The prices on the shelves don't match the prices you get at the register. Buyer beware. We grabbed a bag of frozen mango chunks that had a shelf price of $13.79 and got charged $19.79. More than likely their product was placed in the wrong spot. The bag we bought was on the left side of the $13.79 section.

Very clean and the meat room must be seen to believe. The majority of the meat that I saw required final butchering. You’re not going to buy a single ready to cook piece of meat. Prices were reasonable and the overall selection was excellent.

So I heard this was opening, and as a culinary student and someone who’s been in the industry since I was 15 I was so excited to see what this store had. Let me start off by saying, the selection is insane. They have different sizes for every item, and the pricing is pretty reasonable. Ranging from bulk or single items, you can get anything. The produce and meats are in a walk in instead of fridge doors which I think is so cool. The manager came up to us because we were in our uniforms and asked if we needed anything, he was very nice and we joked about how he was going to see way too much is us coming soon. 10/10 experience we spent over an hour just looking at everything we will be going again very soon and regularly.

The layout of the store is great it's a smaller store but it has a lot of selection the staff are very nice and pleasant. If you've never been in one before the refrigerated stuff is in a very large room that is refrigerated so if you go in and you're like me where cold air hurts sometimes you will need to bring a jacket or dress warmly if you plan on shopping in the cold section for a while. Today is the 27th they have their opening their grand opening the 28th but everything seems really good great selection the only bad thing that I would say is the fact that if you are elderly or you are like myself and you have issues walking they will not be getting any type of wheelchairs or motorized carts in order for you to be able to get around in their store I spoke with the store manager and he said that they will not be providing those otherwise great store I would say that it's clean but they are having their grand opening tomorrow so that makes sense I highly recommend coming here to shop although if you are handicap you might have to plan it out a little bit better or perhaps use instacart

Hello US Chef StoreI shop a lot in many stores.Went into your store and this is the recommendation that i have, based on the observation that i noticed:You guys sale wholesale, i get that. But you need to have an item displayed, either hanging it the shelf or stapled to it, like lowes, ikea, home depot etc.. so people actually know what is inside the box thay you ate selling. At Sam’s clubs, bj’s they dont have individual items displayed that reflects what’s inside the box, but their box display pictures in color of the items inside. Your box is just a non-coloring brown box like a ups shipping box. People are visual shoppers. They tear the box open if they cant feel or see or touch what’s inside. That’s why i see a lot of open boxes on the shelf on the first day.It would save you a lot of money if you have 1 single dry display item for each bulk item you sale. Like folks for example. Staple a folk on the shelf next to the bulk item so people see what’s inside of it instead of a brown bag.

I am so glad this store opened. I will likely cancel my membership at Sam’s and BJ’s as I can get all the meat choices and a lot of the bulk items that I buy from them is at this store. I will totally be buying most of my items here.

Do not take foodstamps. I was so excited to go but not now. Even poor people deserve an awesome birthday dinner with hard to find ingredients. We deserve to be spoiled at least once a year. Anti poor.

I enjoyed touring the store on the only business owners grand opening. As a business owner in the food industry I appreciate the large selection of items available. I will be shopping here again.
