This Walmart is a very nice Walmart but when it comes to the grocery pick-up area, that’s a different story.I don’t ever complain about the wait when waiting to be loaded, because usually I’m loaded in a decent timeframe.But whoever shops for the orders does a poor job when it comes to choosing items.I was given these tomatoes like this, and the milk jug was leaking the whole ride.As for the swifter item, this item obviously had some kind of opening because it wasn’t leaking when placed in my back seat but when I go to my destination, my whole seat was soaked with cleaning liquid.The shoppers should shop as if they are the ones purchasing the product for themselves, not just grabbing any and everything.If this part of grocery pick-up was improved upon, this would be considered the best Walmart in the area to my opinion!

Handicap accessible. Plenty of handicap parking. Amazing merchandise with competitive pricing. Fresh food. In style clothing, toys, indoor, outdoor, whatever you need. Walmart is your one stop shop for all of your needs. Inside, outside, automotive it doesn't matter. They have a wider variety of merchandise In any of their many many departments. From commonplace household supplies, camping gear, fishing, toys, clothes, anything.

I wanted to talk about an employee here at the Walmart Clearbrook Center, his name is JERRY and he is very nice polite, considerate, sincere, and a blessing really for them to have. He stands by the door and greets everyone and practically everyone knows him and he is such a nice person, thank you JERRY for always being so polite and kind with a big smile on your face. Walmart really is glad to have you.!!!!!

Store was clean, except for a few loose products on the floor in produce. I had to ask several associates to help with a watch battery, until I found one who knew who to call. The store was busy and all associates were busy assisting customers. About half of shoppers and associates were wearing masks. Easily found what I needed in grocery, and just waited for one shopper in line at check out. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience. Would recommend this location.Added: Walmart shopping today was great! Had an online return item which was processed quickly by a customer service associate who was very pleasant and friendly. Shopped for a few grocery items, which were a little higher than typical, but were easy to find in the large grocery section by using the overhead signs. Did self check out and had no problems. Store was very clean and not too busy.Added 5/5/22 (Two stars for today's visit!) I shopped for a few needed items and used the self check out, with no problem. When leaving, I said thank you to the sales associate standing at the check out exit. She just looked at me and did not smile or say a word! What's going on with people?! Do they want to represent the store and show their respect? I'm sure this was not in the Walmart training manual, which she probably never read!Added 6/7/22Walmart today was busy, clean, and all the associates seemed to be engaged with stocking, helping customers, cleaning or shopping for pick up orders. Found everything I needed, but the prices seemed sky high. Big increase in all departments since my last shop in May!Added 7/16/22Could not locate several items, but could not tell if they were out of stock, it just not sold by Walmart. At customer service, the associate took back one of my return items making the refund with ease, but the other item was from a third party seller. In the past, WalMart has processed the return, printed out the return label, and mailed it back. This was not done today, and surprisingly, I was instructed to do this myself. I discussed this with the CS associate, but she kindly stated she could not help. All other aspects of my shopping trip were good, but the prices continue to go up and up!9/19/22Store was organized and mostly clean. Employees were busy stocking, and most shelves were at least partially full. Prices continue to rise. Not many check outs employee manned, but self check outs on both ends were open. Parking lot held a little trash.9/26/22Only one associate run check out was open, almost forcing shoppers to use the self check out at both ends of the register bank. Most shelves were stocked well, signage was good and pick up shopper associates were helpful if asked. I was dismayed to see the shelf conditions in the sugar and flour areas. (See photos) Obviously bags were had been opened or leaking contents, but poor attempts to successfully clean it up made for a very unhygienic look. Lowering my Walmart rating for this visit.3/4/23Associate was very helpful in helping me find a product, although she had to look in several aisles herself. Ok shopping day. Used self check out which went smoothly. Store was not particularly busy.

Management allows all the shady activity to happen here. Multiple times I have seen the same guys urinating in the parking lot. They even let their child do the same. Dairy section is never stocked. Only good thing about this store is the cashiers.

Clearbrook Walmart is the best. Lots of different items are well stocked. All the cashiers are very nice and quick getting you in and out.

Rude “greeter.” So my husband entered Walmart w our service pet. After making his purchase, he leaves the store. An older female “greeter” laid in on him for having a dog. “How did you get in the store?!?!”My husband replied, “through the front door.”She yells at him, “We do NOT allow dogs! And even a service dog must wear a diaper!! Don’t come back!”No problem; we will NOT be back.

I can't help but laugh, but this is worth writing. I just watched a guy get escorted out of Walmart for trying to find shredded cheese. All the cheese boxes were empty and the guy was putting the empty boxes on the floor. Then some dude named "Cameron" said he was the manager and told the guy he had to leave immediately for putting the empty boxes on the floor, and wouldn't let the guy even buy the groceries in his cart. I wish I had a video.Maybe Cameron will kick me out next. The shelves sure were empty tonight.

I had part of an order scheduled for delivery from the store today. The driver did not deliver the order as the driver could not adhere to instructions to wear a mask and gloves and use sanitizer as I'm immune suppressed right now. I call Walmart customer service and they perform a 3 way call to the store. The manager of home deliveries gets the phone, does not identify herself and disconnects from the 3 way call. Walmart customer service provides her number to me. I call her, she promises to habe the Store Assest Protection Manager call me and I provide my private contact information to her. She states she'll have a manager deliver the order. 3 hours pass and I call Walmart customer service againA so called supervisor disconnects the call during a 15 minute wait and never calls back. I call Customer Service again and they do not talk to the manager but an associate at the Clearbrook store who states the items will be delivered. Items were delivered today, 4 hours and 45 minutes late, and as captured on security video, he's not wearing a mask or gloves. This store has earned another call to the corporate office and an ethics complaint for false promises, lying, and when stating they will protect the health of customers, the do no such thing. This is a seriously mismanaged store. I can remember asking an associate one time about the creed of Walmart and how any associate can resolve any issue. They never heard of this before. So, employees of this store are never taught the fundamentals of the core values of Walmart. I own 2268 shares of Walmart stock and this part owner of Walmart will not accept this behavior.

there is alot of fraud going on regarding spark at this walmart, and probably others. alot of illegals coming over and fraudulently getting a spark account. the unknown drivers pay some other person to get the account. the account is not in the name of the drivers. the unknown original account holders sell the accounts to the drivers. they somehow hack and rig it so these illegal fraudulent drivers get the best calls. this started happening at this location about 10 months ago. the original "legal honest" drivers who are the actual account holders and drivers now get very little of the good orders. they are sitting in the parking lot waiting for orders while the illegals come and go with numerous good orders right in front of them.walmart does nothing. manager at this location is named nick. he said "walmart has nothing to do with spark". those are his words. pretty sure some of the employees inside walmart are in on the fraud. some legit spark drivers complained to walmart, and very quickly they were kicked out of spark. all they have to do is check the id's of the drivers and match them to the account holders, and they will see that they are not the same person.dont know what to do. the cops say its not a crime, and walmart is turning a blind eye.

If I could give this location zero stars for direction and sign placement, I would. I haven't even been in the store yet. Missed the turn to go toward the entrance and had to turn around, only to discover that once you turn around,you have to get back into traffic, go across route 220 (4 lanes), pull into the bank parking lot, go back across the road to give it another try. There is no sign directing you to make a right to go into the Walmart complex so be aware. This intersection is probably the forest design that I've seen in a while. Definitely the most inconvenient.

I came in from Charleston, SC where the Walmart in Mount Pleasant was a mess and had few workers working. I stopped at the Clearbrook Walmart and what a totally different experience. It was clean, organized, well stocked, and friendly workers everywhere!

So they would not sell me a PS5 the day before thanksgiving! . Told me I had to wait til Black Friday?! So my $550 is good that day only? Got them in the back as I was told and wouldn’t sell me one. Pulled only for Black Friday?! Drove an Hour to be let down! I refuse to buy anything else from them!

Hands down the best Walmart in the area. I'll live in Martinsville so it's about an hour away, but it's well worth it. They're always fully stocked on things that the other Walmarts near me don't have. The store is very clean. The customer service is great.

Officially don't like walmart anymore. The best features other than price were that they were open 24 hours a day and only closed once a year for Christmas Day. Now they're closed all the time. Don't stay up in 24 hours. And our clothes on thanksgiving day and christmas day. This used to be the go to place for round-the-clock necessities and last minute needs. And now it's no better than any other store

Great store, best variety of products was once my review but store is going downhill fast. You have online pickers with huge carts taking up space in the aisle & when 2 of these workers are standing there chatting... you can't get past them. When you are on the job, aren't you suppose to be working? I thought the online pickup items came out of the back so it doesn't interfere was store shopping.

Be sure tobget there at 1030 cause they lock the doors to get in, sucks if you work late and all you need is a gallon of milk. Pretty ridiculous in my opinion, your hours say open until 11.

I thought I’d save a buck tonight by trying Walmart. It wasn’t worth it. The shelves were empty. The few staff that were there were less than useless.And so paying a little more at Kroger again seems worth it.
