If you need help at the pharmacy ask for Carla. She is very helpful, kind, and knows what she is doing. She has resolved issues for me multiple times when others did not understand what needed to be done. Thanks Carla!!

I went to get some stuff on Easter night, the lady who helped me out was weird and made me feel uncomfortable by saying “ your breath stinks” even tho I wasn’t even near her and my breath did not stink. Will never go back very disappointed.

rudest pharmacists i have ever encountered. the female who’s name tag says she’s worked here since 2016 and is going to be a manager is the main issue. she is quick to anger and raises her voice at customers. watched her tell a woman who has been trying to pick up her prescription for days that she’d have to come back another time. disappointed with this location and will NEVER be coming back

Employee Cole was very rude and hateful and shift leader was polite but wasn't able to do my return after he told me on phone that he could do the return. I had to go to Staples .and get label printed and return to Walgreens with printed label because he didn't know to put WMA number in scanner.

The app advertisement for photo prints included curbside pick up at the Pharmacy window. The clerk made me feel awkward over this. She insisted that only Pharmacy purchases were made at the window. She asked her manager to explain to me why they could not accept my online receipt and instead insisted on a 4 digit number that I never did receive when making the purchase online. I could tell the clerk was annoyed and it made me not want to ever return again. I was asked to double pay and told my online card purchase would be cancelled. I left having to make two purchases and have faith that one would be cancelled. They did cancel the card purchase but it will take days to go back on my card. For this reason, I will be getting prints elsewhere. I have a disability and it is much more convenient knowing I have the option to pick up prints through the window. I will need many more prints done. The only reason I gave 3 stars was the prints themself weren’t too bad and someone may have a better experience inside the store with a different clerk.

This review is long overdue because...well...I'm just forgetful! I can't say enough about the manager of the store stepping into the roll of photo desk employee to help me retake my passport photo because her employee was a no-show. Folks are all too eager to write negative reviews simply don't give a thought to how difficult it is to work in retail and how demanding customers can be. So my hat's off to all of you guys. Thank you!

It's a total shame that 0 stars isn't an option!!! I've been a customer of this Walgreens location for 3 years now due to chronic pain. I've taken the same pain medication every month for the last 3 years. Erin the Pharmacist & Pharmacy Manager promised to keep my medication on automatic refill & keep it on their order monthly to stock it ahead so I can pick it up on the date it's due to be refilled. Without my medication I can barely walk or function due to various disabling diseases. I've done everything I can to make sure that Erin understands my situation and how important it is that I receive my medication on time. It can be the difference for me to be mobile or possibly going to the hospital for help. Also, it's very dangerous for me to stop this medication abruptly.EVERY month it's a struggle for me.... Either they give my pain medication away to someone or they take their time ordering it...or they try to bill me as much as $1200.00 when I have 2 insurances. When I try to use a discount card to try to get the copay down it's always an evident bother.Today my medication came in 5 days after I asked for a refill. I was without my pain medication for several day. Needless to say I was in agony. However, it's very evident that Erin and the staff have absolutely NO empathy whatsoever!!!!! The copay was $252.57. When I asked Erin to run a discount card the new total came out to be much higher at $800.00.Erin then asked me if I'd like for her to change the new total to $800 instead of $250.00 I was totally appalled!!!! AMAZING!!!! My response and I quote myself... "No!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to pay $550.00 more...would you" ??????? Reading all the NEGATIVE Reviews and given this Walgreens is rated at 2.8 clearly speaks loud and clear that the problem without a doubt exists!!! It's simply AMAZING that the Manager of this store or Walgreens Corporate doesn't correct this apparent problem!!!!!!!!!I'm very mindful of leaving this review.... However, this is UNACCEPTABLE treatment of a paying customer...

I ordered an rx for refill over a week ago. My provider sent in a refill for 2 months worth of this prescription. Instead of filling what the provider submitted Walgreens decided to send it back to my provider asking for it to be filled for 90 days?! After several attempts calling this pharmacy and sitting on hold for an hour with no help, I was able to speak with a pharmacist and tell them to fill what the doctor had ordered and not the 90 days. I checked the app all weekend and the pharmacy was showing as temporarily closed?!?! After sitting on hold this morning I was told that Walgreens didn't have enough staff to staff their pharmacy which is why it was closed over the weekend. I was then told that they were out of stock with my common prescription and they hadn't even ordered it for me- when this was called in over a week ago. Walgreens should be ashamed of the sham that they are running. Fully staff your pharmacy, and stop creating dangerous situations for patients that depend on their prescriptions to be filled. Corporate Walgreens needs to do better, all of the stores in this area are understaffed. I had to go to another Walgreens on Brambleton Ave and the drive thru was closed, you couldn't get anyone on the phone (I waited on hold for an hour and a half), and there is a huge line inside for people trying to get their medications. PATHETIC!

I have never been witness to such indignant behavior froma pharmacist . I have seen such bad treatment of needy and sick people while waiting in line the er.Only to see my own family severely mistreated . Refused to and lied to by someone who have swore an oath of ethics. She is a danger to the community as a whole. Please think before you subject your self to this kind of treatment. God knows this is not helping th sick and people in need the look to her . I will pray for you to find truth and compassion in your heart. God bless you all!

A pathetic excuse for a pharmacy and business. I've tried getting someone on the phone 3 times and have wasted literally more than an hour on hold. One time after 28 minutes someone finally picked up and I said hello and they hung up. Absolutely pathetic and you should be embarrassed to work here.

The pharmacy staff seems to have too much going on to be thorough.I’m usually not too hard on people, but I’ve never had one good experience with them.The whole staff seems very inexperienced, and quick to temper. Both of which are not admirable qualities for the care their duty requires.The rest of the local Walgreens have very good pharmaceutical staffs.

Horrible female pharmacist . I am disabled with four kids . I drove 75 minutes with them to pick up a prescription I have to take every day . She refused to give it to me until four days later . I called my doctor and they said I should be able to pick it up on the day I was there, but out of I guess trying to make my life difficult she wouldn’t let me have my prescription even when I had my doctor and prescription bottle saying when I had it last filled . So I wasted time money and sanity over a “Karen” at Franklin Walgreens who seems to enjoy making my life difficult then it already is . Not taking this med everyday can also be life threatening . These people amaze me .

This is a wonderful store; however, their Pharmacy Manager is downright LAZY! She shows the least compassion of any pharmacist I have encountered in my entire adult life. I have made a prior complaint about this individual to the Walgreen's headquarters; their response was an attempt to smooth things over by stating store conditions of under staffed, etc. and actually said - she's the manager. I have only continued to use this pharmacy due to the proximity of its' location to my home. BUT not after this recent encounter with her response to my questions about a medication when she told the assistant to tell ME TO CALL THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY AND ASK THEM!!! Duh....so sad how people treat others.

I witnessed a incident this morning April 20th, 2020 around 10am with the pharmacist giving a customer an attitude and the manager yelling at the customer to get off of her phone and to leave the store and threw her prescription at her. I was in a isle recording the incident. I feel bad for that customer especially when the pharmacist threw the medication at her! Don’t come to this Walgreens, the manager is unprofessional and disrespectful, so is the pharmacist. Very rude behavior. I’m contacting corporate and sending the video to them. I hope you two lose your jobs!

I came to do a free return packagetoday 10/14/2022 the employees "dont know" how to scan the QR barcode on my cellphone and print me a label for my package and hand me a receipt with the tracking number.... wow!!! , I wonder how they checkout costumers if they don't know how to scan a barcode and print a receipt

Noone answers the phones in the pharmacy. How can we, as customers, do business with a pharmacy who never answers the phones!?!!! Quit hiring people who can't perform their entire jobs, ie answering calls, ect.
