It's not a bad place to shop. They usually have what I need. One thing is I worked here for about 3 months. It's been about a year since. So many people get rehired after not working there for years. But then I got accused of stealing when I did not. So I got fired (falsely terminated) all because my now ex decided to steal. And they rehire after 6 months of someone being fired but when I move directly across the street they can't rehire me.

I don't usually shop here, but I was in the area and stopped to shop. This was the cleanest, most well stocked and organized I've ever seen this location. I don't know if its new management or better staffing but I enjoyed finding all on my list!

Automotive shop is garbage. The tire warranty is a joke and they don't keep good enough inventory for you to get your tire replaced without another upcharge

First time in this store. Lots of variety from my hometown store I usually go to. I do have one issue. They didn't have any regular breaded chicken in the hot bar. They only had other varieties. Cute selection of jewelry. I will go back again just for the great clearance section alone

I go there to save money on staples and some other things. Found almost everything, including the elusive and usually expensive Sriracha. Went to check out and only 1 full svc ck out open of 18. OK, I get it. Checked out and noticed the guy was double bagging everything. I thought great, very conscientious. When I got to my vehicle I found out why. Every bag I picked up either had the handles tear or the bottom of the bag split open, dumping my stuff in the parking lot. Then I thought back and remembered seeing 2 of the 6 bag positions filled with buyable reusable bags. Now I know why. If you shop there, know the plastic bags are trash and going to fail and dump your groceries before you are out of sight of the store possibly wasting whatever you saved.

Our first overnight camp at a Walmart parking lot. We are very grateful that Walmart allows this activity. I cleaned up a bit of trash around where we parked to show my appreciation.Also the store is very tidy.

Typical Walmart. I was surprised there were so many people there at noon on a weekday. I was obviously looking for something and an employee came up to me and kindly helped. No complaints.

Matthew Katzenstein ,one of the door people That was working this night May 4th 2024,when I came in. One( and only)of the handicap buggies on his side of the store wasn't charged so he offered to go to the other side of the store to see if there was 1 there and he brought it back to me so I wouldn't have to walk the whole way... He went in and out of his way,To help me and I really really appreciate that.

I hate having to try to prove prices to cashiers. Got several packs of water that I thought were listed as about $2.85, but they rang up as $3.98. Cashier went to the back and said there were no signs anywhere at all so, she could only charge the price they rang up. I thanked her and asked that all the waters be removed from my order. I paid for the rest of my order and took it to my car. I then returned to the water aisle and took the attached picture. I returned to the cashier and explained that the sticker in the attached picture was why I thought the water was $2.85 (yes, I do see that it was $2.86.) She told me that sticker was not there before, even though I had seen it and told her it was just behind the straws. She proceeded to tell me that it couldn't have been there because she and another employee had not seen it. She insisted that management must have put it up in the fifteen minutes since I had checked out because they had so many complaining about the price. Funny that multiple people saw this sticker that didn't exist and that management would put up a new sticker of the price that they said was wrong. Good thing Kroger is close, huh? Thanks for your help, Bernice!Other than that, it is a fairly typical Walmart with a good selection.

Overall I have been very pleased with my experience shopping at this location. I don't shop in the store, I use the app and schedule a pick-up. Think about it, you can order a gallon of milk, and a paper shredder and have it all brought to your car. The service is usually very expeditious, and the employees are friendly. 👍

Very clean and organized. Most of the staff is willing to help at any time. Dropped one star off cause it seems like every time I go in, they're always missing at least one thing I need.Update:Still very clean and always in order. Staff seems to follow the old "Sam's way" with their willingness to help. Definitely the nicest staff and store of any Wal-Mart I've ever been in. Haven't had any issues with them not having what I was looking for recently so they've earned their 5th star. Wear it proud Wal-Mart!

The Walmart in Covington, VA..not much good to say about it..Never in stock, shelves empty, some of the employees they hire have no idea what they are doing, sending out reject notices to more than able people who can get the jobs done but say they are not "qualified "How qualified do ya need to be to stock?The ones they recently hired surely didn't, looks like the one hiring needs a lesson on how to select the right people to hire!

I go to the pharmacy there. They are so good about having your meds ready and very friendly staff! I picked up a few Christmas items and groceries while I was there. Not too fond of the self check out but I guess we can't do anything about that.

Everyone at this location are always helpful, and don't mind going the extra mile to help their customers. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star rating is because once again, online the store says it has certain items in stock.......but when i arrive, they inform me that they've been out of stock for weeks! I'm just tired of driving 2hrs round trip for nothing. Other than that, they're usually stocked up on the essentials 👍. The staffs friendliness and professionalism are 5-star every visit, but please update your online inventory availability!

Well stocked. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a goal of achieving excellent customer service. This truly shows through their actions. Always smiling faces and polite offers to help you with anything you need. This makes it so much easier when you want to purchase what it is you seek, check out and be on your way. It's Walmart, not too much to say about it. Our cashier was very pleasant. Other than that, the only thing was that of course they were out of many things, including small bottles of water. But, that just seems to be the way things are now.
