes. So many interesting things for home or gifts! Only downside is no returns and portapotties only for restrooms.

Must visit place for indoor or outdoor furniture, specialty kitchen stuff and kids toys.. great sale in specific weekends so check out the dates in their website or call.. very unique finds and better quality than many other similar places..

Everything you love about Plow & Hearth, but severely discounted. Got a fire place grate 75% off because it had been on display outside. Staff was very helpful.
