Very honest nice people. Once I left 100 $ cash in the self checkout lane register and when I went back upon realizing my mistake an employee was holding for me and would not accept 20 $ I offered her. Also once I left a credit card in the machine and they held that for me too.

It's pretty nice. Less daunting than a whole Walmart supercenter. If you need just groceries and not the million other things available at the big Walmart stores, this is way better. Kinda crowded, but not too bad. The workers were pretty friendly. Recommend

It's clean, organized well and the prices are decent. The checkout and self checkout tend to be backed up especially around busy times of the day. That's the only reason why I give 4.

There are never any employees available if you want help. No cashiers! I am paying them for groceries. Now I have to ring and bag my own groceries.Your calls are never answered.What happened to customer service?

The pharmacy doesn't treat everyone like customers, I saw a lady who was getting medication to help her addiction and they treated her like a drug addict. It shouldn't matter what the medicine is for, every person should be treated Professionally.

I love this Walmart! I’m always in and out! I’m able to find everything I need easily and quick! The lines are always short, bathrooms are always clean, employees are always helpful and smiling! The store is clean and organized !

I enjoy this Walmart a lot! Everything is usually stocked and has all things you need. As for me, I tend to shop in the evenings, and it is quiet. I really enjoy it!

I really enjoyed this Walmart! It’s a very small, extremely clean, and nice location. The aisles were kept very clean. Mostly food, a few gadgets, toys, and everyday items as well. Good selection and easy to find items. However, some of the prices are a bit high and they also don’t take any type of mobile payment (except Walmart pay), hence the 4 stars.

It's a regular neighborhood Walmart. Nothing special. Not crowded. I've only been there before noon. The workers are busy bodies and looky loos. Guess they haven't ever seen anyone like me. Lol. I'm flattered they enjoy my big city energy. Welcome to Roanoke.

I placed an order around 5 pm to be delivered between 9-10pm from this Walmart. I never received the order I was offered a refund the next day but it would take a few days before the funds would be available due to my method of payment. I needed the items right away and do-not have access to a vehicle nor did I have the extra funds to repurchase the items I had already purchased while I waited for the refund to come spoke to someone at the store and found out the delivery driver basically stole my items and never delivered them back to the store once he cancelled the delivery this review is to Basically make people aware of making online delivery purchases from this store. There’s a chance if it’s something you need immediately, you may not receive it until days later. I am now on day three still waiting to receive my items, & It’s obvious that me having a Walmart membership was of no help either. Nor was I compensated in any way for the inconvenience. Absolutely disappointing

I just started going to this store recently. Don't normally go to regular Walmarts so have been pleasantly surprised going here. The lady who has checked me out twice is such a "breath of fresh" air. She is always so nice and courteous. You are lucky to have her working there. Sorry I didn't get her name.

It is pretty convenient, not too busy, not too big, it has almost everything you might need, and the location is perfect to me. By the way is one of those walmart with Gas station on its parking lot. All is self payment which I loved... I thing this one is one of my favorite walmarts in USA...

Never have anything in stock. Also, we bought a bunch of frozen meals and we've discovered two of them had the plastic cover busted so that's two meals we spent our money on that went straight in the trash. They always stock at the busiest times of day so you have to maneuver around pallets while you're trying to shop. This place SUCKS!!!!!!

The young man who does the carts is the best!! Very professional very up beat. Hardest worker at this location. Believe his name is Jackson. So friendly could definitely give some of the other employees a few pointers. Amazing customer service. Was gonna call to give him praise to manager but nobody answered the phone. 🤔

Convenient if you only need to get a few things. But with the new renovations it seems they never have a cashier so be prepared to bag your own stuff at self checkout. Been several times past few weeks with cart full of groceries and had to do self checkout. Last two times was after 10 am so there should have been someone working a register. Will still go when I only have a few items but when I have a full list to get I'll be taking my business across the street to Food Lion

I've been shopping here for years it's so ridiculously close to my home. The blue-Walmart at Valley View charges for it's bags. This one does not. THANK GOODNESS. I love this Walmart so much more now.

Always dirty. Nothing ever in stock. I Usually don’t feel inclined to post reviews, but, tonight was just enough. The guy at the door checking receipts accused me of not paying for an item on my $250 receipt. He was arguing with me telling me “ I did not see you pay for the dog food. I know you did not scan it. “ I gave him the receipt. And he took one quick glance and say “yeah. The food is not on here. “ I politely told him it was the second to last item. He still did not Believe me. I had to physically show him the line and the dollar amount. I understand people checking receipts at the door. But he accused me of stealing. Then as I was walking away, he did the same thing to the family behind me, accusing them for not paying for their pack of water.

I was so surprised at the attitude of the cashier when I was there on 10/3/22. She never spoke, was eating at register!!!! She acted like she was doing me a favor!!! She was a couple registers from customer service desk. I spent 230 dollars there. I guess you don't have to be friendly or even care anymore at this store. She didn't say thank you, nothing!!!! The eating at the register was just disgusting. Germs!. What kind of management do they have there????

This particular location is easy access so it makes grocery shopping very efficient. Large, well lit parking lot. Clean & organized inside. They have a LARGE CLEARANCE/MARKED DOWN area at the front of the store near the checkout registers. Right now their regular gas price is $3.94 per gallon.
