I would like to know why does Walmart charge a tax on a program card, snap card and healthy living program card . Every time I shop with program card the store always asking for a dime, penny,as many customers that shop store with program cards in a day time adds up to a good penny, I just wanted to know why this is so, thank you for your reply .L. Not as big as Tha Super center but With most and everything you need concerning food,candy, drinks,bakery,meet,Pharmacy and even cat,dogs and birds food...Friendly staff, Only self check out...Good parking area,Wi-Fi and restrooms..Enjoy your shopping 😊

I bought a box of cape cod chips, and the salt and vinegar were bad. Opened the bag a chips were stuck together in a big cluck. I went back to store to return them, but didn’t have my receipt. Manager told me I had 2 options, take another bad box, or leave them. I left them and returned the next day with my receipt and they refused to honor it. I was treated like a dog. They spoke loudly and said I will give you another box but I’m not giving you any money back. One manager stuck her fingers in her ear as I was trying to explain. Said she was not listening to me. The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Walmart neighborhood store on Dale ave Roanoke Va. one manager’s name was Tina and she told me I could call corporate all I want too. By the way they put the box that I bought back to them on the shelf and reduced the price. They are not worthy of any stars. I will not let this go.

Walmart neighborhood grocery on Dale Ave is a fully stocked and very friendly employees. I am so pleased that we have Walmart in our neighborhood.

I was attempting to get gas and the orange cone had been moved. I tried to speak to the clerk and he didn't answer the buzzer. I went up to the kiosk and he was quite rude. Stated to me I needed to move my car and accused me of moving the cone. I also wanted to make a snack purchase he told me again I had to move my car. He kept walking out of the building. The pump wasn't working, why move the car first?

I called customer service at 1:30pm to confirm that money services was available to cash my payroll because I was having to walk in the rain nearly 2 miles to get there. I was told yes, they were open to cash checks or for other money services till 8pm. I walked to the location I spoke with and was met by a sign at service desk saying money services was unavailable at this time. Employee I spoke with was quite rude and condescending...said they didn't know who I talked to but service desk was closed rest of day. Now this was less than one hour after I called at 1:30. I find this unacceptable and will not only avoid shopping there, but will stop spending my money at any Walmart. They no longer believe in customer service.

Took me almost 20 minutes to find eggs that weren’t completely destroyed. Not the first time it’s happened. Also purchased chicken in the produce isle, went to cook it the same night and it smelled like road kill when I opened the packaging. Disgusting.

This Neighborhood Market has a money service, groceries, house cleaning, personal hygiene items, bathroom, and special sales events. There is a fuel station with air.

Don't like this Walmart much it's always crowded and hard to find what you want and get out in a hurry and I HATE that there are no cashiers any more. I should be getting a discount for cashing out my own groceries. I try to avoid this store.

Staff is unfriendly and not very helpful at all. If you need assistance with anything, they’ll make sure you know how much of a burden you are for even asking. Service desk was closed at 5:45 PM on a weekday, said they didn’t have enough staff, but there were 4 employees standing at self checkout staring off into space. I’m not sure how many employees it takes to direct people to a register but I would imagine the number is less than 4. Service desk was open to sell the person before me cigarettes though, thank God for that.

I like this Walmart. Although I don't do a lot of my shopping here, when I do need to run and pick something up, it always feels clean. The pickup service from here is great. We've never had any problems and orders have always been brought out promptly.

Don't use their diesel pumps. Pump are super slow and fuel not pure. MY filter reflects it. 38 minutes for 60 gallons. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Should have never prepaid, i would have went somewhere else. Do better walmart!!!

It's a little more expensive than the larger Walmarts on some items but the convenience of it makes it worth it. I've never had a bad experience when I went here. The employees are friendly and willing to help. My only complaint is sometimes it gets very busy and you're having to wait in a long line to scan your items because there are no cashier's.

Great do my weekly grocery shopping here. Friendly, well priced, good markdowns, clean, good variety. Don't care for a small , if any, amount of riding chairs. Also quite a few encounters with ultra strange people - mostly customers but a few employees. You should really get an officer or 2,3, to patrol store check out and parking lot.

My 1st time eating here although I've lived in the area for years. I wish I had came here long ago. Small place. "Homey" atmosphere. Staff very polite and friendly. Food was awesome!! If you order pancakes, you better be hungry cuz they are large n tasty. Will definitely be eating here often. A lot of good food for the little cash I spent. Great job, ladies!

Don't like total self check out. I am visually impaired. Told the first lady I would need help. No one ever came to help. So I slowly was doing them. I flagged a kind check out helper. She actually help me with some stuff and apologized for no assistant. She said she had had three complaints about that this morning

I live close by on Bullitt Avenue and this is where I usually get my groceries. Store is always clean and stocked. I have to say that the best customer service I have encountered there was by the lady at the deli counter. Her name is Deborah and she is a true pro with a great attitude. She is knowledgeable,friendly, and quick. I wish that all of their employees were as awesome as her. Keep up the good work Deborah!

This location uses self service check out and that's fine, but when you depend on the cashier to direct you to the appropriate register and they purposely send you to the wrong one now that's a problem. Emma asked me how I was paying and I told her cash, I guess she was more interested in the hand held she was looking down at and sent me to a credit card only machine, which I immediately started ringing up my items and at the end noticed there was no place to put cash. I got one of the other cashiers to re ring on one of their registers, and explained what happened. Clearly Emma is on need of a little more training
